About this cottage rental
This cute cottage is ideally positioned opposite a 25 Metre track to Cowes beach! This character-filled, older style, renovated beach house features an open plan kitchen and living area with cathedral ceilings. With a modern kitchen, wood combustion heater, aircon, smeg oven and cooktop, 2 bedrooms with built-in robes, central bathroom with shower rail, Euro-style laundry with front load washing machine and dryer, iron and ironing board, Coffee Machine ,1 x 55′ Smart TV and 1 x 40’ TV and Wifi Internet and 2 outdoor living areas with outdoor seating and BBQ all for a relaxing holiday. There are 2 bedrooms (including 1 with a TV), a bathroom and lounge room and dining area. There is ample off street parking with room for a boat, the back garden is fully fenced and has a large grassy area. The property also features beautiful gardens and a huge backyard with double fencing and gates, there is under cover parking and ample off street parking with room for a boat, the back garden is fully fenced and a 20m track to the popular Cowes beach is right outside the front gate! A hot/cold outdoor shower is installed for rinsing sand off after the beach! The house is a converted fisherman’s cottage of over 80YO. Bedrooms Configuration: Bedroom 1: 1 x King Bed, TV and Air Conditioning Bedroom 2: 1 x Queen Bed PLEASE NOTE: AS RACETRACK EVENTS ARE SCHEDULED FOR 2023, PRICING MAY BE UPDATED AS DATES ARE CONFIRMED. PRICES SUBJECT TO CHANGE. Please inform us asap if you are required to isolate and unable to commence your stay, and a full refund will be provided. **WE DO NOT ACCEPT SCHOOLIES** The property is fully fenced. Pets by application only.. Pets must be approved prior to booking confirmation. Smoking indoors will immediately result in forfeiture of entire Bond. Please note there is a large shed on the property-not for guest use. SHEETS, DOONA COVERS, PILLOWCASES PROVIDED TOWELS NOT PROVIDED (Except GP and Superbikes): Please bring your own towels, bathmats, beach towels and tea towels. 3 nights is the Minimum Night Stay Duration; we do not accept 1 or 2 nights bookings

A perfect holiday cottage, located minutes from the beach. Super clean and tidy with a shady yard for relaxing. We enjoyed our stay at Cornwall cottage and highly recommend this property.

We had the most amazing stay with the beach on our door step we had lovely walks on the beach with our Great Dane the restaurants on the island were great and we have booked again for another holiday in same property

What a gorgeous little cottage! We felt right at home. Backyard is huge and lots of space for our little one to run around. Communication with Meghan was flawless. What we loved most was the superb location, literally 1min to the beach. We will definately book rhis place again

The cottage itself has been thoughtfully and carefully renovated, with all modern trimmings (kitchen, bathroom, heatpumps, wifi, smart tvs, etc). The property was absolutely spotless & the linen/bedding provided was of very high quality. Best of all - the property is a hop, skip & a jump from the beach. Our dog was in absolute heaven. You can't really get any closer! We can't recommend it highly enough and will very much hope to return sometime soon!

I had a really nice stay here with my dog, the house is lovely. The beach is stunning and the main shops aren't too far away. Host Meghan, couldn't be more lovely and accomodating. It was a great holiday.

I loved this house! The path to the beach is right there, opposite the gate; the backyard is enormous and tightly fenced making it fantastic for children and dogs. The local stretch of beach attracts mostly people living on the street itself, so even on a hot February day it was uncrowded. I want to be back, and soon!

Fantastic location stones throw from the beach
The proximity to the beach was so great and convenience of outdoor hot shower was so handy. Property was very safe for our dog, secure fences all around.
Clean property. Meghan was very helpful, particularly with morning reminders and prompt communication. Have already rebooked 😁

Amazing Place! Next to the Beach!
We had a great time at Cornwall Cottage! It was right next to the beach, with a fireplace, WIFI, Fetch TV and amazing yard! Beautifully decorated! We loved it and would love to come back again if you will have us!

Perfect Beach House!
We had the best time at Cornwall Cottage! This is a classic beach house with all the features-beach access track outside the front gate straight onto Cowes Beach, free wifi and pay TV and everything we needed! Cowes shops a very short walk up the beach! We had a great time and didn't want to leave! Will definitely be back!
