This newly built elevated 2 bedroom home offers incredible views and easy access to the beautiful waters of the Florida Keys. In addition, you’ll have access to the wonderful on-site amenities offered at Venture Out Resort: a heated 80-foot pool with large Jacuzzi and Kiddie Pool, tennis courts, basketball court, bocce courts, swimming lagoon, marina and convenience market with fuel on site and two double wide boat ramps, Recreation Center with billiards, darts, and ping pong, post office and a library. Venture Out Resort enjoys 24 Hour Patrolled Security. THE HOME… Designed with luxury and comfort in mind, MERMAID MAGIC has a spacious open living area ideal for relaxing after a day full of adventure on the water. The living room features a large flat screen TV and plenty of comfortable seating options. Step outside to the patio and take in the stunning water views. The fully equipped kitchen has all the appliances and tools you’d expect in a high-end rental home. Dining options include an indoor dining table that seats four, two seats at the kitchen island, and a full-size picnic table under the house. You’ll also be able to bring your boat to dock on the 35' concrete seawall equipped with dock posts, cleats, fish cleaning table & swim ladder. Groups who expect they may cause after hours noise will not be a good fit for this home and should be aware they may incur additional penalties when in residence for violations. There will be a $500 charge for after-hours dispatch of our staff in response to calls resulting from verified noise complaints for violations by our guests in residence. IMPORTANT NOTE: Venture Out charges a one-time Registration/Resort Fee due upon arrival: $$116.28 + $8.72 Tax = $125 for up to 6 people (Credit card or cash) PAID DIRECTLY TO VENTURE OUT. If you arrive with more than 6 people which is the maximum allowed in the home, you will not be permitted in the park. Venture Out guests are required to submit additional paperwork in advance of arrival, which Last Key will collect and coordinate within the week of your arrival. Guests should be prepared to submit all guest information to comply with HOA requirements.

We had an amazing time at this property. The sunrise every morning got more & more beautiful. Peaceful area. The property was perfect from the stellar communication from Nadia, the guest services coordinator. She left no stone unturned. I had to ask zero questions as she addressed everything on her own with exact details. The key lime pie for the family was an exciting surprise as well!! We would most definitely stay here again. The quaint property has everything you need to feel at home.. picnic table, Grill, bikes, Golf cart, outside furniture, and the home inside has a HUGE TV and was beautiful and cozy and modern down to the smallest details. This was a lovely trip. And one we hope to duplicate. Thank you so much !!!!

Location is right at the mouth of the canal and around the corner from the marina The community store is just a few hundred feet down the road, which makes running over there easy. We always love staying at Venture Out. Nadia with Last Key Realty made everything seamless with our stay.

Lovely homely apartment with a great small deck overlooking the water. Family loved the barbe and golf buggy, also very well stocked, coffee pod machine, laundry/ kitchen cleaning products etc. Communication was great and the complimentary Famous Kermit Key Lime pie is a lovely touch.
Would definitely recommend for a relaxing laidback break!

This property is exactly as it appears online. It’s clean, well stocked, and in a great location. Cudjoe Key is right between Key West and Marathon - and we like to spend time in both when we visit the Keys. We didn’t use the pool or other facilities in the community, but we did take the golf cart for a spin to check things out. It looked like a great place. Everyone was friendly and it wasn’t overly crowded. I’d stay again!

"Mermaid Magic" was a very nice property. It felt recently updated and clean. The views are beautiful and the neighborhood seemed peaceful. Communication with Nadia was very easy and thorough. The only negative was that the golf cart wasn't working but Nadia said she'd have it serviced soon. We would stay here again!

Plenty of beach towels which was an added bonus along with a true fully stocked kitchen to include coffee supplies! The views on the deck were awesome and comfortable furnishings to read a book or grab a chair and layout, fish off the pier below or tie up your boat. It was highly windy during our stay yet nothing outside the house blew away. The only negative is the bikes are pretty awful and old. Which stood out like a red flag considering how high quality everything else was associated with the rental. Laura was a highly engaged property manager / liaison and the services provided to make check-in easy and concierge truly made this a perfect getaway. We will be back for sure, the spas and boat excursions we went on in Key West were so enjoyable because we had a peaceful place to return to vs staying in that area. If bar hopping and walking to touristy restaurants and stores is your thing then stay in Key West. If first class relaxation and close to a few good restaurants and about 20 minutes away from Key West is more appealing then stay here!

Great home, bad neighbors
The property was fantastic! Great house, brand new, very clean, all the amenities you need, well stocked with supplies, dishes, etc. Location great, guest services fantastic. Only drawback was our neighbors (guests) were incredibly obnoxious with loud music and trash all over. We were afraid to complain because we didn’t want them to do anything to our boat. We finally did and security said they told them to keep it down but they literally at the music blasting and dancing on the patio at 6 am. Really disappointed that venture out didn’t handle. They assured us after the fact that isn’t the norm and they won’t be able to rent there again. The rest of the resort was quiet as could be. I would definitely go back. Great house and great location.
