Quest’anno Capri è stata la meta del nostro anniversario di matrimonio.
L’hotel è situato in una posizione molto strategica e centralissima (il centro di Capri e la funicolare distano 500 m. e si raggiungono in soli 5 minuti a piedi). Con la vicinissima fermata dell’autobus, inoltre, si raggiunge praticamente tutta l’isola (Marina Piccola, Marina Grande e Anacapri).
Il proprietario Alessandro è una persona eccezionale e ci ha fatto sentire subito come a casa… disponibilissimo a qualsiasi informazione o consiglio per far trascorrere in modo non singolare il soggiorno.
La nostra stanza tripla, di una pulizia eccezionale, era bellissima, grandissima e con i tipici colori ed arredi che immagineresti trovare in una tipica casa caprese, Era dotata di TV e aria condizionata nonché di una terrazza esclusiva con vista sul mare sulla quale avrei trascorso delle ore intere. E’ inoltre presente un’altra terrazza comune più grande con sdraio e lettini per riposare al sole.
La colazione, servita sotto un bellissimo pergolato di bouganville, è stata varia ed abbondante.
In generale il rapporto qualità/prezzo è ottimo e la struttura è senz’altro da consigliare.
Speriamo di tornarci il prima possibile.

The staff was very polite and Mr. Alex is a perfect host. The location was perfect as it was near town of Capri and not on an incline road. The room was spacious with small terrace and with a great view.
Breakfast was very poor. There were just a small variety of bread and pastries like croissants. No cheese, no eggs, no ham, no anything else. Toiletries in the bathroom also very poor and no place to leave them next to the shower, no stand at all. Bathroom also needs to be painted again, renovated.

Posizione fantastica, vicina al centro ma in zona tranquilla, staff eccezionale, Alessandro simpaticissimo e molto professionale, ci ha spiegato cosa poter fare ed è stato un ottimo consigliere. Voto 10 e lode 😀
Ci è capitata una stanza meravigliosa con un terrazzo enorme e con visuale sul mare mozzafiato. Ci tornerei senza pensarci. Favoloso!!!

Very nice people. Thy even asked us to leave our luggage even after we had checked out because they found out we were going hiking. They watched out stuff for us when we were sight seeing. Very nice owner and family-owned establishment.

the outside and the staff are absolutely wonderful!! our room was set up and the bags were waiting for us upon arrival. the room appeared clean and the bed was comfortable
the AC had mold or something in it which caused us all to have allergic reactions overnight and extremely sick for the following day which was unfortunate

it is charming hotel with very helpful staff. We had a short stay but we will definitely come back. it is the best one star hotel that I have ever been at. all in all I loved it!

The managers were very nice and helpful. The bedroom, with its own little terrace, was nice though quite spare.
The location is very convenient, close to the piazzeta but quiet. Nice views from hotel terrace.

In Capri town nothing is far, but from there we could go to Piccolo Marina by walk very easy (there was amazing swimming place). Capri is very expensive to stay at, but this was still a cheaper place. We had our own little terrace and also a shared terrace which was pretty cool.
Not much coziness and breakfast was poor.

Great value, service, clean, great view.
It is a 1 star, but seems like a higher level in many ways. With a few more amenities, it would easily rate higher. The market is nearby, so I was able to buy shower gel, and toiletries. Embraced the island mentality and didn’t press my clothing, because there was no iron. Gorgeous terrace and view! A few umbrellas, would allow some shade for enjoying breakfast outside. Overall, it still is a great value and I would recommend it and certainly stay again.

Beautiful and spacious room with an incredible patio and spectacular views of Capri. This family run hotel was perfect for my daughter and I during our tour of the Amalie coast. Breakfast was brought to us each morning on the patio and the hosts were kind enough to be flexible with our check out times. Great location for a stay in Capri, only a five minute walk from all the main streets and a little supermarket. Highly recommend.

The location is perfect. The large roof terraces and flowers are fantastic. This is a family run business and everyone was very kind and helpful.
The breakfast was a bit disappointing in comparison to our other hotels (just pastry and rusks) . The bed wasn’t the most comfortable.

The view from the hotel is beautiful. It is in such a good location, just out of Capri town with a bus stop about 1 minute away to take you to other locations on the island.
We had a room with a veranda and it felt like we had our own villa. The rooms are quaint with lovely tiles and have everything you need. We had our breakfast looking out onto to the sea.
The man running the hotel is so friendly and went above and beyond. If we had more time we would have loved to stay longer but will 100% book this hotel when we return to Capri.
There is nothing bad to say about this hotel.

The hotel is in the city center of Capri, close to the best restaurants and shopping centers. The beach is only 10 min far away, as well as Augustus Garten (in a nutshell it is in a very good location). The staff is very friendly and helpful, they can speak very well english and french. The breakfast very delicious. I will definitely come back again next year.
The arredation of the room was very beautiful, but a bit old. However, nothing problematic.

Super nice room with a beautiful view. The staff was so sweet and the location was great. The host gave us great tips for Capri and Anacapri and they let us leave our luggage even after check out, so we could explore more freely. Really really loved it!

The hotel is in a very good location which you can reach from the bus from the port. We were here on off-season and not much was open so our host gave some recommendations. For the price and ability to stay on the island, we were pleased with the accommodations. Not the luxurious by any means but comfortable.
Beds were a little hard. Check in area looked rough, though this could have been because of being off-season.
