The property lies within the stunning Eden Valley with many quaint villages. Appleby is close to the course of a 268-mile National Trail, which passes by on its way from Middleton-in-Teesdale to nearby Dufton. With High Cup Nick and Dufton Pike on the trail and just a short drive away you have some amazing walks and adventures, while the Lake District National Park is less than 30 minutes away in car.
