The space This smart and spacious condo features two bedrooms and two bathrooms with a living room, dining space, and walk-out lanai. The master bedroom has a King bed with its own private En Suite bathroom. The other bedroom has a Queen, with access to the second bathroom. Kitchen is fully stocked to provide you with all the necessary cookware and utensils - in case you prefer to eat in. Whether in or out you will find this condo cool after a long day in the sun thanks to tile flooring throughout, A/C units in the living and dining areas, and ceiling fans in both bedrooms. Also, enjoy a 47-inch flat screen HD TV and free Wi-Fi, along with a landline phone with a long-distance phone plan to the US/Canada (in case you forget your cell!). . The unit is on the second floor and situated on the shady side of the building - a quiet spot with no road noise. While there is an elevator in the building, the split-level design will require a quick walk up/down half a flight of stairs. Access is via smart lock with personalized lock codes. Assigned parking space is close to the unit, with a second parking space available upon request. Pacific Shores is a quiet, safe, friendly, clean, family-oriented complex with a large heated swimming pool, hot tub, lounge chairs, barbeque grills, picnic tables, shower and bathroom facilities, and an on-site security service. Everything was just right. The kitchen had everything that we needed and I feel like we tend to need more than some. There was beach gear saving us from renting it. The place was outfitted with all the basic stuff we would need (I don’t understand places that only give you a starter amount of dish soap and TP). I missed an email with the entry info and the host was quick to respond and really helpful. This place just had some thoughts with touches making it work really well for us. Pool and location to beach were great. I recommend walking south to the stores when you need something or there’s a foodland nearby just to the north. All in all great visit.

We stayed with my parents for a week here. The kitchen was stocked perfectly with all the important things we needed (good non stick pan, coffee pot, utensils, ice packs etc). This is the first unit I’ve stayed at in Maui/Kihei that the air conditioner actually works very well and doesn’t heat up the moment it turns off. The air circulation in the unit was perfect because the bedrooms were not muggy at night. It was wonderful. The checkin and check out processes were great. Would highly recommend this place!

We’ve stayed in this area before and like the location. Centrally located with access to everything you need. Walk to the beach and watch sunset. Don’t forget to make a trip to the Maui pie shop. Highly recommend this property.

This condo was centrally located, well laid out, with close access to the pool/hot tub. Located on the shady side of the building which made it much cooler for sleeping. Although there was NO view, the atrium outside the front door of the unit was bright with afternoon sun. All the beach supplies were provided, chairs, towels, toys, cooler, and umbrellas which was an incredible bonus. Kitchen was well equipped. As stated in the description, you need to be able to use stairs from the elevator to the unit which can be challenging for strollers or wagons. All in all, a nice unit for a family stay.

Met in-laws for their anniversary and had a great stay. Short walk to nice beach and a short drive from our favorite beach. Condo had beach chairs, snorkel gear, umbrellas and more to make your beach outings perfect.

Stay was great. Location was ideal The parking is tight and limited. The pool area can get crowded at times. The grounds are kept up with and beautiful. It was very clean and maintained on the outside grounds. The property manager sent all the info needed and was great with communication. It was a great experience overall.

This is one of the best condos I've ever stayed in. Location wise it's perfect, a block away from the beach and close to shops and restaurants. It was impressively well stocked. Beds and pillows were comfortable and everything was clean. Would absolutely stay there again!

Ideally located near central Kihei and main roads, the property was perfect as a starting and ending point for the day. As others have pointed out, it is quiet even with it's proximity to everything. The kitchen was well apportioned, but we only cooked a meal or two, instead choosing to eat out most meals. Only consideration is that the parking spot is a little tight- though this is true for all parking on all the islands. All in all, a great time.

This was a perfect little condo for our family of four. It was clean and everything in working order. We had an issue with the front door at first, but used the pad key with code and had no problems. It was quiet even though it is close to Kihei’s beaches and eateries. We had a great time and would recommend this place to our friends and family. Mahalo!

This is a very decent property in Kihei, we spent over a week in the condo. Everything was accurate per listing. Location was good, very close to Charlie Young Beach. Parking situation is good, stocked up kitchen. Would like to stay here again.

It was a short walk to the beach and not that much longer to a park and restaurants. We liked the location. It was nice to use the beach chairs, cooler, and boogie boards too. The host was great at communicating.

This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo is located in the ideal location in Kihei. It's a 3-minute walk to Charlie Young Beach, and a 30-40 minute drive from the airport. We (four sisters) found the condo clean, the kitchen well stocked, and although there wasn't a view of the mountains or ocean from the balcony, on the plus side there was no direct sunlight, which kept the condo cool. The owner was very responsive to my inquiries before and during our stay. I'm very happy to recommend staying here.
