Every detail has been thought of - an outdoor shower, central air conditioning, a private washer/dryer, and garage storage for surfboards and other beach gear. The living space is open and modern, with a sitting area that encircles a flatscreen cable TV. Also in this breezy great room are a sleek kitchen with stainless steel appliances (including a dishwasher), a peninsula bar counter with stools for four, and an adjacent circular dining table for four.
