Welcome to Langford Lake Retreat by IRIS Properties! This 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom unit is located on the peaceful shores of Langford Lake in Victoria's bustling west shore. The cozy suite is located on the lower level of a house and you have access to the entire lower floor with a spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen, and dining area. The two bedrooms each feature a king size bed. There is also a shared laundry area with washer and dryer. Through the sliding glass doors you access the spacious yard with BBQ area, loungers, outdoor sitting areas, and a private dock. Head out for a relaxing paddle in one of the kayaks or stand-up paddle boards available for your use! Location: Ideally situated just minutes from downtown Langford with a huge selection of shops, restaurants, grocery stores, the new Westshore YMCA, and Starlight Stadium. CANCELLATION FEE: PLEASE NOTE FOR ALL BOOKINGS, A 4.5% CANCELLATION FEE WILL APPLY TO COVER PROCESSING FEES.

The unit was perfect for the four of us. The view of the lake was perfect for enjoying our morning coffee and we were close to all of the amenities in Langford. We will definitely be back.

We used this as our home base for Victoria (we had a rental car). Very much enjoyed the beautiful location, swimming, SUPs and canoes. Beds comfy and good shower pressure!

Enjoyed the lake view and calmness. Kitchen was not very clean and backyard not maintained. BBQ was rusty and dirty. Not fit for use.

This property is a hidden gem! Set in the heart of Langford on the most beautiful lake, so close to all amenities and Victoria, yet you feel like you are in the country. The use of all the water sports equipment was the cherry on top. We had a wonderful stay!

After spending a week in Whistler BC we wanted to end our family vacation in Victoria. The lake house at Langford Lake seemed a perfect spot to do that. Overall the property was great! A few things I would mention are: the outside furniture and dock chairs had cobwebs all over them (I just figured they would be cleaned and ready for summer guests) the house is directly across from the public beach which was filled with people always (lots of noise), the house has no measuring tools for cooking (measuring cups/spoons & mixing bowls), there was NO hot tub :( (there are photos of it and a description of it but it was no where on the property)
We did really enjoy the canoe, paddle board, fishing off the dock!

Beautiful spot to relax and enjoy the lake, kayak, and paddle board, bbq and enjoy the backyard with family and friends. Peaceful and quiet location close to trails and a dock to relax on. Kitchen and laundry avail and comfy large beds and pillows. Lots of natural light and fresh air through open windows. We enjoyed the stay while competing in Victoria 70.3, it was 20 min from race start at Elk Lake.

Great place to stay, the lake is so beautiful and quiet and it is so quaint. The beds are comfortable and you have everything you need.

Our third time staying here. Love the Location. Yard needs a bit of tidying but assume as winter is just coming to an end it will be done. Thank you.

This was a very nice, clean little apartment on the lake. We weren’t able to use any of the kayaks or paddle boards because it was too cold outside. Was close to lots of restaurants and stores. Quick access to the Highway. I loved that they had live plants!

The property is very clean and has everything we needed. The 2 king beds were comfortable, and the space was perfect. Located on the lake, it is quite the beautiful view.
Close to most things, yet far enough that it is quiet.
The host was fantastic and sent emails for all details, as well as checked in to see how the stay was

We stayed at the property for a week in November so weren't able to enjoy the lake and back yard. The view was very nice though. The suite was well supplied with kitchen items and towels in the bathroom.
The two locks were a bit confusing at first, but we figured them out.
It would have been nice to have two bedside tables and two lamps in the bedroom for reading at night.

Great place on a lovely lake yet within walking distance to bowling, groceries, restaurants and more. The place was clean, beds were super comfortable and had all the basics to comfortably cook meals. Would love to go back in the summer to take advantage of the dock, lake, and the outdoor games provided. Easy checkin and great communication with hosts. Thanks!

The accommodation was exactly as specified, check in/out process was well documented and easy to follow.
Fall weather had arrived before our stay, which restricted the outdoor amenities somewhat.
Overall a great location and experience.
Definitely would recommend the property.

A well kept and large lakefront property with a large selection of lake craft to use. I would think ideal for two couples, or one large family who love water sports.

Wonderful location. Lakefront is everything we hoped for and more - dockside, swimming, kayaking et al.
That said, the owners skimped on silly things, like 1 towel per guest! Given swimming in the lake as well as showering, etc., it makes sense to provide 'beach' towels as well?

My daughters and I enjoyed the location. Easy access to groceries. The view over the lake was beautiful! Unfortunately the weather was a bit cool for sitting outside. I would recommend it!

Lots of items are available to enjoy the water, or to keep occupied indoors on a rainy day. Only 25 mins from the heart of Victoria, and very convenient to nearby shops abs services. Clean and safe! We will be back!

Loved the walking trails and eagles! The unit was exactly as advertised. We would love to come back when the weather is warmer to take advantage of the kayaks.
