PARKING: Free driveway parking, fits 4 vehicles. CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in is any time after 4PM and check-out is by 11AM. HOME DESCRIPTION: Casa Grande 2F consists of 5 bedrooms and 3 baths, with four bedrooms sharing two bathrooms on opposite sides, and a master bedroom with a private in suite bathroom in the rear corner. All bedrooms feature queen beds with new mattresses and high-end linens. This space is perfect for large families or corporate groups. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you may need. It has a washer and dryer which are in the hallway closet. There is a TV in the open living and dining room area and a central AC system to keep you and your guests comfortably cool. This independent living space is part of a duplex home, with two identical units, each having its own private entrance and 5 bedrooms and 3 baths in each unit. Please inquire should you want to rent the entire 10-bedroom duplex for larger groups. However, please keep in mind there are absolutely NO EVENTS allowed at this home. You will find basics for cooking and seasoning such as: sugar, salt, pepper, olive oil.
