The other 2 bedrooms have an attached jack and jill bathroom. With one bedroom featuring a queen bed and the other a twin over full bunk bed. Also on the main level is the in-law suite. This suite offers its own full kitchen, living space with a pull-out sofa, a full bath, and a separate bedroom. The bedroom features another king bed. This suite is perfect for anyone looking to spend time with family but has the option of privacy or their own space. The lower level is the perfect spot to hide away, relax, and unwind. Featuring a bar, pool table, and large walkout patio overlooking the lake and Indian Brook, this space has all you need and more. The lower level also offers another bedroom! This bedroom has a full bed with a twin trundle, a perfect room for the kids to hang out in! Step outside and take in the views. This home has, even more, to offer outside! Off the back patio is a hot tub, perfect for relaxing with friends or family. The patio features a large grill for all your outdoor cooking needs as well as outdoor furniture. Cookout and enjoy a meal in the outdoors. Take a walk down to the brook and go for a swim in the swimming hole or unwind in a hammock. This home is pet-friendly, dogs only. ***This home is pet-friendly. Bring along your four-legged friend. An additional pet fee per dog will apply. You must submit an up-to-date rabies vaccination card, dogs only. Once your booking is confirmed you will be required to sign a rental agreement. This will need to be completed to get your check-in instructions. On the day of arrival, the check-in instructions will be sent via email at check-in which is 4 pm. *** Security Cameras are located on the exterior of the property and may record for security purposes.

Property manager Chris was fantastic and extremely responsive. They had a nice surprise welcome package for the 4th of a July weekend for us. Absolutely loved the running stream and water hole in the back and the ability to walk around the property. Great views of the lake from sitting on the back deck. We used the spa which was clean and relaxing. Lots of space to do your own thing as well as great family spaces. We had a boat so we had to drive to the boat dock, so not as convenient as I would like, but there was a nice little area to enjoy the lake from. It has a large fire pit and is close to town but still very private. Large in-law type suite was perfect for an additional privacy and space. Areas for improvement include fixing a few doors between the bedrooms and bathrooms as they did not close and fixing the leak in the living room that happened twice during our stay. We would absolutely stay again. A little pricey for not being directly on the lake, but a lot of space.

Very well appointed and curated property - all the things you expect in this type of getaway - comfortable beds; very clean; exceptional property - quiet, private and good layout that was great for gathering and interacting. Don’t think twice - if you are looking for a picturesque getaway this is the place.

The house was wonderful! It was clean, beautifully decorated and had everything you would need. We received immediate response to our questions and needs. My family asked if we could go back in the summer. We all loved it.

Our stay at Indian brook was truely incredible. The house is beautiful and the views are amazing. The space was extremely clean and everything was brand new. I would 100% stay here again. The owners and management were accommodating and worked to our needs. Thank you for a great time! It was exactly the retreat me and my friends needed before the big day!

Our family of 8 adults and 3 children were gathering to celebrate our 50th anniversary. The house was large and inviting. My communication with the manager was terrific. When we arrived we discovered wood chip between the sheets in one bedroom and there were no extra sheets. We also couldn’t find the thermostat for the basement area. I emailed the manager and she immediately sent maintenance with new sheets. Unfortunately there is only one thermostat for the entire house but they offered to bring a space heater. The house has fabulous views, a huge deck with plenty of room for all of us to sit and eat outside. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, pots and pans, silverware and glasses. Great tv room, lots of games, hot tub was enjoyed by all, lower level kept the men entertained with pinball, pool and darts. With 4 married couples one couple had to choose a lower double bunk which was ok. There was a lot of dust under the beds, the king mattress was crazy squeaky, enough to wake up whenever you turn. We stayed for 3 nights and I kind of expected bath soap, shampoo, laundry detergent, toilet paper to be provided—it was not. There was tp in each bathroom but with 11 people we had to buy more. All in all a good time was had by all.
