The property is right on the private beach and directly on the water at the high tides. The water is still inside a bay of pudet sound perfect for family and water activities. We have a two-person kayak for you to explore the area with a lot of fishes, crabs, seals, herons, coral, etc. There is ferry access from/to Seattle that is just 4.5 miles away. • Main floor: office with a sofa bed, with bathroom, shower room and Sauna room. • Second floor: Master bedroom with king bed and private bathroom. One guest bedroom with two queen beds, second guest bedroom with one queen bed, third guest bedroom with a bunk bed (twin over double). Amenities: • Two monitors with high-speed internet for remote worker. • Two TVs connected to the internet for streaming. • A 6-person hot tub outside on the deck facing the ocean and sunset • A privacy sauna room inside on the main floor • The deck is new and spacious with a dining table and bench for you to enjoy outside. It is directly on the beach or above the water at the high tides • A two-person Kayak, three adult, one youth life jackets • A ceiling fan, four portable fans, crab trap on site for you to use Additional notes: • Water shoes are recommended to use on a rocky beach. on a high tide, deck is directly above the water, you could fish from the deck, on a low tide, you can enjoy a private long rocky beach. • Please bring the kayaks, paddle and life jackets back up to the upper deck after each use, when high tide, the kayak can be washed out to the sea • No air conditioning in the house. Guest access • Free parking on the property. • Private beach with direct ocean access. • Hot tub and Sauna room. The home looked beautiful in pictures but reality is not the same. Lots of safety concerns especially if you have small children. Safety issues: - Upstairs railing is too low by safety standard. There is a sticker with falling hazard posted on the wall. - all upstairs windows are missing screens. Another small falling password for small children. - there is also another fall hazard sticker by the front entrance. - The sink by the entrance is only connected to hot water, so the hot water could burn your hands. Misleading advertising: - Hot tub doesn’t work very well, can’t control temperature and makes loud noises. - outlet near the tv in master bedroom is broken so the TV can be used. - at the time of our stay, the only ceiling fan available is broken/unusable. Overall, the pictures showing on VRBO do not reflect the condition of the home. We have tried to work with Vrbo to update the pictures, but they failed to work with us to resolve the issues

The house is in a beautiful location. You couldn't ask for anything better. The house is in need of some maintenance but this did not effect our visit. The main reason I did not give the house a 5 star

Considering our large family and varied ages, the home accomodated us well! We were supplied with everything we needed to enjoy our stay and our visit with each other. We enjoyed being at the water's edge and seeing the tide changes and beautiful scenery.

I hosted 6 other women at a weekend retreat and this place was close to perfect! The house set up was ideal, and the views were amazing from the deck. The hot tub water levels were low and the cover is collapsed, but it was hot and that's all that matters. The sauna was perfect. My only concerns (keeping me from 5 stars) were that the sofa bed didn't have sheets and was quite uncomfortable, and there were some aesthetic and cleanliness concerns (the pond needed cleaning, cobwebs in the entryway, etc). I'd stay again--just not on the sofa bed!

My family (7 adults & 1 child) stayed at Yan’s home for 3 days and had a wonderful time. The view is absolutely stunning and the hot tub and sauna were awesome amenities to have as well. The last day of our stay, a huge ice storm hit and Yan was so helpful and communicative. He allowed us to delay our checkout until it was safe to travel. Highly recommend!

A group of friends from all over the US and Canada met at this beautiful property for a few days. The view is one of a kind and the kitchen was well appointed. The main concern was a lack of well situated living room and deck furniture in order to enjoy such view. Perhaps a reevaluation of furniture placement and addition of outside patio furniture would be wise. Otherwise the place was immaculate and lovely!

Nice deck with hot tub and easy access to beach. The weather was extremely hot (90+ degrees) and western exposure made it very uncomfortable. We brought 2 portable AC units for bedrooms, which helped. A beach house without a BBQ is a problem, especially on very hot days. Fortunately, we knew this before we came so that we were able to bring a camping BBQ. We used it on the front driveway that was shaded in late afternoon. Coffee maker stopped working during our stay and faucet came off the downstairs shower, making it unusable. Spending time with family was great. Children (3, 6 and 10) had fun on the beach and in the hot tub, which we were able to cool down to 90 degrees. We did not use the sauna.

This waterfront home is spacious and had mostly everything we needed for a fun week with kids, parents and grandparents. The house sits right on the water with beautiful views of the Olympic mountains. The tide goes in and out which makes for tide pools fills with shells and sea creatures. The kayak was fun to use and there were life jackets in all sizes. The hot tub was a hit, as was the sauna and piano. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly. Any questions were quickly answered by the owner. Thank you Yan!

Beautiful place, clean, cozy, benefits of sauna and hot tub, nice touch with Christmas tree and decorations. Host was very responsive. Well maintained and beautiful water view with a large piano... really great host had one of the best wines for us at check in... loved every bit of our stay!

Amazing house, very clean, and great communication from the property owner. A couple minor issues were dealt with right away. Interior of the house is a bit sparse but provided towels and sheets were really comfy.
