LIVING AREA The sun-kissed living area offers ample seating with a sofa bed and armchair. Unwind into vacation mode and stream favorite shows on the smart TV. Or, simply enjoy the amazing ocean views. KITCHEN & DINING Prepare beach snacks in the well-equipped kitchen, outfitted with a full suite of appliances. Dine together at the table for four, or perch at the kitchen bar for two. BED & BATH This condo sleeps six guests between two bedrooms and the full-size sofa bed in the living area. Comfort awaits in the primary suite, which features a king bed, a private balcony, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. In the second bedroom, find a queen bed and a twin bed. The guest bathroom provides a tub/shower combination. OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES Enjoy beautiful ocean views from the covered balcony. A table for four sets the scene for dining alfresco amid the spectacular vistas. EXTRA PERKS & MORE DETAILS Complimentary Wi-Fi and a private stackable washer/dryer are provided. The family dogs are welcome with a small nightly fee. Assigned parking is available for two vehicles in the parking lot. This condo is located on the second floor. Elevators are not available. LOCATION Walk mere steps to the beach for a fun-filled day lounging on the sand and splashing in the waves. Or head to the famous Carolina Boardwalk to enjoy amusement rides, live music, fireworks, and an arcade. Walk directly across the street and find a mini grocery store as well as The North End Cafe. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. No more dogs are allowed. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

The condo was fine, no frills, kitchen was equipped ok. The washing machine was broken, so we didn’t have access to that. The main frustration was the tv. There were zero instructions, and I’m pretty savvy, but it took me close to an hour each time to find the tv shows we were looking for, and that was on CBS. I couldn’t find any basic channels, and had to download different apps, etc. My elderly mother, who was with us, would have never figured it out. The unit was neat and tidy. Could have used a few more kitchen towels. Location was great! Porch was great!

The view and beach access were excellent, which was most important!! The washer quit partway through the visit and was not repaired. To the dismay of my condo mate, there were no instructions for operating the TV in the living area.

House was very clean. Close to the beach. Nice size for 4 adults and a 3 year old. Quiet area of Carolina Beach. Enjoy!

We enjoyed our getaway with my mom. Morning breakfast on the patio overlooking the ocean was fantastic. Kitchen was stocked very nicely. Perfect cup of coffee across the street. Clean.

Patty, the Vacasa Service Person who not only spent time trying to coach through how to access all three TVs, but drive two hours the next day to set us up so we could successfully watch current TV (news) on one of them.

This is a wonderful place - the views are spectacular. The only negative were our neighbors above us were very loud (heavy footsteps, kids running, jumping - sounded like they were going to come through the ceiling) but they were only there for a few days during our 2 weeks at Reef Therapy. Would recommend if you don't mind hearing neighbors above and dogs barking constantly (which we love dogs but some people wouldn't bring their dogs inside - left them out on the porch to bark constantly). So many positives - the master bed sleeps like a dream, the view from the Living Room, kitchen, dining area was of the ocean which was why we came, the kitchen had everything we needed, the place was clean, the w/dryer were super nice to use. This is a wonderful vacation spot.

The highlights of this condo are 1) the view of the ocean from the porch, 2) the cozy master bed. I enjoyed coffee on the porch overlooking the ocean every morning. Lovely. But the place needs a deep clean—especially the kitchen and bathrooms. It seemed every dish or glass my husband or I pulled out to use was dirty. I finally gave up and filled the DW with all silverware, all the dishes and glasses I could fit and ran it on a 3 hour, high temperature, sanitizing wash. That did the trick.

Location great! Balcony and views awesome. Mike's Seafood takeout eating on balcony made our week. If cleaning crew did a better job before we arrived, would have been perfect. They did call me about my concerns. Would recommend rental!

The overall property and location was great and satisfied all of our needs and wants. Our only complaints are that there were many dishes that had stuck on food, I had to soak and then re-wash everything before we could use anything. There was a piece of trash under the master bed, 2 pieces of clothing under our son’s bed. Trash on bottom shelf of living room table and prescription drugs in the bedside table of master bedroom. Pretty sure the deck hasn’t been swept all summer, as well as the sliding glass doors were super dirty with handprints etc

The view from the porch was wonderful and so convenient to be a few steps away from the beach. The kitchen was fully stocked—enough that I was even able to cook Hello Fresh meals a couple nights. The little bodega across the street was also convenient for random things we needed, even though Publix was only a 7 minute drive. We had an absolutely wonderful time and will definitely consider staying here again the next time we are in Carolina Beach.

We had a great time staying at this condo. Location is perfect - we could walk everywhere. Condo itself had everything we needed. Beds are super comfortable. We would definitely recommend this place and would stay there again.

A few upgrades would be nice, Specifically bathrooms, interior rugs and patio furniture. The furniture in the living room was pretty but was not the most comfortable. There was a crack in the wall, the patio door was jammed and the parking situation was a little bit to figure out. BUT When I texted the property manager, they responded within 15 minutes and had a maintenance person who was kind and friendly come out right away. The access to the beach was perfect and There were several yummy restaurants and stores close by. The overall experience was enjoyed by all.

This was a great condo. Very clean, well maintained and very close to everything. The cafe across the street was awesome too. Loved getting breakfast and coffee. Easy access to the beach. I will definitely be back

We needed a break. This offered a great respite. You could hear the soothing sounds of the waves from the living room with the sliding door cracked. The short walk to the boardwalk was enough to enjoy an ice cream during the return walk.

Located in a congested part of the beach-front community, this convenient, second floor unit provides an unobstructed view of the ocean. It is clean and well-maintained. Beach access is convenient and the neighbors all seem to have pets. Very comfortable.
