Overall great experience: Beautiful large house, plenty of parking, great location, close to stores, close to freeway exit, and easy check-in.
I chose this location over a much closer one because it was listed for 2 bathrooms, however only one bathroom was available and the other was under construction.

My girlfriend and I stayed here with a couple of friends over the New Years weekend. The house was perfect for a laid back New Years celebration. The fireplace was great for the cold nights. The beds were comfy and the owner was extremely helpful but not intrusive. I would absolutely book this location again!

This property has potential to be very nice but unfortunately there needs to be significant renovations to address decades of wear and tear, building settlement issues, weather sealing, and safety concerns.

Old property on busy street corner
This property has potential to be very nice but unfortunately there needs to be significant renovations to address decades of wear and tear, building settlement issues, weather sealing, and safety concerns.

There were no check in or check out instructions. I had to ask for them on arrival day. There seem to be communications issues through out.
I booked for 5 nights, then requested to change to 4 nights. The property manager said that was okay, but then my nightly price increased causing the stay to stay the same price.
The "heated pool" was not heated or clean. The property manager offered a discount. My emails say it was a $600 refund, but I was only refunded $100 to my payment method.
I have evidence of the payment problems and was very dissatisfied with the service.
