The home has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, with over 2800 sq ft on a quiet cul-de-sac. The home is great for entertaining or large groups with its split level modern feel. Guest will have access to the entire home. The home features three bedrooms (1 king bed and 2 queen beds), two bathrooms, kitchen, dining and living room on the upper level while the lower level has two more additional bedrooms (2 queen beds), one bathroom, laundry room and a family room that has a wet bar in it. Additional queen air mattresses available upon request for any booking over 10 guests. The home also offers Bose sound system throughout, smart lighting, smart TV's, apple TV and WiFI. The entire home is open to guests. The house offers plenty of parking in the driveway and on the street. The bus runs near by and it’s easy for Uber and Lyft to find. This home is very attractive and beautifully decorated. It was perfect for my family holiday gathering. The owner quickly responded to all my emails and text before and during our stay. We will definitely stay here again.

My daughter was married at Hudson Farms and we chose here to be our home base. Quiet cul de sac, immaculate and beautiful home. Spacious living quarters and beautiful spacious outdoor space. Everything was wonderful including the communication with the owner. I wish I would have known about this home while my daughter was a student of U of I.

All was as shown in the listing. Perfect place for a long weekend golf trip. House was clean and all the little things taken care of. Communication was great and easy. Would definitely stay again.

Great spot to visit U of I student! Just far enough away from campus noise and or traffic but only 5 minutes away. Nicely updated, price was high but it was Moms weekend so I’m sure above average.

We stayed at this property for my daughter’s white coat ceremony at the college of veterinary medicine at the University of Illinois this past weekend as we live in NC! It was a great entertaining house and had ample room for my large family, as well as plenty of room to host a brunch for many of her Vet friends and their families beforehand! Kenneth was very responsive to any needs that we had, we will definitely be back next May 2024 for her graduation!

Great home Well recommended A contact phone number for host would have been better Master bedroom closet was un usable do to clothing items left inside by owner. Drawer space was also compromised as a result of owner items which forced my mother to have to live out of her suitcase. Totally not acceptable and an inconvenience for patrons

A great property in Champaign. Work brought us to town and needed a place close to campus for a crew of 4. This property was perfect for us, lots of space and close to everything we needed. We will certainly book this property again when we come back to town.

The home was beautiful and the location was close to everything (most importantly Sun Singer which is my favorite place of all time). Communication was wonderful and check in was the easiest. The bed was so comfortable. Beautiful park like outdoor space was a great place to have coffee in the morning. Honestly, not one thing was less than perfect!

This house was even better than expected! Larger and had a lot of space. It was also in a very good area near the sports complex at the University. We were in town with our basketball team for a tournament and we shared the house with another family instead of staying in the hotel. We had 4 adults and 4 teenagers and everyone was very happy. The house had plenty of room for everyone to sleep well and relax between games. Also the kids loved the TV room downstairs and the adults appreciated the separate upstairs space to relax. Very nice stay and if we attend the tournament again next year we will look into renting again! Thank you!

I have never used VRBO before and the host made this process easy for me. We used this space for family to stay while visiting for my husband’s 40th birthday. It had great gathering space for us. The furniture was comfortable and the rooms were spread out between two floors, which is nice for privacy and overall use of the space. We also like the uniqueness of some of the artwork and color choices! We will likely book again in the future. Thank you!

We used this as a halfway meeting place to share a late Christmas with family. The place is very nice as the pictures indicate and received communications from the property owner. We were very pleased. The only minor drawbacks I can note for us was that there wasn’t any available closet or dresser space to use for coats or suitcases and there were no additional seating suitable for dining as we had 9 people and the table seats six. Minor inconveniences really, the property was wonderful otherwise and we had a great time.
