Location is great, house is well cared for, cozy and cute. Plenty of towels and needed items, and the owner was fantastic to work and communicate with. Very rapid responses, friendly and helpful. We would definitely come back and recommend to others.

We were in the area for annual ski trip and this place met all our needs. Only 25 minutes to Sundance Ski Resort, Very clean, convenient to interstate and plenty of shopping and restaurants. Owners responded very quickly with any question we had and were very helpful. They have done a great job with renovations to this home.

Clean, cozy, cute decor. Easy check in, attentive host. Loved the proximity to grocery stores, other retailers. Huge TVs with strong bandwidth on wifi. Loved memory foam mattresses for all beds. Great place for us to gather for the first real snow this year! I would recommend this place.

It was a really nice place. Neighborhood was a little iffy but turned out to be nice. Very quiet. My grandson enjoyed the games.

This home was so comfortable for my husband and I along with my daughter and husband and 18 month old grandson. The keypad entry made getting in and out easy too! There was lots of space to spread out and immediately upon entering the room with the bookshelf and big bean bag our grandson grabbed a book and laid on the beanbag he was so content. Becky was quick to answer all of our questions and checking out was just as easy as checking in.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The owners were very kind and accommodating to our crazy schedule. They responded promptly to emails and were very helpful. The home was comfortable and we love that is was pet friendly! Location had many stores, and restaurants very close by and close to the freeway! For a small home this place was able to accommodate our group comfortably! We would absolutely stay here again!

Cute little place with plenty of room for our family. We loved how close it was to all the little restaurants! I think the vacuum cleaner wasn't working properly because the rugs were a little dirty, but the rest of the house was VERY CLEAN! Would stay again!

We loved the decor & how cute everything was. The beanbag and 2 TVs was a hit with the kids. We loved story time in the bunk bed room with all the books on the shelves.

Let me explain. The owner - WOW - amazing communication 100% of the time. The inside of the home, much bigger than we expected. We loved the kid's room especially since I write kid's books - so I left one of mine on the shelf too. This home is in a densely populated neighborhood which is very quiet, except you can hear road noise on both sides. It's not terrible though. The home has a lot of cute features too. Two living spaces, Nest Thermostat, lots of comfy beds, kitchen has everything you need. This is not a "Luxury" 5 Star though - When I think Luxury - I think fancy. So, yes, this owner earned a 5 Star in Communication and Delivery of everything promised inside. We've communicated about the outside - if you are a ninny like me about back yards and your animals check with the owner to see if you will be happy with the outside space. My only other comment is that with such a big yard some outside seating (or wish, wish - a hot tub) would be lovely. And, yes, if the opportunity presents itself, I would stay here again, it is what we needed.

This home has been fully renovated and is super comfortable, clean, and roomy. It is convenient to lots of things to do. We were able to walk to nearby restaurants, cinema, and for some groceries. It's only one block off the main road, but it was totally quiet with no traffic to speak of. The fenced in back yard was great to let our dog get some exercise.
