Nestled on a wooded lot, we left much of the landscape untouched. Enjoy plenty of shade, dappled sunlight and lots of nature sounds. Inside is flooded with ample natural light as the house has lots of windows. Unwind at the end of the day with a hot shower on the back deck then enjoy the deck and firepit as you relax under the café lights and stars. When you decide it's time to hit the hay, pull the blackout curtains and nestle under the quilt on a brand new queen gel mattress. You won't want to get up but when you do... the coffee and tea area is stocked and ready for you! The television is a 65” smart TV. We have an antenna but do not offer cable. Feel free to log into your own streaming services. Guests will enjoy the entire property minus the locked utility room on the front porch. Extended stay guests can request the washer and dryer. Your experience and comfort while staying with us is paramount. I’m just a text away! Quiet neighborhood and very walkable. Walk your family to the park, to the woods, to the stadium or even to dinner! Ride share services like Uber are available as well as public transportation. There is a bus stop at the end of the block. If you’re headed a little further to explore local springs or adventure farther to theme parks, Hwy441 and I-75 are easily accessible from the house. There is one step from the front room to the living room area which makes our place not wheelchair friendly. Use care when stepping up and down this threshold. We ask that you treat the house and neighborhood with respect. Observe quiet hours 10pm-7am Park in designated areas. No smoking or vaping inside or on the premises. Parties will not be tolerated. Only registered guests permitted. For families bringing pets, we welcome 2 canines for the one $65 pet fee. You may request approval for additional pets. Unapproved pets will result unfavorably. We request & appreciate that you pick up poops. This provides a more sanitary yard for all our guests. With all that said, ultimately, we ask you enjoy and make great memories while you’re here!
