Barb and Jerry are the 2 best owners we have ever had! We have a golf group that travels to Orlando annually. We have stayed at 1474 Moon Valley the past few years. We have only great things to say about Barb and Jerry - they are extremely conscientious, accommodating, and so very prompt in responding to any questions or concerns we may have. The property is always presented very clean and well equipped with anything we need. Needless to say, we will definitely be returning here for our annual trip! Thank you so much for having us Barb and Jerry - you are the best!

Three generations celebrating Christmas!!
We were a total of “17” ages 80 to 15…
Bedrooms (8) were all good size.. kitchen was well equipped with the pots and pans and dishes and glassware…very comfortable for all of us..the host couple went way beyond on helping us with information and anything else we had questions on.. Just a truly amazing week.. only commend I can suggest that would be a benefit for us seniors is.. to mention that there is no handicap railing for getting into and out of the pool. We fortunately had some great grandsons handy for helping..
Next time we come, this will be the first home we will checkout..

Barb and Jerry were very responsive to any questions that we had and even went above and beyond to help us. They provide MANY amenities that most rentals won't and all those small touches made our stay very comfortable!
So much room for all of us and the rooms and furniture were great! Pool was awesome and the hot tub was a perfect temperature to ease our aching muscles! Great distances to all the parks and close to airport.....neighbourhood is busy with a lot of other renters and for some the check in process the first time can be a bit long but after that smooth sailing. The main resort pool could use more chairs but it was a great spot to spend some time!
Overall once of the best rental experiences we have had! Thanks again!

Golf trip for 8 men consisting of family and friends. The property worked out perfectly. Each guy had their own bedroom and each bedroom had at least a queen size bed. The owners, Barb and Jerry, were very responsive and everything they had advertised and communicated to me was 100% accurate. No surprises at all ! The pool was clean and warm and the attached hot tub worked very well and would heat up to a very comfortable temperature after cycling the manual timer a few times. Other properties would charge more for heated pool/hot tub and limit hours of use but Barb and Jerry included it in the price. They also included a nice size BBQ and propane at no additional charge. There were plenty of kitchen utensils, pots and pans, toaster oven, blender, Keurig and regular coffee machines along with small appliances we didn't even use. They provided glassware for inside use and plasticware for outside along with some "to go" cups and lids. There were many incidental items in the drawers and cabinets that you likely would not find in another "commercially managed" property. Soap for the dishwasher and washing machine was also provided. The entire house was large and spacious and all bedding and linens were neat and clean. We didn't really need to use the game room stuff since we had perfect weather and spent most of our spare time, while not golfing, using the pool and hot tub. The house has a TV in every room and very large flat screen in the theatre room upstairs. Having a real tv as opposed to a projection tv in the theatre , in my opinion, was a big upgrade in picture quality. Since we timed this trip with March Madness basketball, it was great to have quality tv's throughout the house. The property is in a good location within the Champions Gate complex. The Oasis pool complex is a few blocks away and walkable in about 10 minutes. We did have a slight issue with the first guy attempting to access the Oasis gym complex. You need to produce proof of your rental dates at the front desk in order to obtain a wrist band. Not a big issue and no reflection on the owners, just be prepared to show a copy of the rental agreement or picture of it on your phone. There is a Publix supermarket 10 minutes away and many restaurants that will deliver. The week long rental value was great when compared to hotel properties that I researched. I would not hesitate to recommend this property to anyone, especially groups looking for 8 "grown up size" bedrooms and beds.

Stayed for 6 nights to celebrate my daughter’s wedding at Disney! Family stayed with us so we could celebrate before and after the big day. This house is unbelievably clean and stocked with everything you could imagine and more. Nothing is left out of the mix. Plenty of room to get 11 woman including brides ready for the big day. Pool and hot tub were sparkling and perfect and the lanai was a welcome space to hang out. The movie room was well utilized and the game room was too!
The bathrooms were well stocked and the towels and sheets were not only clean, they were luxurious.
The owners worked with me for over a year to secure and plan this trip. They are gracious, kind and super responsive to questions and concerns. Nothing was overlooked in the booking, the renting or the stay. I will return. I highly recommend, and I thank them from all of us as they truly helped make the weekend wedding one to remember!

Jerry and Barb’s home was all that we expected and plus more!!! The home was cleaned and sanitized and ready for our stay with all the amenities needed. The home had plenty of space for 13 people. Jerry and Barb were incredible host and the check in/out was so easy. I would highly recommend Jerry and Barb and there home for a future stay! We can’t wait to plan our next trip with Jerry and Barb when heading to Orlando area!

Jerry was responsive to a plumbing issue we had, and had a maintenance man at the property w/in 15 minutes. The home is emasculate, and my interaction w/ Jerry during the booking and stay was nothing short of outstanding. Thank you, Jerry. You made our stay quite memorable.

Everything about this Villa was first class! Barb and Jerry are very responsive and were very accommodating with us.
This is an annual golf trip of 8 friends. We have stayed at Championsgate now for 4 years running. All agreed that this was by far the best of all of the places that have stayed in Championsgate
Fully equipped with everything you need in the kitchen and throughout. Great touches like plenty of bathroom items for our four-night stay.
Also, thoroughly enjoyed that pool, spa and deck area. Plenty of seating and pool towels. The grill was a big hit and worked really well.
We will be back!!!!

We rented the home to bring in the New Year with Family and friends. This home was very spacious, and accommodated us comfortably. Home was very clean, plenty of linens and a very well stocked kitchen. Plenty of appliances and cookware. The host was very responsive. We'll definitely keep this home as an option for future stays.

This home was absolutely perfect! It easily held 17 members of our family with no problem and the pool was a huge hit for the kids. The house was spotless and Jerry and Barb we excellent in their communication with us! They truly made it easy to understand the expectations. The location is only 9 miles from Disney and it is very close to grocery stores. The kitchen is very well stocked…we had Thanksgiving there and had everything you needed. Definitely would stay here again!

Very nice property. Lots of rooms. So many we never even got to the game room. Pool and spa were excellent. Very clean and lots of items for use by the infants. Highly recommend.

Our stay of 15 was top notch, from rooms to pool to the owners was just great.
We have stayed at champions gate 4 times and this by far was the best.
The communication with the owners was unbelievable. Jerry had super quick responses along with his wife Barbara, they made sure we had everything we needed.
The house is super clean well stocked with just about everything you would need to make your stay comfortable.

My family and I truly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home while on our family vacation! The house is very spacious and has beautiful décor. The house was very spacious with plenty of amenities. My children enjoyed the Oasis Clubhouse and water park. Barb and Jerry were very helpful from the start, with the booking process and answering all my questions. I loved the open communication and responsiveness. This was my first time booking a rental home on VRBO and I was truly impressed. I will definitely refer family and friends to this property and look forward to staying here again in the future:)

What a beautiful home!
What can I say that other reviewers haven’t already said. From the moment you begin communications with the owners you feel like you are dealing with friends. And the home also reflects that sentiment. It is immaculately kept and superbly equipped. If you forgot to pack an item, chances are very likely that you will find it there. Like little things like sewing kits , First Aid kits and makeup towels. Bringing young children? You will find high chairs, cribs, strollers, step stools, portable potties, baby bath even a bottle warmer!!! The kitchen is truly a chefs kitchen. You will find waffle maker, crock pot, coffee machines, pots, pans, dinnerware, glassware for both inside and poolside! Everything labeled so you know to take the correct drink glass to the pool! And speaking of the pool, you won’t find a cleaner one! In addition to the beautiful pool the house comes with more than enough pool towels and toys for the little ones to enjoy. You will also find a very nice grill at poolside to enjoy! Have a pet coming along? There was a set of bowls for your pets food and water! Barb had suggested Best Friends Pet Care for our dogs stay for the day that we would be a Magic Kingdom and that turned out to be a wonderful suggestion. The house is beautifully decorated and every room has a nice sized TV to enjoy. The towels, linens and beds were 5 star hotel quality! There is also a very nice theater room with a phenomenal sound system!! Of course, you should bring paper goods; plates, cups, toilet paper and paper towels. But if you gotgot to pack those, Publix is about 5 minutes away! My family and I LOVED this home and will definitely return! Jerry and Barb are wonderful communicators and very quick to respond to any questions or concerns you may have. That gave us peace of mind. I recommend this house highly! You won’t regret it!

Perfect for family vaca
Stayed for a week long family vaca, the house is perfect for traveling with other families and also within reasonable distance to the parks. The oasis club house is a great amenity as well. The owners of this property were fantastic to deal with. We had a hiccup with the pool upon arrival, but they jumped right on it, we’re extremely responsive and got the issue resolved. They even refunded us a portion of our payment without us having to ask. This wasn’t our first trip to champions gate and won’t be our last. Definitely recommend!

Great for large family
We found Barb & Jerry's place 2 days before our trip, as our previous rental was canceled on us last minute. They were fantastic at communicating with us, and immediately got us set for arrival less than 48 hours later, including letting us check in early. We traveled with 13 people from 3 generations, with 5 kids under 5 years old and had plenty of space. Barb & Jerry have tons of baby items that we utilized, and every kitchen gadget you could think of. We spent most of our time in the pool and loved the afternoon sun from the western exposure. We were so grateful to find this place and salvage our family trip last minute!
