We REALLY enjoyed the building. Super cool from the road view, down town. We were on the 3rd floor, but we visited the outside hangout area of the fourth! There are lay out chairs and tables. Danced under the stars, while looking at the tops of city buildings and roads ❤️ Charles has everything you need to enjoy a few fun nights in Bham!

Mr. Ledbetter really took care of us. He gave us a great condo in a great location with strong security and very clean and chic and the price was right on the money. We will be staying here again next time we are in Birmingham. It's a no brainer. Best VRBO experience we've ever had!

Very contemporary, clean and bright and we loved the flow of natural light. The location in a renovated historic industrial section of town is fabulous! Our only concerns were that the furnishings were a little too small scale and very uncomfortable (especially the queen size metal frame bed; however, easy fix w/ plenty of room for an upgraded mattress on a full king size bed) the washer/dryer combo saves space but not time...way too inefficient. Quality stackables would perform way better. Overall it was a really good experience that w/ just a few furniture and appliance upgrades would easily go from good to GREAT! 😊

Even with a full refund, it didn’t make up for the fact that I had to do a last minute search for a place to stay since I had already paid for my dog to go to the kennel and we had tickets for an event. This was EXTREMELY unprofessional and no amount of apologies is sufficient. The only thing that may change my mind about using this site further is a free weekend stay at one of the owner’s properties. We were excited to stay and the place we stayed in was a COMPLETE disappointment and cost us $50 a night more. I have a lot of influence. Help me use it for good by doing the right thing.

The unit is very nice, location great. My issue is the bed and pillows, both were not very comfortable. Also the lighting in the bedroom and bath not good at all. Feel free to call me if you wish to chat more

Perfect place in the perfect location of the city of Birmingham! This place and host made us able to celebrate my daughter‘s 20th birthday the way she wanted to with her FRIENDS! WE Would definitely stay here again for future getaways! She called me to let me know everything was perfect and to please let Charles know!

This property, was very nice and clean. It was just the right size for my husband and I. The location was great for walking to the museums and around downtown. The host Charles was the best, he responded to any inquiries I had right away. He is courteous and polite. I would recommend this property!

The building has lots of character with original exposed brick, open air courtyard and is off a cobblestone street. Parking is relatively easy and the location convenient. Unit is well done with efficient use of space. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

We more or less lucked into this property, but we're so grateful to have found it. The location is fantastic with an easy walk to excellent coffee and food. The property was clean, and as-described. Zero complaints whatsoever. Charles was a fantastic host. We had a small hiccup with the air mattress, but even though we got in a little late, he was extremely quick to respond and took care of our issue without hesitation. We'll be back the next time we're in Birmingham!
