Enjoy a getaway in this gorgeous updated Villa on Hilton Head Island just a 5 minute bike ride to the beach. Take walks along the beach with private beach access from the gated community. After a long day of fun in the sun come back to this spacious Villa and enjoy the updated kitchen and coffee bar. Make memories as you ride bikes around the community or grill out on the patio. If you don't feel like cooking this home is centrally located to several restaurants and great shopping! Our two story villa in located in the beautiful Shipyard community; where you will find a communal pool, private beach access, bike paths, and lush greenery. From the moment you get onto the island you’ll feel the great family atmosphere and never want to leave. Our villa offers a fully equipped kitchen with a large family style table that seats 6, along with a small bar and stools for sitting. The dining room is open to the living room where there is a large couch and love seat, 50 inch TV with cable box, and a stocked coffee bar. You may enjoy your mornings with a cup of coffee or nights grilling on our patio. The patio is secluded and fully furnished with chairs, tables, and a grill. Downstairs there is also a half bath and laundry room available for use. When you go up the stairs, you’ll start with the loft area that has a bunk bed and TV with roku. The owners suite has a king bed, private balcony, TV with cable box, and full bathroom with double vanity and walk in shower. The guest bedroom has two queen beds, TV with roku, and full bathroom with vanity and tub/shower combination. We offer 2 adult bikes, 1 children’s bike, and a bike trailer for your use. If you need anymore rentals there are various businesses very close to the home to accommodate. The pool is just a 3 minute walk from the villa. The beach is less than 1 mile, 20 minute walk, 5 minute bike ride, or just a quick drive. The beach access has bike racks and parking spots available. The island is full of great restaurants and activities; from boat or kayak rentals, dinner or dolphin cruises, various restaurants and shopping, or just taking a nice walk or bike ride on the beach.

Accomodations exceeded our expectations. Location is fantastic and check in was seemless. Communication was supurb and would definately stay there again.

Very clean. Beautiful location. Lots of space for hanging with a large family. The beds are comfortable and bedding/ towels feel like good quality. The bike ride to the beach was great and close enough our 6 year old could do it with ease. The back patio is a dream in the morning to just sit with a cup of coffee or grill up a meal for your family. The outdoor shower was great for after beach trips. Angela was always available if had any questions. A great stay and we would recommend to any large family.

This home is so nicely renovated and clean. The decor is both beachy and homey with lots of room for sleeping. Kitchen is equipped with all gadgets and appliances necessary.
There are bikes, beach chairs, beach towels and beach games! All of these are a huge bonus especially when traveling with kids and don’t have enough room to pack everything.
Location is PRIME! Quietly tucked away in shipyard resort, and 3 to 5 minutes away from beach access, shopping and food!

We had a wonderful stay. The house is comfortable, clean, and nicely updated. More than enough space for our family with two kids 9 and 11. Everyone had room to spread out. Host was great to communicate with and very gracious. Thank you!!

We’ve stayed in shipyard many times but this was the first at this property and it was right up there at the top. The unit was well appointed and updated, the kitchen especially! The master bed was very comfortable which is one thing I worry about when traveling, but no issues at all. This unit is centrally located between the beach and Coligny shopping which is a win when traveling with teens obsessed with shopping. The bikes were a nice touch as well. Will stay here again!

Absolutely perfectly overall! Only issue was having trash pick up on Friday and people check out on Saturday when we checked in on Sunday the trash cans were overflowing. We had to clean up trash several days from having animals get in the bags that didnt fit in the trash can. Some of thats was from the previous renters.

We had a great time at Angela's get away in Hilton Head. The location was perfect and convenient to everything. Beds were super comfy and the condo had everything we needed!

We visit family that live on the island every summer and have stayed everywhere over the years. One our favorite places got booked up the week we wanted to go so we gave this place a try. It was perfection. My whole family (husband and 4 kids) kept saying how they want to come back next year. Very updated and clean. Lots of room, comfortable beds, beach chairs/toys/towels/bikes provided, gas grill/seating/privacy out back, quick walk to the pool, & quick ride to the beach.

The condo couldn't have been better. Everything you could think of was available, even a pair of cheater reading glasses! It was clean, comfortable, within walking distance to the pool which was lovely. A short bike ride brought you to the ocean too! It was conveniently located to great restaurants and attractions. It made our stay easy and very enjoyable. I would highly recommend 33 Sailmaster in the Shipyard for your next stay!

Property was great. Beds and couches were comfortable. This condo has a lot of amenities and is close to many restaurants, entertainment and shopping. Pool was nice and uncrowded but the weather was also on the cool side. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again!

What a wondeful property, that quite frankly the pictures don't do justice. The check in process was completely seamless & smooth. The cleanliness was exceptional; 5 stars plus. We are a family of 5, and we had more then enough space and then some. Kitchen is large and completely updated. Huge living room with lovely patio that is very private. And the upstairs is perfect for a family with multiple beds and bunks for the kiddos. Bathrooms are beautifully updated. There are toy bins with legos and other items for the kids to play with which was fantastic.There are children's books and family board games. There are multiple items for the beach: towels, chair's, toys, etc. Bikes to ride. The condo covers every base. I would highly recommend and will definitely be back at Angelas home in the future.

We had a great quick trip to Hilton Head! It was perfect for our needs. The property was great and super clean. Angela was easy to communicate with and quick to reply to our messages. The beach chairs and bikes were an added bonus. Would love to stay here again.

My husband and I rented Angela’s condo for a weekend getaway with my parents to celebrate my daughters 1st birthday. The condo was just perfect, plenty of room for everyone, very comfortable stocked with all essentials and plenty of extra things to make our stay extra enjoyable! The location is perfect, we enjoyed riding the bikes provided at the house to the beach. The community pool area was clean, nicely landscaped and most days we were the only ones using the facility. Angela was very prompt and helpful with any questions I had throughout our booking and stay. We will definitely be back!

It was an excellent vacation at Hilton Head. The property had many things for kids and adults. For adults, nice backyard to sit and talk. For kids, some board games for kids and building toys. We used the bicycles and the kids ride in the property as well as surfboard. Plenty of towels etc. Shipyard is very relaxing and this place is very clean and well maintained. We enjoyed all the amenities in this place and had a excellent vacation with family.

We loved this beautiful, clean and spacious place. We enjoyed biking to the beach and around HH. We were able to enjoy the nature that surrounds this property. The private beach access was amazing! This spot is close to everything! We are very happy we chose to stay here!

The kids called the bunk beds in the loft the treehouse and loved their little area- great additional space for a two bedroom to have that third area for kids!

Home away from home
We had a wonderful long overdue vacation as a family at this property! There was plenty of room for the six of us. Unfortunately, one family member got sick while there but was able to recuperate peacefully and restfully in this villa because the accommodations allowed for privacy and a place to retreat to while recuperating. The rest of the family enjoyed daily visits to the beach accessible by car, a walking path, or via bicycles provided by the villa owner, Angela. Fortunately, we didn’t have to pack or rent sand chairs as those were provided as well! Speaking of Angela, communication with her was very easy. Angela is attentive to her guests needs and concerns. Questions to her were responded to in a timely fashion. Overall, we had a great time in Hilton Head and our stay in Angela’s villa was a great home base! I’ll be sure to rent from Angela again if vacationing in Hilton Head in the future! Thank you for the goodie basket and thank you for a pleasureable experience, Angela!

Wonderful Rental!!
My spouse, my 22 y/o daughter, and I stayed 2 months at this terrific property while waiting to close on our new home. We loved this property!!! It was updated and spacious. There were many nice touches, such as the coffee bar and a welcome basket of goodies. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was perfectly stocked with cookware, dishes, and other misc. items for us to be able to cook most of our meals at the house. The community around the home was quiet and beautifully landscaped. We enjoyed walking and riding the bikes that the property provides. We also played many rounds of golf at the golf course on site. The property manager is quick to respond to any messages that we sent to her. I highly recommend this property for rental!! Cindy

Wonderful Beach getaway!
Anglea's home was the perfect place for our family beach getaway. Check in was very easy and we were even able to check in a few hours early. The home itself is more beautiful in person and has EVERYTHING you will need while away. The kitchen is loaded with any small appliance you will need for cooking and the coffee bar was great! Plenty of linens for our larger group and plenty of space also. We definitely would recommend this rental to anyone. It's obvious that Angela takes pride in her rental and wants to ensure guest are as comfortable as they would be at home.

This unit was completely updated, centrally located and all the amenities you could ask for. It’s just over a mile walk to beach, very doable if you are only bringing a blanket. Or a 5-7 minute bike ride. I really enjoyed the bike ride because of the trails which lead you right to the beach (behind the Sonesta). Most often we would drop our stuff (chairs, cooler, sun shade) at the beach and then park. And then either do an early morning or evening bike ride.
You also have the option of going to Coilgny beach which has public parking. Coligny was much more crowded (public beach) versus the beach behind the Sonesta (private beach). All depends if you prefer the big crowd or the smaller crowd. Main advantage of Coligny is that you could take a break from the beach and walk to eat, drink and shop.
If you have kids or adventurous teens, It’s safer for them to travel on bike or foot to the beach behind the Sonesta, as there is less traffic and no main roads to cross.
Our unit came with 3 adult bikes (and locks) which we used every day. It also has beach chairs and a wagon, which we didn’t use because we brought our own. We should have left them home to lighten our load.
And of course the washer and dryer are very handy, as we did laundry every day and didn’t have to “over pack”.
I would recommend this unit. You will not be disappointed!!!
