Our family enjoyed being within a short walk to many restaurants, a coffee shop, a grocery store, and a walking trail along the Brandywine River. The only issue we had was with the shower. It was a little tricky in getting the right temperature and we found the flow was better when no other water was being used elsewhere in the home. Check-in and check-out was super easy and having a temporary parking pass was great and we didn’t have any problem finding a parking spot on the street. The townhome is old and has steep steps but it was well-furnished, clean and the kitchen was well-stocked and had everything that we needed. It was a comfortable home and we enjoyed hanging out on the front porch. Thanks, Travis and Gabrielle for being wonderful hosts!

Clean, Comfortable, Close to everything in Trolley Square. Excellent choice. We will stay here again on our next trip.

Awesome property in a great location. This house is clean, well kept, has character (being an older residence) and is in a great neighborhood. We could walk to restaurants and the grocery store. It was easy to get around with limited traffic issues. The house itself was very comfortable and just the right size for the 5 of us. The beds and pillow were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked and the hosts were very attentive and answered any questions we had promptly. Would gladly stay here again when in the Wilmington area.

We were in Wilmington for a week visiting our son and needed a place that we could work remotely during the mornings and afternoons. This place was perfect for us. Plenty of space and great location next to restaurants and easy access to interstate.

took a while for the ac to cool, but I'm old and from Florida and require refrigeration) i am used to central air ;) . parking can be a challenge but not difficult enough to complain. Overall it was very nice. it had a cute little backyard, and was well equipped. cant think of a better location in trolly square, walk to resturants, grocery, bars etc.
