New floors throughout, paint, ceilings, lighting, insulation, bathrooms, furniture, and stairwell! Our cozy 3 bed, 2.5 bathroom duplex has undergone a complete renovation. Brand new chefs kitchen equipped with: white shaker cabinets, quartz counter-tops, updated hardware, pot-filler over the stove, all new stainless steel appliances, new cookware, plenty of drawers and other cabinet space. Enjoy cooking and preparing meals while enjoying the alluring ocean view. Adjacent to the kitchen is a lovely open walk-in pantry with plenty of storage, coffee station, microwave, toaster oven, and nugget ice machine!! We enjoy cooking and preparing meals, we've ensured the kitchen is equipped for many of your kitchen needs. The surrounding foliage and location near the end of the road provides an exclusive feel. Maximizing the views from the living area with this reverse floor plan, the third floor has a spacious, open concept layout. Windows, windows, windows! BEAUTIFUL floor to ceiling windows are sure to impress with spectacular views from our elevated lot...these views are some of the best around for second row living! You can see the waves crash dolphins frolicking, and everything else to the horizon. You will find plenty of seating at our large dining table. There is space for all to be together whether it be eating, playing games, or catching up. Our cozy living room is furnished with brand new furniture, large TV to enjoy, plenty of games and puzzles, and the best view in the house! Included here are alluring ocean views as you relax after a day playing on the beautiful beaches of the Crystal Coast. Beach access is across the street! The third floor also has a small seating area next to the stairs and a half bathroom. A custom staircase leads down to the second floor where the bedrooms are found. This level has special, extra insulation in the ceilings to help muffle the sounds of a reverse floor-plan beach house. The primary bedroom with en-suite has all new furniture and a comfortable king sized Helix hybrid mattress. Enjoy soothing decor as you relax from your busy day at the beach or exploring. This bedroom has private access to the second floor deck. Make sure to wind down in the en-suite spa-like shower with separate shower heads so two people can use it at the same time! It also has a rain shower head and jets to get those sore muscles. The second bedroom has a brand new king sized Layla memory foam mattress with new frame and bedding. Relax in this comfortable, well appointed room with all of your needs met and private access to the second floor deck. Across the hall you will find a bunk room with a comfortable twin over queen (Casper memory foam) bunk-bed and a twin trundle (memory foam). The space between the queen and twin is extra high to give the lower bunk extra space for sitting. The closet holds a roll-away twin for extra sleeping. All TVs are ready to stream your favorites with our high speed internet. Next to this bedroom is a brand new bathroom with an extra deep tub/shower combo. New vanity, mirrors, and lights adorn this update bathroom. Enjoy the feeling of fresh, high quality sheets and extra thick towels included in your stay. Dish, hand, shower soap, and shampoo|conditioner are provided for your convenience. On the first floor you will find access to the garage, a laundry closet, and the main entrance (via smart-lock) with foyer and basket for shoes. Outside around the side of the house is an outdoor shower to help rinse off the sand and salt from the day. Come as you are and enjoy our 2nd row beach cottage by the sea. Our home is located in the heart of Emerald Isle. With a short walk|bike ride, you may experience various places such as: restaurants|ice cream|donuts|a park|seafood|coffee shop|shopping|convenience store|pizza|the pier|& more! Your trip will not disappoint!! Bring your favorite beach activities & food while we provide the rest at our cottage! Please be mindful and respectful of our no-smoking and no-pet policy. Enjoy the separate, private driveway in this East side unit. Avoid the street and arrange your cars for parking on the concrete as you see fit. Local beach access is conveniently located across the street. Ocean Drive also ends with a cul-de-sac across the street which reduces traffic and sounds. Golf cart and bike rentals are located nearby. Guests are encouraged to explore the island as Emerald Isle provides a wonderful walking or bike path that runs along the road.

Property is well appointed with everything you’ll need. My only challenge was with the coffe maker, but that was my fault, I didn’t see the power button located on the lower right 😉

This property only requires YOU! We have vacationed at EI for 30 years, and stayed at multiple rentals, this one ranks at the top! All essentials are provided and so many extras. Top notch kitchen, with everything you need/want, right down to spices! Bathrooms and bedrooms also top of the line from bedding to shampoos and soaps. Quiet location, steps to a shady beach access. Beach chairs and extras also included. You can stop searching all the endless rentals, this is the ONE!!

We spent a relaxing week at this property and we were really sad to leave. The house is very clean, beautifully appointed, and close to stores, restaurants, etc. The neighborhood is quiet and lovely. My husband enjoyed twice daily walks on the beach and we both enjoyed dinners from Surf’s Up Grill and coffee and donuts from Flip Flops Donut Shop. Very friendly people in Emerald Isle! We loved every minute and will be back again to this great house.

My family spent a restorative and relaxing month at Paige's house. The house is beautifully decorated and appointed. We loved spending time in the house and we especially enjoyed the view from the kitchen and living room areas. We cooked in most nights and appreciated how well stocked the kitchen is. And we took full advantage of the ice machine!
We had 3 generations of family stay with us, including grandparents and a 9 year old child. Everyone was very comfortable and had plenty of space to spread out.
We spent most days at the beach, which is a short walk (less than 5 minutes) from the house. The beach was relaxing and not over-crowded at all! The week of Fourth of July was the busiest while we were there and even then, there was plenty of space to spread out.
There were a few very nice beach chairs, boogie boards and kids toys in the garage that we enjoyed using during our stay.
Communication with Paige was outstanding. She is by far the best host we've worked with!
We are still talking about how great our vacation was and wishing that we were still at Paige's beach house! If you're on the fence about renting this property - do it! You won't be disappointed!

Great property, great neighborhood, very clean. Our only negatives- the number of people the listing shows doesn't match allowed space- the bedrooms are small- use of the roll-away beds or the trundle bed would not be comfortable/possible. Also, the picture of the downstairs couch area on the website gives the impression that it is living or cooled space- it is actually the garage and not an area you would spend any time.

We recently spent a week with another couple in this well appointed home. We really enjoyed being able to see the ocean from the living area. The kitchen had everything needed to prepare meals, if you are so inclined. We made good use of the separate ice maker - something I have never seen in any other vacation rental property. While we were there, a new outdoor shower was installed. The property owner was a delight to communicate with. I have only good things to say about the property and owner. I would definitely stay here again.

My sisters and I like to have “Girl’s weekends” from time to time but decided to drag the husbands with us this time. This house was the perfect place! Beautifully appointed yet incredibly comfortable, with more than enough room for 6 adults. Great location with amazing views. We plan to come back to this spot in the future. Through a series of unusual circumstances, the house was not clean when we arrived, but Paige handled the situation perfectly and all was made right. Truly enjoyed our stay!!

We stayed here for Christmas...not only was the property beautiful, the views of the beach fantastic, the home was decorated for Christmas. It was an unexpected treat. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the pots & baking sheets I needed to cook a full Christmas dinner. The property was clean, the linens, & towels were high end. I can't say enough wonderful things about our stay. Will absolutely book again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! Very short walk to the beach with access just across from the house. Tons of games and puzzles for rainy days, lots of outdoor toys as well which the kids were excited about. Clean, nice updates, great kitchen, and a short walk to several neat stores and restaurants. The host was extremely accommodating and quick to respond to questions. 10/10, would stay again!

This property has been completely redone inside. The furnishings are all top of the line along with the appliances. The bedding is gorgeous and so very comfortable. The master shower with 2 separate shower heads is amazing. Every attention to detail and comfort has been provided. The gourmet kitchen is set up to cook any meal you could imagine. But several good restaurants from Beaufort to Morehead to Atlantic Beach to E.I. Paige was a delight to work with and responded promptly to any questions we had. But her detailed information covered everything. The view from the bedrooms and decks is beautiful. We were just here for 4 nights but perfect weather in October. Will stay longer next time. Beautiful home perfect for our family! While the mama’s ran the Emerald Isle 1/2 marathon the kiddos had space to play, rest and even cheer us on as we ran by the house twice!! The impressive upgrades of this house by far exceeded our expectations, while we were so grateful to find a place with two king beds! We can’t say enough good things about this house.

This was by far our favorite rental ever! The owner was very nice, and we loved the location and the layout of the house. We loved the views and the privacy, and the quiet street it was on was very relaxing. Everything looked just as it did in the photos and the house was immaculate. This house is CLEAN! We have major allergies in our family and I was in love with this house from the moment we walked in because it was so clean. We will absolutely be returning next year for sure!

This house was amazing! We knew it was being renovated when we booked, but it still exceeded our expectations! The views from the living room, and the top deck were awesome. We saw fireworks without leaving the house! The sheets and towels were great quality and everything just felt clean. Paige was a great communicator!

Beautifully updated with great views
We had a wonderful week in Emerald Isle. The property was recently updated and well stocked. The kitchen had all needed appliances and utensils and the owners include beach chairs, bikes and sand toys. The walkway to the beach is right across the street and the views are wonderful.

Fort Malcom and aquarium are nice to visit about a 15 min drive since the island speed limit is most 35 mph, a few areas do jump to 45 mph.
Beach access is right across the road from the house.
And great to take an early morning walk on.
Great host, very responsive to all our needs and inquires.
You won't be disappointed staying here. It really felt like our 2nd home.
We're definitely planning our next visit here soon.
