Close to skiing, biking, beach, boating, restaurants, shops, equipment rentals…. This home is new to our family and we are super excited to put tons of love into it as we renovate and share with others… It is 10 miles from Alpine/Palisades (Squaw) and 15 miles from Northstar. The property backs up to a beautiful paved bike path where you can enjoy a 2 mile ride to Tahoe City or keep riding along the stunning Truckee River all the way to Squaw/Alpine. Just across the highway are world class Nordic skiing & mountain bike trails for year round recreation. Ready to enjoy the sun, sand, and amazing crystal clear water of Lake Tahoe? A 1/2 mile walk will take you to the north entrance of Skylandia Beach/Park! If you prefer to just relax, light a cozy fire and enjoy the beautiful views of trees and lake while you watch a movie or read a book! My family and I had the most wonderful stay over Christmas. Jamie went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The house is just as pictured. It is warm and charming and in a fantastic location. This would make for a great house any time of year. We hope to be back soon.

I had to change the dates of my travel. The property owners are super nice people. Everything was spot on. Linen, bedsheets etc. were super clean and comfy. The property is good as new. The upper portion has all the games for the kids, Kitchen has all the required needs, even paper plates, microwave popcorns. Small things made big impact on our stay. We had the best time ever. I will definitely stay at this property next time we visit.

The cabin exceeded our expectations in every way! It was spotless, homey and we felt so comfortable relaxing in the space, cooking, doing laundry and enjoying the starry nights from the gorgeous deck. The neighborhood is quiet, close to beaches and town, and has great access to biking and walking/running trails. Jaimie was also a communicative host that made us feel most welcome in the space. I would happily stay again!

This home was sparking when we walked in. We didn’t need anything, plenty of bedding, towels, toiletries and kitchen supplies. It also has a great deck! Checking in was easy, and when the wifi went out that affected the door lock we got a text right away from the owner giving us an alternate way to lock the door.
The house is also in a great location, close to beaches, boat rentals, zip lining and great restaurants. What a comfortable home, we had a great time!

We loved our stay in Lake Tahoe! The property was in immaculate condition with plenty of room for our 6 adult family party to have dinner, relaxing and watching tv and playing games on the deck. There were plenty of towels for us all and the kitchen was well stocked with all the cooking essentials we needed. The windows around the living area were beautiful and allowed us full view of the beautiful nature right outside our door. We even saw a bear in a neigboring yard! A real find!

This house is very comfortable and roomy. Garage is large enough for two cars and still room for ski gear. Plenty of wood for the fireplace! Bedrooms are roomy and beds are comfortable. Bathrooms are a little small but plenty of hot water and room for storage. Upstairs was very relaxing and we loved the multiple large windows. It felt almost like we were outside. Couches and chairs were comfortable and kitchen was big enough for several people to work on a meal. Location is excellent and easy to get around either to Kings Beach and Incline or Tahoe City and Palisades. We would rent here again for sure!!

Exactly as photos and descriptions. wonderful open and light upstairs living area, well stocked kitchen, comfy beds, 2 car garage. Loved walking through the quiet neighborhood down to see the lake. Snow removal was good, access to Palisades and Alpine easy. Jaimie was a very attentive owner and we’d recommend this home without reservation.

Beautiful open-concept top floor with wood-burning fireplace, entertainment center and kitchen. 2 bath and 3 bedrooms downstairs. 2-car garage. Convenient to either Squaw Valley or Northstar. Everything went very smoothly, and Jaime (owner) was great. Family really enjoyed the space and the big windows upstairs which looked out over the snow-covered trees.

This house is beautiful inside/out. Lots of windows with trees surrounding the place. Cute spaces in the house to be alone or gather with family or friends for some great conversations . Communication with the owner Jaimie was great. We loved our stay here and can’t wait to be back after the renovations. We like to cook so looking forward to some good appliances and kitchen items.

We spent the Thanksgiving weekend there, after the issue with the door code everything was perfect. The cabin is so beautiful and clean. Nice view and quiet neighborhood. We had a very nice vacations. Thank you to the owners. 🙏

We enjoyed our rental - it was a great place to stay for a week. It was clean and furnished nicely (cookware/kitchen items and sheets/pillows could be upgraded a bit). The view from the living areas was delightful, like you were in the trees. Jamie was great on all the communication and made check in and check out easy.

We were 2 families visiting Tahoe for a long weekend. Jaimie’s house was the perfect size for 7 people, immaculately clean and well designed. The location is great for all activities in both North Tahoe and South Tahoe. We will definitely be back!

From the minute I booked our vacation to the very end this trip was perfect! Jaimie and Troy were the perfect hosts! The communication was superb. The cabin was so clean and equipped with all the necessities and then some! They thought of so many details from games for the whole family to extra sheets and towels. The kitchen was fully stocked with all items needed for cooking. The upstairs family room was so spacious and a great area for my kids to play games and do puzzles. The bedrooms were all great sizes and had plenty of pillows, towels and blankets, Beautiful views of the lake and a great spacious yard. Conveniently located walking distance to a 7-11 which was great for those items we forgot on our trip to Safeway. Safeway/CVS etc was a short 3-5 minute drive. Very close to all the bars and restaurants in Tahoe City. I cannot thank Jaimie and Troy enough for their hospitality! We will definitely be back!

The kitchen was fully stocked with all items needed for cooking. The upstairs family room was so spacious and a great area for my kids to play games and do puzzles. The bedrooms were all great sizes and had plenty of pillows, towels and blankets, Beautiful views of the lake and a great spacious yard. Conveniently located walking distance to a 7-11 which was great for those items we forgot on our trip to Safeway. Safeway/CVS etc was a short 3-5 minute drive. Very close to all the bars and restaurants in Tahoe City. I cannot thank Jaimie and Troy enough for their hospitality! We will definitely be back!
