The home also features a hot tub, game room for the kids, and ample outdoor space for enjoying the beautiful weather under the covered porch. We hope you enjoy your stay! Video Surveillance: – The Property has 2 exterior cameras placed as a doorbell camera, 1 mounted on the corner of the garage. This video footage is not shared and is recorded for liability reasons in the cases of a break-in, death, injury, pet policy, guests disregarding the maximum occupancy allowed, and in no way infringes upon the guests’ expectations of privacy in these public areas of the property. The Space: This amazing home has been designed and decorated to make your stay as comfortable, fun or relaxing as possible. You'll find all of the basic amenities here including Hulu + Netflix access so you can enjoy some time off while traveling! Internet is something we all need in our lives and this property has you covered with its high speed connection. It can stream multiple devices without any problem at all! The Neighborhood: The Kenwick neighborhood is a great place to call home with its central location and close proximity to some of Lexington's best attractions. Not only does this area feature an amazing local coffee shop just down the street, but you can also walk there from your house if need be! So next time we recommend grabbing breakfast or lunch at Kenwick Table before exploring what makes our city so intriguing - all while being steps away from where it starts happening. Getting Around: We're lucky to live in a city where driving is an easy option for getting around. The parking isn't usually too much of problem, and you can hail either Uber or Lyft right from your driveway!

The house was exactly as pictured. Beautiful home.

The place had everything you need, spices, olive oil, pans, cookware, cooking utensils,
storage containers, plenty of dishes & silverware, towels for the hot tub, bath towels, 2 washers & 2 dryers! My family and I loved it there! Game room wasn't exactly as pictured but we spent most of the time in the hot tub or playing games at the huge table when at the house.

Our group had a wonderful stay! The communication was excellent and the house was perfect for our group of 12. The kitchen was well stocked and organized to prepare meals. We enjoyed the game room garage and hot tub outside. Plenty of parking for all of our cars. Close to UK stadium. I would definitely stay here again!

We rented this for the weekend for a football game with friends. The house had everything we were looking for. Very spacious, clean, and even had gameroom and hot tub. Check-in and check-out instructions given by the owner were clear and not tedious, as some other vrbo homes i have stayed at. Would definitely stay again.

I recently stayed at this property with 11 others and we had a fantastic time. The house is gorgeous and has plenty of sleeping arrangements and space for entertaining. The house comes equip with all the essentials plus more. The host was super responsive and accommodating. I would recommend this property and would stay again!

Our family rented this house to accommodate 9 members of our family. We decided on the location as it was less than an hour from the Ark Encounter. The house was lovely, super modern, spacious, and very clean. The neighborhood was a mixture of new and old, but very quiet and it seemed relatively safe. The property manager was always checking in and made sure we had everything we needed. We would stay here again without hesitation.

We stayed for 2 nights - there was WAY more room than we were expecting. The house was beautiful and clean. There is a great little cocktail & coffee house within walking distance. It was just a short drive/Uber to bars and restaurants. we would definitely stay here again!

This home was a substitute for the larger newer home we origionally booked prior to storm coming through and knocking out power in the area. This home didn't have all the frills of the home we originally booked but it met most of our needs.

This house is absolutely beautiful. We enjoyed making breakfast in the giant kitchen and all of the restaurants and entertainment in the surrounding areas. The hot tub/fire pit and the layout of the living and dining rooms made it nice to hang out both indoors and out, even in January. Highly recommend this property.

The home is brand new and beautiful with everything you would need during your stay. It is located in an older neighborhood with some neighboring homes not well kept but still near downtown. It is listed as a 5 bedroom but rather is a 4 bedroom with an open loft with beds. Owner was apologetic with inaccuracy of listing and provided a discount on next rental.

We were in Lexington for my wife’s graduation at Rupp arena. The location was great neighborhood a little sketchy but not too bad. Had great communication with Seth. My only problem is as someone in his late forties there with his family some of the rules of the stay I thought we ridiculous. I would rather put down a 2000 deposit and have whomever I want over. To be put on a limit of guest was a bit off putting. I get the quiet hours but we weren’t planning on having a keg party or wild evening with my kids and nephews there. Just wanted to have a few of the fellow graduates over to celebrate. But otherwise the house was great and we had a decent time!

Seth was great to work with, enjoyed our stay, celebrated our 54th anniversary while there. Not far from Keeneland Race Track and downtown. Walking distance to the Brewery and Coffee House down the street. Would definitely recommend this home!
