You can also drive your car right onto the beach. Come stay in our ultimate Texas beach retreat! This vacation home has 4 bedrooms and sleeps up to 14 guests: Bedroom #1- 1 King bed (sleeps 2), dresser, smart TV Bedroom #2- 1 Queen bed (sleeps 2), dresser, smart TV Bedroom #3- 2 Full-sized beds (sleeps 4), dresser, smart TV Bedroom #4- 2 Twin-over-Full bunk beds (sleeps 6, no adults on top bunks), dresser, smart TV. We also have a Pack 'n Play available. **ALL brand-new memory foam mattresses! No squeaky coils here! ** BATHROOMS: Bathroom #1- Shower, toilet, sink, washing machine and dryer Bathroom #2- Shower, toilet, sink Outdoor shower to wash off sand. KITCHEN: The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need! Includes dishwasher, both drip coffee maker and Keurig coffee maker, slow cooker, rice cooker, toaster, blender, knife set, stock pot, roasting pans, cooking utensils, pots and pans, eating utensils, bowls, plates, dinner glasses, wine glasses, cutting boards, serving bowls, spices, nondairy coffee creamer, sugar, Splenda. Dining table can seat up to 8, with 4 additional seats at the bar. Highchair and children's plates+bowls+cups+utensils included. LIVING AREA: Comfy couch and loveseat as well as other seating. Large smart TV where you can log in to all your favorite streaming services from home. Assortment of DVD's also available for use. We have a collection of board games and other family games in the TV console. PARKING: The private driveway can fit at least 2 vehicles. OUTSIDE: Upstairs: The newly painted deck is your perfect space to relax on the porch swings and feel the ocean breeze. There are also lounge chairs and a picnic table. Downstairs: There is another picnic table, tiki bar, hammock, fire pit and chairs, yard games, and a charcoal grill. Bring your own charcoal supplies. There is an outdoor shower for guests to use to wash off sand after coming home from the beach- washing off sand indoors will damage our septic system. GENERAL: Amenities include WIFI, central air conditioning, first aid kit, bed linens, bath towels, beach towels, hair dryers, trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent. PETS: A $200 pet fee applies. See below for details on adding pets to the reservation. IMPORTANT NOTES: **All guests must be over the age of 25. Children must be accompanied by their parent/guardian at all times. **PETS: A $200 pet fee applies. Please add the number of pets you are bringing under the guest section when booking. We have a two pet maximum, no more than 50lbs. Owners are responsible for the pet(s) including any damages, waste and hair left in property. Pets are not allowed on any furniture. Pets should not be left unsupervised. **Parties are NOT allowed. **We recommend you obtain travel insurance from a reputable company, in case of weather events or any other reason you may need to cancel. There is an active hurricane season forecasted. **There is a $10 permit to park on the beach. You can obtain this from any of the local stores. **All our TV's are "smart" TVs. You can log in to your favorite streaming services from home, so remember to bring your passwords. We do not provide cable TV. **During the summer, mosquitoes are present. We recommend bringing mosquito repellent.

I rented Nicholas beach home for my birthday gathering. We arrived at the schedule time & the house was totally dirty. EVERY ROOM IN THE HOUSE WAS DIRTY, YES EVERY ROOM WAS DIRTY. I got in touch with Nicholas and he called over someone to clean the house. When we got back from eating dinner, the house was half clean cause the BED WAS MADE AND THE LINENS WAS NOT CHANGE, YES I MEANT THEY FIXED THE BED WITH THE SAME DIRTY LINENS. THERE WERE HAIRS IN 2 BEDS, CHIPS IN THE BED, PEE OR WHATEVER IT WAS ON THE SHEETS & BEDSPREADS. WE STARTED WASHING ALL THE LINENS. THE REFRIGERATOR HAD FOOD LEFT INSIDE & WAS NOT WIPED CLEAN. I haven't heard from him, but I will NOT stop until I get my money back. I am taking him to court & will put a lien on his property. TRUST & BELIEVE I AM TELLING A 100% TRUT

This house is perfect weather it be for work or family vacation. Our stay was for work. This house is super nice, and we will rent again when it is available on our next trip down. Nicholas Miner was great with communicating. If you have a question or need something all you have to do is call Nicholas and he will get what you need or answer your question.

We had such a great time! The directions were easy to use and the house was just right for us! We had all we needed! The host checked on us to make sure we were comfortable and it was really appreciated! We look forward to next time! Thank you! It certainly was our home away from home!

The property was good however there were a few things that were not so good. First the house sleeps 14 with parking for 2 cars, not a good thing for a family that has 6 vehicles. Second there are no closets to hang clothes or store suitcases and bags out if the way. The bedrooms were very small so we had to store things along the walls in the main living area. The internet was horrible so we were unable to stream live TV. We also had teens so they were not able to use their devices my daughter needed to use her work computer for a half day of work and was unable to do that. Overall the house was ok but I don’t think I will rent in this area again due to the houses being so close nothing against the home owner just not our type of neighborhood. The owner was very attentive in making sure everything was ok. The stay was good.

This place was comfortable, clean and the owners were extremely hospitable and accommodating. The washer had broken before we arrived and the owners did everything they could to get it replaced. When the replacement didn’t work, they were extremely apologetic and brought us more clean towels. Great distance to the beach, loved the deck and downstairs patio. My family really enjoyed our stay and would gladly stay here again.

The house had plenty of blankets, towels, and kitchen tools. It was clean and the layout was convenient for our needs. Parking permit for the beach could be easily nabbed at the "Big Store" and the short distance between the house and the beach made running back up to the house simple. I loved the twin porch swings on the deck--super cute! Would stay here again.

We stayed at 958 seagull palm and it was by far the best beach house we’ve ever stayed in it was gorgeous spacious fully furnished and even had a baby bed for my youngest granddaughter! Bathrooms included a shampoo conditioner and body wash dispenser in both showers it was a beautiful house close to the beach and in a quiet neighborhood and had smart tvs in every room best vacation home we’ve ever stayed in!

This place was perfect for our little group get away. A nice short walk to the beach. It was the perfect size for us and our little mini retreat for some girl time. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and necessary appliances. There were plenty of bath and beach towels. The beds were very comfortable with the memory foam mattresses. We all enjoyed our stay. Thank you for hosting us. If you choose to stay here, you have been prayed over by our group. ❤

I stayed here with my family of all ages and we truly had an amazing time. It was cold several days and we loved the fire pit and benches in the backyard. We made smores on the cold days. The porch swings were also extremely nice and relaxing. We would definitely stay here again.
