**LINENS AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST FOR AN ADDITIONAL FEE**----This is a 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath located in the quiet Cobb's Cove subdivision. With only a short golf cart ride or walk away from the beach, this is the perfect vacation home! Plenty of deck seating to enjoy the beautiful views of the beach. What a place to enjoy your morning coffee!! Master bedroom has a king bed with an en suite bath. The second bedroom has 1 twin bed and 1set of twin over twin bunks. The third bedroom has 1 twin over queen bunk bed and 1 queen bed. The fourth bedroom has a queen bed plus a twin bed. Downstairs area features a sand shower, outdoor swing, picnic table and extra seating for friends and family. Small dogs (35 pounds or less) allowed with pet fee. All Swede’s Real Estate vacation rentals are NON-SMOKING properties.

House slept 8 very comfortably! Had everything we needed to cook meals throughout our weekend. It's a very short walk right to the beach, and the view from the deck was fantastic.

This house needs a deep clean and owners need to check out kitchen utensils, pots, pans,etc. Found roach droppings in one bathroom, burns on kitchen floors, broken tray in frig, nasty pillows, no dust pan to clean up dirt, nasty front door, picnic table on porch was in bad shape and needs to be replaced, one lamp switch would not work in living room.
