We booked this property for a girls week. There were 5 of us. We are VERY particular about where we stay. This was a perfect pick! The condo was very clean. The layout is ideal. There is SO much space and plenty of seating (bar chairs, large dining room table, ample living room furniture). The balcony is HUGE! Lots of table/chairs to enjoy the million $ view! Note.... for some reason the top or bottom outlets (can't remember which) are controlled by the wall light switch. The outlets worked once we turned on the "light" Also They must have painted because the walls are a beautiful blue gray color. In the picture, the coach looks like there is a low back and the pillows are what you sit up against. The pillows were not there. The couch has a regular back which was very comfortable. The wicker chair even had a large ottoman to match. The plus was the master bedroom has its own entrance to the balcony. The large sliding glass door allows you to lay in bed in the morning a still be able to see the ocean. We didn't cook much, but when we did, we had all the cookware needed. Although our Asian friend said there were no chopsticks (haha).

My family and I were looking forward to this vacation and the room we had rented. The pictures were a bit misleading as the colors were a dull gray instead of the beautiful light green we were anticipating. The room was spacious and clean but we encountered multiple electric outlets that weren't working so we had to search for others that were working. I didn't call to have them looked at because there was no visible hazard, but I feel the owners should be inspecting their properties better and closer in every aspect not just focusing on just the cleanliness and whether or not their furnishings are all in place. All the beds were horrible as far as comfort, there were hard lumps all over each bed making it hard to sleep, not sure if or when the mattresses have ever been changed or looked at. The most concerning thing about our visit most of all was the fact that on our last day the complex shut off the water at 9am with no warning at all to anyone, and we later found out by asking around that they were going to keep it off till that afternoon till 2pm. That was totally unacceptable not receiving any notification so that we could prepare for such an event. I understand things need to happen for repairs and such, but to not say anything to the guests is completely wrong and unacceptable. For this reason alone I will not be returning to the Sunscape complex or this renter at Majestic Sun; nor will I refer anyone to stay here as well. Other than what was previously stated, we love Destin and will come back to the Destin beach area.

For what we paid for 5 nights I expect top notch quality. Baseboards and floors dirty. Wall switches that don’t work, double plug outlets where one or both did not work, TV that did not work. I understand one towel etc per guest with laundry in the unit, but not one kitchen towel or dish cloth was provided, we had to ask TWICE to get those and we got 1 of each to have for cooking/cleaning 3 meals a day for 7 of us, The building had only 2 of the 3 elevators working the entire time we were there. We waited for 6 cars to be able to get on one this morning. The heated pool was cold. The umbrella and chairs on the beach were a nice amenity, however, they are NOT directly in front of the building, those are for some other resort, the ones for Majestic Sun are a good bit down. The view from our balcony was beautiful, but there are a lot of other options with good views, so will not book this one again.

We stayed in 1201A which had a great location across the street from the ocean. Upon arrival everything appeared clean (sink stopper in one of bathrooms did not work) and the furniture was comfortable. (2 stools were not usable and need to be repaired). It is a good size for a medium size group (we had 5, but could have comfortably had up to 8). The beds were very comfortable, table was large, and plenty of chairs available in living room area. The necessities of the kitchen were provided, but nothing more.Kitchenware was basic but acceptable for 5 people. If staying more than 2 days, be prepared to bring your own supplies (toilet paper, soap, laundry detergent). We did not use the tennis courts or golf. Communication was good. Check out was easy. No recycling available.

I wanted my children to experience an 'ocean view' and this room definitely delivered. Great view, location and well stocked. Foe the days that there were double red flags on the beach the AMAZING pool on site keep all the kids happy.

Our stay at 1201 was wonderful. The condo was ready early and clean and comfortable. We had our children and grandchildren stay and everyone was comfortable with their own space. Despite a couple false fire alarm problems (faulty wire somewhere where the trash goes)the stay was perfect. Great views!

I have stayed in this building several times and while I LOVE the location we needed a bigger unit. The unit has a lot of potential if the mgmt. company would put a little bit of effort. We had to wait 24 hours for face cloths and hand towels (not a huge deal). There was never any dish soap, sponges, cleaner for the counters or extra trash bags. I could get over that, but there were dust bunnies under the beds that were HUGE and a nasty stain on one of the lamp shades. I can get over a bare bones unit, just make it clean. We did have to call the mgmt. company to change the battery on the fire detector and they were prompt to respond. Mgmt company: Just pay attention to the little things and this can be a great unit.

The view from the room 1201A is phenomenal. Heather was great on the phone helping us getting parking pass for our cars that wasn't in the room. However, the amenities is very bare minimum. No extra toilet papers, trash bags, no swimming pool/beach towels, No dish soap or dish mop to wash the dishes, no laundry detergents. We stay 3 nights there. No extra blankets given that we can't change the thermostat during the 9 degree outside winter temperature and the unit temperature was 65. We end up using our beach towels that we brought with us as extra blankets. No coffee maker. We end up driving to the grocery stores to get all these essentials. The heated swimming pool is a plus, but no indoor changing place near the pool, so we were all freezing in wet clothes running outside to get into the elevator to get up to the room. We end up just using the swimming pool only 1 time for that reason. I probably wouldn't stay here again for those headaches.

Beautiful view to wake up to and for sunsets. The heated pool was perfect for the chilly day. Lots of restaurants close by. The bedroom each handing a bathroom was great.

The checkin process was great. The condo was very nice with spectacular ocean views, but could use a deep cleaning and updating. Floors, grout, tubs need deep clean. Linen, chair pads, sofa needs updating. Overall a good experience.

We really enjoyed the condo, tons of room and bathroom space for 6 ladies! Perfect location with a beautiful beach, water right in front. Pool was a good option too.

We had our family/ friends end of summer vacation in Destin/ Miramar beach in September 1st - 5th. We stayed in Majestic Sun 1201 A, The beach front view was gorgeous! Right across from the beach with a nice balcony to relax and people watch. The balcony was well furnished with plenty of patio furniture. The Seascape property also offered very nice amenities and two beach chairs/ umbrella if your book with Seascape. The condo could have been a little more tidy. It was just okay as cleanings is concerned, not as tidy as I would have like it. The floor Needed to be swept it had sand and crumbs in a lot of spots on the floor. The kitchen appeared clean but the countertops, stove and outside refrigerator looked to have been smeared with a wet cloth or rag. I did bring cleaning supplies bleach and Lysol to clean and sanitize to my liking. The bathrooms were clean and furnished with toiletries soap / tissue and plenty of towels. The living room furniture did not look as nice as the pictures it had a few stains on the couches and the bench from the dining table had a piece hanging from underneath. Also One of the stools was missing a screw other than that that place was pretty decent for a nice Labor Day weekend. There was a closet with plenty of beach accessories .. surf boards, floats, sand buckets/ toys etc.. to enjoy while you stay. The decor was nice but overall I think the cleaning in between check outs/ in could be a little more throughly cleaned so that guest can check in and start enjoying their vacation. We rented bikes for the length of the stay from Sweets Escape Rentals, nice that the property has plenty of bike racks to store and lockup your bike. FYI SWEETS ESCAPE RENTALS delivered & picked up to property. We ate dinner at Captain Jacks about 4 miles from property, it was great! Outlets conveniently less than 2 Miles from the property. Sunoco store and Dairy Queen about a mile from property for ice cream sundae or slushy. Overall really nice vacation!

We enjoyed our stay. Easy access to the beach, breath taking views, A/C worked like a charm (we like it COLD). We had a bathroom malfunction, maintenance came within a few hours to fix the issue - very please with their quick response. Beds & furniture were comfortable. There were not enough towels for the number of guest the unit will sleep, the dishes were sparse & dirty (a bacon pan that clearly needed to be thrown away) & the dryer would not dry towels - which was an issue without enough towels. We didn't even try to wash beach towels.
Overall our stay was very enjoyable!!

Loved everything about this place ! Did not have to worry about forgetting something because they had everything we needed. Loved how close it was To the beach and other attractions we did. Check in and check out was super easy. This place is just worth it overall. I will be definitely coming back.

We loved the corner, top floor of Majestic Sun. The view was fabulous. Also, being able to see out the side was a bonus! The condo was so clean when we arrived. The beds were comfortable and the common space was roomy enough for 7 people. I loved the extra long balcony that had access to the living room and master suite. I wish there had been a broom so that I could sweep every day, and I feel like there could have been more utensils for cooking (spatulas, etc.) but that was only a minor inconvenience. Everything was managed well as far as check in and out- SUPER convenient. We did have some issue with getting a parking pass for the third vehicle that I had already preregistered online. But that was settled on our second day.
