You will love the incredible vistas with floor to ceiling windows giving incredible views from the Master Bedroom, the family room, the dining room and the kitchen. The balcony is among the largest on the beach, allowing all the room you need to dine outside, relax in comfort and truly enjoy the beachfront vacation you deserve. Inside the luxury upgrades go on and on. The kitchen has gorgeous granite counters, all wood cabinetry, wine refrigerator and a stainless steel appliances. The master suite is massive with views from every angle, King size master bed, pull-out couch (full size), walk in closets, and a huge bathroom that has a jetted soaker tub and separate shower. The Ocean view master bedroom has a King size bed. 2nd guest bedroom has a king size bed with large walk-in closet. 3rd bedroom has a 2 full size beds. The amenities in the Ocean Vistas building are unrivaled. Downstairs you have an ocean-side pool, hot tub and fire pit. Other amenities include an incredibly well equipped fitness center, club room with large TV, pool table and catering kitchen. Bedding for pull out upon request, once booked please notify Daytona Beachfront Rentals staff of need for linens.

Perfect place for our family to celebrate the new year and spend time together! The condo was as advertised and Peggy & Melissa were awesome hosts! They were easy to work with and answered our questions immediately! Everything we needed was available!

This condo was great! Very large kitchen with all the dishes and pots/pans and utensils you would need. Huge master suite. Balcony wraps around so wonderful views and has an electric grill which worked great! Certainly would stay her again!

This is a gorgeous corner condo on the 9th floor with fantastic views of the ocean and intracoastal waters. We enjoyed the beautiful sunrises, while sipping coffee in the master bedroom sitting area. The beach and pool are just steps away. Visiting with other family members was made easy by using the recreation room space. Restaurants and other activities are close by. Highly recommend!!

The place is amazing with an amazing view and balcony. When we decide to come to Daytona again, we will definitely stay here.
Everything you need in the kitchen, and if we did need extra bedding because of company, its all here! We used the chairs to sit on the beach as well, and I noticed there were even floats/toys for little ones for children, so our grandchildren would have loved it if they came with us.
The only issue we had was a little confusing at check in. I was not informed at the first email upon reserving that we would be getting another email from a different user to get a parking pass, which probably went into my spam. Nevertheless upon arrival, we waited until we got an attendant,(a little confusing just sitting in the drive) when she was a little irritated that we didn't have a pass and got us a temporary parking pass, we just had to go on Monday to obtain for the rest of the week. Then a gentleman escorted us through the building for a tour and our room. We were treated very special! I loved that as soon as you got off the elevator was our room so not much walking, and our parking was next to the elevator as well. The carts available was nice as well to use to carry groceries or other items to room.The ramp was still broken from the pool but the new ramp right outside was great access to the beach. We didn't use the pool but I would suggest maybe umbrellas by the pool for those like my husband who likes to sit under one. WE LOVED IT!

Ocean Vistas is a great condominium and this is our family’s second time vacationing here. This unit was exactly as described and was very well-appointed from the kitchen to the beach towels and board/card games. The furniture was comfortable and there was ample seating for our group. The mattresses were memory foam and that was a great surprise! Very spacious and family-friendly condo…would highly recommend!

The property was exactly as pictured and described online. Communication with Kaylee and Peggy was stellar.
Upon arrival Kaylee met us and gave a tour of the complex - so helpful. She is very friendly and so accommodating. Not only is the condo beautiful it was very clean. Huge plus.
The wrap around balcony was ideal for sunrise and sunset viewing. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything you might need.
The property includes enough supplies to get you started. We traveled by vehicle so we were able to bring the extra amenities needed for the week long stay - paper towels, Tide Pods, etc. There is a grocery store nearby.
The parking is a huge plus - no worries about the safety of motorcycles/vehicle.
So hard to leave and come home to snowy cold weather. Wish we had stayed longer. Hands down the best place we have stayed in Daytona and will absolutely be back.

We got just 2.5 days out of 8 days thanks to IAN . It was hard leaving because it was nice condo. Plus a loss of money for the week. But you will enjoy the condo and the views.

It was very clean and peaceful. Everyone there was very friendly. And Kaylee was very helpful and excellent to work with she explained everything very well and took us around the whole place to show us everything. I will definitely be staying here again. I have NOTHING bad to say about this place.

Very comfortable and beautiful view. Only issues were stained and ripped bed linens, no toilet paper and would have been appropriate to include soap bars, hand soap and laundry detergent. Overall we had a good experience.

Loved the condo! Everything was in good to excellent condition and it had most everything you could need. The kitchen is very well stocked, they have beach towels and Tommy Bahama beach chairs! Definitely would recommend!

Better than the pictures:)
We were blown away with the views from this condo! We were able to watch the sunrise from the master bedroom and balcony, then watch the sunset from the other side of the balcony. The condo is stocked with everything we needed, and everything we didn’t know we needed. The amenities were great, the beach was great, the check- in crew was great! I highly recommend this condo! We will be coming back:)

The security at the condo is very comforting making all feel safe while there. Fran is very communicative and accommodating to all needs making check-in and check-out very easy. She responds extremely fast to correspondences and is very helpful. Highly recommended and we will most certainly stay again on our next week's vacation to Daytona Beach!

We stayed a week at this condo with a family of 6 adults, condo is beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. Fran was a delight to work with and had great communication on anything we needed.

We stayed at the condo for a week and loved every minute! The condo is stunning, well stocked and Fran is a very gracious host communicating anything that she felt would be helpful. The view could not have been any better. Thank you Fran - we will be back.

Condo has everything we needed, best part was location. Quiet part of Daytona, but close to everything. Fran was great to work with, and went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed.

We were very pleased with our stay. If we had a question about anything, we would have an answer right away from Fran. The apartment was perfect, very big, very clean, and had everything we needed. There were plenty of extra supplies provided with the apartment. We enjoyed our stay and would strongly recommend going here.

The owner was very kind, helpful, and responsive coordinating our stay and recommending local businesses and activities. The condo is large corner unit overlooking beach/ocean with beautiful views and wrap around balcony. Great place to stay for easy access to beach and fully equipped unit with nice kitchen. We look forward to going back and stay there again.

Lovely stay
My family and I enjoyed staying for the week at this lovely space. The wrap around balcony allowed you to view the sunset and sunrise from the condo which was an extra special experience. Unit was clean and great floor plan for privacy in each room.

Amazing!!!
We vacationed with our two sons (ages 19 & 26) and their girlfriends. Our experience from planning our trip to checking out was wonderful. Fran was always so quick to respond to any questions I had. She prepared us for everything before check in and gave us any needed reminders before check out.
The condo was so spacious and immaculate. The unit was equipped with absolutely anything you could possibly need. One of the girls with us needed to print a couple of pages for school before we left. Believe it or not, there was a printer...and paper. We all laughed and said Fran has thought of EVERYTHING. Her attention to detail was incredible. The view from the balcony was breathtaking. The location was perfect...near shops and restaurants.
Thank you, Fran, for allowing our family to share In your piece paradise for a week. Our experience exceeded any expectation we had. I cannot wait to plan our next trip.

A week is never enough
Great place. Third year we've stayed in this building, and this was the best unit by far. Great owners, but we never needed anything, it was all explained when or before we arrived. I wish we could have stayed another week, we will return. Thanks
