No parties, no loud get-togethers, no music out side, no smoking inside or outside - As of January 2022, the City of Indio requires the reservation holder to sign an additional acknowledgment form along with providing AvantStay with a valid government ID, license plate and vehicle information, and the names of all guests in their group. AvantStay will reach out after booking to obtain this information. - Outdoor amenities cannot be used between 9pm - 8am (Sun - Thurs) or 10pm to 8am (Fri - Sat). - Amplified sound is not permitted to be heard outside the home at any time, per City of Indio regulations. - Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet. - Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee.
