Located in Narragansett Beach, this attractive bed and breakfast for R 4,384 per night is a great option for your next trip. This is a two story loft apartment in a detached carriage house/garage. The open upstairs level sleeps four with a queen size bed, two twin beds, dividing curtain, smart TV and a full bath. The first floor has a full kitchen, dinning area for 6, sitting area with a sleeper sofa, half bath and separate washer & dryer. There is a dedicated garden patio with teak furniture and outdoor lighting; this is a great place for your morning coffee, happy hour or to star gaze while you listen to the waves. There is a designated parking space in the driveway and free off street parking as well. For your convenience there is beach wagon, beach towels, toys and chairs, a cooler, an umbrella and FOUR BEACH PASSES. It is located in Narragansett's Historic Pier Neighborhood just a few blocks from the Atlantic Ocean and a ten minute walk to the town beach. Also within walking distance are shops, restaurants, parks, play grounds, tennis courts, bocci courts, basketball courts, surfing, surf rentals and shops, the library, a bowling ally and access to the 14 mile bike path. The Pier is spread out but our quiet, convenient location offers the best of everything. Come enjoy!

The loft was perfect for us. It was clean, comfortable, close to the beach and restaurants, and we loved the available beach chairs and towels. The welcome snacks and drinks were a huge plus and so appreciated.

We had a wonderful time at this property for our wedding weekend. It was spacious enough for my small bridal party to get ready at and so close to The Towers, our wedding venue. The hosts gave us a little present to say congratulations which was super cute and personal.

This was a perfect stay for our annual summer beach trip to Gansett. Walking distance to restaurants and the beach in a quiet spot in the neighborhood. The loft has everything you need and is so nicely decorated. Beach passes and wagon/chairs/etc were awesome to have. We felt so welcomed by Amy and Carl and they were so gracious with our little boys. We would absolutely stay here again!

With an easy walk to Narragansett Town Beach in a quiet neighborhood, this place was ideal for us. Very clean and nicely appointed, everything you will need is there. We were greeted with a nice note, snacks and a local beverage in the fridge. Full size washer and dryer was nice too. The owners live in the large house on the property and are there to answer any questions you may have. It was hot and humid during our week there so we appreciated the AC! We would definitely stay there again.

This place was wonderful! It was clean, exactly as advertised on the web. This property was comfortable and welcoming. The kitchen was fully supplied with kitchenware so it was easy to prepare meals. Having the washer and dryer was a great touch. Beds were very comfy. You can’t beat the location (easy walk to the Pier, but far enough away so it was peaceful). I think what made this place such a treat was our hosts. The little details in the house (like a welcome note) showed how much they care. They were attentive and prompt with responding to messages from us, but gave us our privacy. I would rent from them again in a heartbeat!

Our stay was THE BEST! We needed nothing except food and drink, even had some ice cube trays ready for us when we arrived. Was able to park both our small cars in the yard. The property is peaceful, immaculate and inviting. There are even 4 guest passes to Narragansett Beach, which is the perfect escape from reality and it's within walking distance! If you want an excellent, centrally located place to stay with a generous and kind host...stay at the LOFT!

Our stay has been amazing! A perfect locating for a small family. Enough space to relax and kids to play. Very clean and organized, everything seems brand new! Our host lives on the property and has been extremely kind and helpful. I can not reccommend it enough!

Great quick stay for my wife and I along with our 2 adult daughters while in town for a family event. The apartment is exactly as listed, very clean, and conveniently located to the Narragansett Pier. While we did not have a lot of free time, it was super nice to easily walk or drive the less than a 1/2 mile to the sea wall to calm the body and soul. Amy was very easy to work with and we would definitely stay again!

We recently spent a weekend in Narragansett at "The Loft" and it was just perfect! I have many fond memories as a child of digging in the sand and swimming at Narragansett Beach, walking along the pier, and fishing off Block Island with my family. Thanks to Amy and Carl for making us feel so at home upon our return for a weekend - all the special amenities, location, and personal touches - it just couldn't be more perfect. We can't wait to visit again.

My wife and I loved our stay at Amy's property! The apartment is spacious and well furnished with everything you need, and the beds and couch are nice and comfy. It was also sparkling clean! The location is superb, as you're a short walk to the pier/beach and a quick drive to many nearby sites. Amy was a warm, welcoming host, and gave us some ideas for unique, local things to do. I would happily stay again!

The place is a rare find! Such a great location-walking distance to the beach and lots of great restaurants. Amy was wonderful and greeted us when we checked in and also gave us lots of tips on where to go and what to do in the area. This is a great space-separate from the main house-wonderful for relaxing or getting some work done and in a quiet neighborhood! I will definitely be back! :)

Rented the property for 3 nights. Absolutely immaculate property in a nice quiet neighborhood behind property owners. Great place for a couple. Full kitchen and nice cozy living room on first floor with washer/dryer and half bath. Beautifully decorated. Plush Towels and bedding. Huge upstairs bedroom with full bath and walk in closet. Plenty of space for 2 people. Queen Bed was amazingly comfortable. Great location, nice private patio, easy parking, walking distance to ocean, shops and restaurants. Short drive to other beaches and restaurants. We were here for a wedding. Amy was great, letting us check in 2 hours early. We found a nicely written congratulations with a bottle of wine. Would highly recommend this property

This apartment was in a great location in a quaint New England shore town with a quick walk to the beach, restaurants and shopping. It's a short drive into Newport which is a gem of the Northeast and a must-see if you are in the area. We visited it 3 times in our week stay and still didn't see all we wanted! And don't forget to take the ferry to Block Island, another big attraction in the area. Amy, our host, was absolutely the best. She welcomed us with a six pack of the local beer, tomatoes from her garden and even lent us some umbrellas on the one rainy day we were there so we wouldn't miss out on our sightseeing adventures. We have used Vrbo often in the past for vacationing and this was by far the best experience we had. I highly recommend Narragansett as a vacation spot situated between great excursions and you won't get a better host than Amy.

The loft is in a great location-close to the beach, shops and restaurants. It is comfortable, cozy, very clean and looks exactly like the photos. Amy and Carl are friendly, respectful and helpful. Highly recommend staying here if you come to Narragansett. We will definitely be going back!

Amy’s place is AMAZING, and we had such a wonderful stay here. The guest house is cute, comfortable, clean, and a just few blocks from everything: Narragansett Town Beach, restaurants, shops, etc., and all within an easy walk. Our hosts were so warm and welcoming and we had a wonderful, relaxing family vacation. The beds are very comfortable—including the downstairs pull out bed!—and the space fit five of us comfortably. We would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to have a relaxing vacation, and spend a lot of time at the beach! Thank you Amy and Carl!! Best vacation ever!

We spent a week at this beautiful apartment and had a wonderful time. It was spotlessly clean and looked exactly like the photos. The full kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to prepare meals. The spacious, bright bedroom included a walk-in closet and full bath stocked with plenty of towels. The beds were extremely comfortable. The patio offered a lovely place to read and relax outside. The location is within easy walking distance to the beach, stores, restaurants and coffee shops. Amy is a responsive host and has clearly thought of everything to make guests feel welcomed and comfortable. We truly enjoyed our time here!
