Very clean, and one of the only properties in the area that included towels and sheets. It would have been hard to fly in from Florida and stay in a facility that did not provide towels and sheets. Lots of games to play as well. Wish we had time to enjoy the lakefront fire pit!

We have a house in Arrowhead & needed another for extra family. Meghan couldn’t be more helpful & responded quickly to any questions we had. The property is truly lovely, picturesque, spacious & with everything our family needed. I would definitely recommend this location!!

This listing throws you off when you first pull in but once you see the beautiful, cozy inside and the access to the lake you will not want to leave. This was a great spot for not only my 80 year old aunt but also my 6 year old niece. The host was super helpful when we had questions and was a super helpful resource.

We loved our long weekend here at the lake house! It was a nice change of pace from the normal hustle and bustle. My 10 yo son spent the entire weekend outside fishing, helping collect sticks for the fire pit, using the pedal boat, and many other things. The house was beautiful and Meghan was very responsive with any questions we had. Would definitely recommend. We will be planning another trip here next year!

We had a nice stay at the lake house! Clean and relaxing. But the community beaches were dirty and the rental shacks were not open at the island pool so there was not much to do around the community

My family had a wonderful fall weekend here—we spent a lot of time on the lake with their various boats and paddle boards. We also had some good hikes within a half an hour. House was clean and updated. Also got to see some beautiful sunsets over the lake. Highly recommend

The kitchen and the bathrooms are nicely updated. The house was well stocked not only with towels, linens and bathroom items but also the kitchen had good range and amount of equipment. We had a hard time with the dishwasher, but that was definitely user error. The shed had so much more than we needed to entertain our group. We had so much fun and would consider renting again because it was so easy. Thank you!

Our week was fun for the whole family. The house was lovely and we enjoyed the lake, the beaches, and the pool.

My family and I were at Megan's place from 7/30-8/6. We had a truly terrific week. From the time we entered I was thrilled. The house is beautiful, very clean and without insects lol. All the comforts of home, but with a view! Having gone to different places and lakes for over twenty years, of course I overpacked. Many things I brought were never unpacked. This time of year wasn't the best with the fish, but everything else was wonderful. As a woman, wife, mother and doting grandma I felt delightfully spoiled. The cleanliness made for a more enjoyable week than usual. Thank you again Megan, Cindy Johnson

We loved our time at arrowhead!

A very pleasant stay in a very pleasant house. On the quieter side of the lake, which is just what we were looking for. Lovely lawn with great shade trees perfect for the summer heat. Well equipped kitchen, comfy beds, nice bathrooms and very clean.

Our family had an amazing week at the lake! The house was perfect and had everything we needed to be comfortable. We loved having access to the lake right from the backyard. The paddleboards, pedal boat, and kayak were awesome and so convenient to use right off of the dock. The community pools, playgrounds, and beach access were also wonderful. All 3 generations had an unforgettable week! We’ll be back!

It was perfectly located with a great view of the lake and even though it rained the entire time that we were there, the enclosed porch was the perfect place to enjoy the view. This property is nicely renovated and very clean with a great layout for our group. The bed in the master bedroom was so comfortable with the softest sheets and there were many thoughtful touches to enjoy our stay. Seriously, it was difficult to leave that bed on checkout day. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our meals after shopping at a nearby supermarket. I was very impressed by the kitchen amenities. I enjoyed interacting with Meghan who was extremely responsive, helpful and accommodating. I really wish we’d had more time for a longer trip but we all agreed that we’ll definitely be back!

The rooms were spacious and the linens smelled fresh and clean (I am particular about that; I actually brought my own but didn’t use them). The kitchen and bathrooms were recently renovated and modern, which is such a plus. The only thing I would add is potentially a colander for pasta :). I couldn’t find one, but no biggie. Everything else was pretty much provided and I have no complaints. I would definitely like to come again in the summer!

Clean and comfortable

First off -- We walked in at sunset and the view from this home was breathtaking! That evening we sat by the lake and watched the moon shimmer off the lake--just gorgeous!! Our host, Meghan Roberts, was incredibly quick and thorough in her communications. Their home was set up just as if they were living there themselves and invited you over -- very cozy with an upscale kitchen including everything you'd need to enjoy your stay. Incredibly convenient to have sheets and towels included. Linens were clean and plentiful! My son and dauther-in-law were with us and have their own VRBO at Elk Lake. They also took some notes and gave it a 5 star rating. Thanks again, Meghan, for sharing your beautiful get-away with us. We definitely would recommend to all and hope to come back again!

Spacious, clean and newly remodeled , this home had everything we needed- beautiful lake views and sunsets, a fully outfitted kitchen and bathrooms, lots of games and fun things for the kids to do. Four bedrooms were a gift, each couple had their own room, and the girls loved playing upstairs while the boys were building forts in their room downstairs- more than enough room for our party of 8. We had our morning coffee on the lovely enclosed porch that is the perfect spot to decompress. We really enjoyed nights in the yard by the firepit with a stunning sunset over the lake. The home even has a dock where we enjoyed fishing and boating. The owners were such a pleasure to interact with and they made sure every aspect of our stay was taken care of. We were in close proximity to great hiking trails, and loved exploring Blakeslee, Lake Harmony, and the surrounding area. This gorgeous home is the perfect getaway to enjoy with your family & friends. We can't wait to come back in the winter!

Our stay at this lake house was relaxing - even with a 4.5 year old! The house was clean, modernized and cozy with plenty of space for a family or group of people. The kitchen and bathrooms were brand new! There was a sweet porch area to drink your coffee and unwind while we watched our little one play in the spacious yard. We enjoyed many days and nights with our own private access to the lakefront, and breath taking sunsets. We enjoyed fishing off the dock and our son even caught his first fish ever - a memory that will last forever! The owner was professional and communicated openly - very helpful! She even gave us a few tips on where to shop and dine with a little kid, while still enjoying our meal! :) This place is a gem. We definitely will be back!
