Calgary Cabin is a lovely 3 bedroom, 2 full bathroom home. Perfectly suited for families or couples. Bedroom 1 is located on the main level and has a full sofa bed. A full bathroom is also located on this level. Living, dining, and kitchen are all located on the main level with access to the large deck. The downstairs has another full bathroom, bedroom 2 enjoys a queen bed and deck access. Bedroom 3 is ready for all the family with twin, over full, and a trundle. Parking for 2, please note that the county only allows for 2 cars and there is no street parking allowed for STR. Fines can be incurred and are the guest's responsibility. Quiet Hours Sunday – Thursday 8 am to 9 pm Quiet Hours Friday – Saturday 8 am to 10 pm This home is located within a short distance of a church and may have some noise on a Sunday morning. *Due to COVID-19* The Mountain is experiencing a propane shortage, and you may have a hard time finding propane locally on the Mountain. We highly recommend carrying chains/cables with tensioners during the winter. CalTrans will have chain checkpoints and require you to show them or in some cases put them on. to be allowed up the mountain. **Lake Arrowhead is a private lake and short-term renters are not permitted access to the Lake, Lake trails, Peninsula Park, and Grass Valley Park as of September 28th, 2020. Available lakes for swimming, fishing, and walking trails are Lake Gregory in Crestline, Lake Silverwood, and Big Bear Lake in Big Bear. Lake availability will vary by season. **This is NOT a party home! If you plan on breaking any of the house rules, including but not limited to: There is no smoking inside or outside the property, this includes but is not limited to Cigarettes, Marijuana, and Cigars. If we smell smoke in the home there will be an additional $250 cleaning fee. If we find burn marks in any furniture, the guest is responsible for replacement costs. We do not enjoy removing pets or additional guests from the home as well as charging additional fees. We kindly ask that guests follow all house rules to avoid any issues. Smoking inside or outside the home, any type of drug usage legal or not, underage drinking, violating quiet hours, exceeding occupancy limits or vehicle limits please do to rent this home. We do not enjoy removing people from our home, but the safety of our guests, home, and neighbors comes first. There is a House Manual in the home.
