Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit. This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs. As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. This place is my favorite house I have stayed in while visiting JT! Not only is it in such a good location but the ambience of the house was so modern and chill! Management was very responsive and we felt very safe! The pool and hot tub is luxurious and the bedding was so comfortable. I slept very well! All in all will definitely be booking this house in the future!

Not happy. There were tiny near invisible bugs ALL OVER EVERYTHING including the bed. The property manager tried telling us it was due to door staying open and then changed that to climate when I informed her we have children who cannot swim and doors were NEVER left open for that reason. These bugs are now on our luggage and clothes. I spent the last night on towels on the couch with my son. Totally grossed out. Will be staying in hotels from now on. Btw, I’ve stayed here before and this wasn’t happening. This is a clear infestation and we were basically told sorry not sorry.

We were visiting family who live in the Yucca Valley area and this house was in a perfect location. Easy to visit family and close to stores, food, and activities. The house itself is beautiful, clean, and holy moly is the master bedroom bed comfortable! First time I was sad to have to go home to my own bed. We enjoyed our stay and had everything we needed. The pool/hot tub were great. We paid for heat for the pool but after the first day we realized it was too cold outside to want to use the heated pool. We asked to cancel and we got a fast response and resolution/refund. Overall the host was fantastic at responding to our questions. One thing I really loved is the access to the house. They way it's managed makes it really easy to access compared to other rentals I've had in the past. My only complaint, and it's a two tiny things that shouldn't keep you from staying here but one, is the toilet paper holder in the master fell off the wall due to a screw set in drywall that wasn't secure. I ended up putting the roll on the door handle which actually worked just fine. Second, the paper towel holder in the kitchen is so light and cheap that when you try to take a paper towel, the holder does not stay in place. Easily remedied, and like I said very minor.

This house was perfect for our weekend getaway. Once we parked in the garage, we never left for two days. The hot tub and pool were fantastic, the firepit and chaise lounge area were so inviting, and other than the occasional car driving by on the other side of the back fence, it was tranquil, and "away" feeling. The house feels almost new with everything we needed to cook, relax and reconnect. It is a large house for a single couple, and would be perfect for two or three couples since each toom is a Master bedroom. It was clean and comfortable. The concrete floors throughout suited us just fine. The privacy of the back yard was a big plus. Highly recommend this place, and more affordable with a larger group. Be mindful of the requirement to pay to have the pool heated. It turned out not be ANY problem for us, as the pool was already at a tolerable temperature, and the hot tub was perfect. This was some fine print we apparently missed, so just know that. Otherwise, no complaints, and the local area manager left us thorough notes and text communication and responses to questions was excellent.
