This 5-star home is a rare find. Newly renovated 5 bedroom, 3 baths, split level home situated very close to Charlotte. Spacious but cozy, private & relaxing. Close to the airport, Uptown & everything Charlotte has to offer. Perfect for couple, business travelers and families Message us for longer stay price The space Guests love this property due to its proximity to local attractions, KITCHEN: Fully equipped, stainless steel appliances, microwave, electric range, refrigerator with water/ice, cooking basics & spices, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, kitchen table seats 6 and breakfast nook for 4, kitchen island seats 4. GENERAL: Roku TVs, WiFi, washer & dryer, towels, linens, complementary toiletries, Nest air conditioning, ceiling fans, hair dryer, additional pets fee (paid pre-arrival), outdoor grill. MASTER BEDROOM: King Bed BEDROOM 2: Queen Bed BEDROOM 3: Full Bed BEDROOM 4: 2 Twin Beds BEDROOM 5: Queen Bed and pull out twin mattress in closet MASTER BATH: Shower, oversized bathtub BATHROOM 2: Shower/ tub combo BATHROOM 3: Shower / tub combo Guest access Keyless access - code will send a day before check with with all check in instructions Other things to note Baby gate is located at the top of stairs for safety of little ones This is a quiet, peaceful neighborhood and complaints from neighbors means you will be asked to vacate without a refund. No smoking of any kind, no parties, events or guests not listed on the reservation. If evidence of smoking inside is found, a $500 fine will be assessed + additional cleaning fees will be charged. Pets are not allowed on any furniture. We will ask you to confirm that you and all guests will comply with house rules prior to releasing the address and entry code. No music allowed in backyard. Thank you for your understanding. Up to 2 dogs of any size are welcome for an additional fee of $200 per dog. Pets must be named at the time of booking to avoid a request to pay applicable fees and/or damages and vacate immediately. Cats are not permitted - we love them but are highly allergic. Exotic animals and reptiles are not allowed. PARKING AVAIBLE : 4 cars only.

Sparkling clean, beautiful retreat for our family visit with five adults. Exactly as pictured. My first time renting from VRBO. The hosts were very responsive and made it an easy visit. Location was perfect for us visiting nearby relatives. Nice option of rooms. Would stay there again. Many thanks to the hosts!

This house is perfect for families and friends to make memories while visiting NC !! The open floor format on the 1st floor makes it so convenient for everyone to be together . Whether eating, watching TV or playing games wherever you are on the 1st floor you are all together. The beds are very comfy!! Everything is clean ! Pictures are exactly how the house looks!! I would most certainly stay here again..

First and foremost, this property was immaculately clean. Communication with the host was superb. Check in was so easy. The neighborhood is gorgeous! If you are looking for a quiet escape this area is for you. I loved how there was a room downstairs with a full bathroom for my older parents. This house is also very kid friendly. It has everything you can possibly need. Thank you for having us!

I stayed here with my mother, toddler, and several friends during a trip to Charlotte. We decided to stay outside of Charlotte as this house fit all our needs. It was VERY comfortable for our toddler who was loved playing in the "kids" room with very thoughtful play kitchen. It was easy check in/check out process. Will stay here again! Thank you!

I came with a group of 11 and the house was perfect for us! We were able to cook several meals for everyone throughout the week from the stocked supplies and there was ample seating for everyone. The beds were very comfortable as well!

What they don't show you in the pictures is the stairs to 2nd floor are a death trap, they are so steep and high. Definitely don't recommend this home for kids or elderly adults. Nice bonus, the neighbor across the street was shooting fireworks at 11pm that seemed to explode directly next to our second story bedrooms. Didn't know we would be getting a front row seat to a pyrotechnics display that rained down on our rental car. There are flourescent lights used throughout the home that are very bright and make it feel like you're in a hospital operating room. The back patio has zero privacy from all the neighbors. Everyone can see into each others back yards and windows if you leave the blinds open which is great because the blinds at the house were broken and I couldn't fully close them. The home is deep in a neighborhood that takes some time to get out of. We found an amenity center with a swimming pool, but we the host didn't provide a code to let us have access. Regarding the host, we rented the house for 2 weeks while adopting a newborn baby, but when the adoption fell through just 3 days in, there was zero consideration in even giving us a small partial refund. Anything would have been great, but they stuck to their policy of no refunds, so don't expect any flexibility if you book. Overall, not a great experience at this home.

Came into town for our daughters D2 lacrosse championship. Travel into Charlotte was delayed and weather was awful. It was so comforting to arrive to a cozy inviting home. Game schedules were changed so i was able to have my daughter and roommates over for a homecooked meal made in a fully equipped kitchen. We were even able to extend our checkout when game schedules were changed. I highly recommend this property.

We enjoyed a "Christmas weekend" with family, conveniently located near shopping areas and restaurants. The house is large, very comfortable with all amenities. The hosts are wonderful to work with! Would highly recommend!

I rented this home for myself and my adult children while we were in town for a wedding. Communication with the host was great, they were always quick to respond. The home was so clean and inviting. There was a cute snack basket left for us by the owner with a handwritten note. Everything was well appointed and well thought out! I would highly recommend! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

My daughter is a freshman at Wingate and this location was perfect for her and her friends to enjoy a pot of chili during fall break! The house was perfect for me and to visit with my girl for a few days.

So far, this was the best/favorite short term rental experience that I’ve had.
The home was absolutely beautiful. It was clean and beautifully decorated. The fact that my aunt went for a walk one morning speaks to how nice/safe/quiet the neighborhood was.
Stephen, our host, was extremely gracious. We only needed to contact him once to ask a question, and he responded almost immediately. His pre-arrival message provided everything that we needed to know. He even left a handwritten note to welcome me.
My favorite part about the house is that we could all comfortably lounge around without tripping over each other. None of us wanted to leave. My family is adamant about doing another girl’s weekend in Charlotte, and already said that they want to stay in “that house” again. Next time, though, we’ll stay longer than two nights.

I can't imagine a better experience:
Our family had an excellent 4 days staying here. This property comfortably fit our family of 9 (teens/adults). Everything we needed was provided and very clean. The host responded quickly and was very kind and thoughtful throughout our stay. It is a peaceful neighborhood with the homes close together. Parking is tight but, we were well informed ahead of time. We would certainly rent and recommend this again.

The overall house was good and the host were very helpful. There were minor things that if were worked on could make the property perfect. I felt like the property was not as clean as I would have preferred such as disposing of the plastic liners after every guest and the towels having stains on them, and the other thing I would have liked to have seen more of was privacy. Me and my family felt as we were being watched by security cameras outside more often then not and the neighbors also stared us down until we pulled off. The host are very responsive and let us know where everything was at immediately. The property was beautiful and very spacious to accommodate for our big group.
