Our 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo can host 6 people! The main bedroom has a brand new King size bed and memory foam mattress! The 2nd bedroom has 2 twins beds also with brand new memory foam mattresses. The sofa in the living room pulls out to a Queen size bed. The kitchen has everything you need if you want to stay in and cook at the condo. There are also multiple grills around the property if you want to cook outside. We are centrally located to everything making it hard to decide what you will do first! We are a short drive to the beach, 15 min from the airport, 5 min from Broadway at the Beach and 15 min from Barefoot Landing. There are mini golf courses EVERYWHERE! No matter your age, there is PLENTY to do to keep you and your family or friends happy! You can also just relax on the screened in porch. The best part is that your fur babies are always welcome! We have a dog bed for your dog(s) and a cat bed/hideaway for your cat(s). ***We have a Ring doorbell camera at the front door*** ***Noise/Smoke detector (cigarette and weed)*** ***$500 security deposit hold put on credit card 2 days before arrival*** ***Rental agreement needs to be read, signed, and returned*** ***Pet fee is $30 per night for up to 2 pets for up to 7 days. I Had a healthy Saint Bernard who was 7 years old. The listing never mentioned hidden fees for using the AC and we usually stay in places that are cooler and have working air conditioning because my large breed dog. The day before the trip Deana mentions that it will be a $25 charge to move the AC anything below 71 degrees. This was absolutely ridiculous because the listing never mentioned these charges. she refused to lower and continued to argue about it even after we agreed to pay the $25. She threaten and sent text messages saying we will not have AC.My dog died in the early morning of our third day their and we called to let her know and she showed absolutely no sympathy or remorse. This property has pictures of them dropping off balloons and such for people’s birthdays, and she wasn’t even able to offer condolences. These people have profited and capitalized off of working class folks who love their pets very much and the lack of sympathy was bewildering. We never got to take him anywhere so the heat outside was not an issue. We have no clue what happened and the doctors could not figure it out either. But it was very suspicious and out of the ordinary. I may be biased, but if you love your pets, like I loved mine, do not take a risk and stay here. This place is not worth it. We found dirty socks under the coffee table. These people have absolutely no care for peoples pets regardless of what the booking entails. I had to bring 185lb of love in a box home. We missed him!

Last minute trip with our fur babies. Very nice condo within minutes of everything. Check in was a breeze. The owner is very attentive and she even left our babies treats! Highly recommend!

My son, my mother, my mother’s little yorkie, and I just spent a few days in this lovely condo and had one of our most favorite, memorable vacations ever! The condo is in a wonderful, quiet, safe neighborhood that is absolutely beautiful. The condo itself is conveniently located on the first floor (so nice for unloading luggage and groceries, and easily walking our dog). It has a nicely appointed kitchen, in which we made daily breakfast, lunch, and coffee easily. We had family meals at the dining table, and hung out together in the living area with lovely windows/sliding door out to the screened in patio. My son loved playing out here, and you can see the pool which is just a short walk away! We visited the pool once and it was lovely as well. We had plenty of space in the bedrooms, which have comfy beds and nice linens. It was nice to each have our own bathrooms as well! We loved being able to bring our furry girl along, and the hosts were so gracious to provide toys and treats for her! Deana was very responsive and kind to communicate with. The condo is in a very convenient area as well - short drive to Broadway at the Beach, lots of shopping and restaurants. 5 min (or less) drive to the beach most importantly, and a straight shot down to the ocean! We used the public beach access daily (just pay the meter), with no issues and were shocked at how nice and uncrowded the beach was - especially for peak season! Overall, we loved this unit and our vacation, and hope to return!

We enjoyed this perfect space, just like home especially for a family get away. Spacious, comfortable and in the middle of everything you could imagine. Our dog also enjoyed the outdoors space for him to run around and around in. This is the perfect spot to be in after you’ve been in the crowd all day. Love it

Beautiful condo! Everything we could possibly need! Located close to all the major attractions of Myrtle Beach, but far enough away from the hustle and bustle. Perfect area for the kids & the fuzzy baby with all the grassy landscaping. Can’t wait to stay here again! Thank you!

Beautiful condo. Perfect for a family of 3 plus 2 large dogs! All the essentials were provided for us for a long weekend getaway! The condo was extremely clean and the grounds were lovely. We really enjoyed getting out and walking the dogs around multiple times a day. We loved that the beach was a literally straight shot from the entrance to the complex. The beach area was down from all the huge hotels so it was much quiter for our family and dogs to enjoy a nice time!

This property fed all our senses with excellence! The community was safe and well kept, as was the condo. It was well equipped and maintained with all lights and things of importance labeled for easy use. Breakfast, lunch, dinner restaurants, and supermarket close by. We were in the area to attend our granddaughters graduation from Carolina Costal University and it was a direct and easy 20 min drive away. There are many options in close proximity to keep you busy and entertained. The owners of this condo did everything possible to assist us with prior preparation to make our stay extremely enjoyable!

We loved the location as the condo was near many entertainment, restaurants and a short drive to the beach. Upon arrival we were gifted two beautiful designed mugs with their logo. Best of all the condo was pet friendly. Our cat loved sitting outside on the screened patio watching the birds.

This was our second Christmas/New Years week stay in a row. Ideal location for our need. I wish primary bed was king. A few more trash bags and dishwasher pods would have been helpful. Thanks for the treats for our pup!

Came to town from Ohio to visit our mother in Surfide. The location was perfect and right in the area of everything for Black Friday shopping. Grocery store close by and not far from the beach to take our dogs for a walk. All the neighbors we talked to were very friendly. The condo was spacious and everything we had hoped for!

Super close to everything we wanted in Myrtle Beach. Beach was less than 5 minutes away, Broadway at the Beach is within 10 minutes. Neighborhood is very quiet. Condo was clean, comfortable, and very close to the pool. Will definitely stay here again!

It was my parents, my husband and myself, and our two infant twins, plus our two little dogs. Check in and out we’re so simple! The communication was above and beyond! I had rented cribs, a double stroller, and highchairs from a company that dropped them off to our door. She was nice enough to let me know they got there and asked if I would like them inside. We had a little issue with our air in the unit, and I reached out to her. Within 20-30 minutes she was there and it was fixed! It was a beautiful place, and the pool was fantastic. It was so close to everything. We will definitely be back!

This first floor condo was nicely maintained with plenty of nice walking areas for our dog. Located in a quiet area about a mile from the beach, we still felt it was close enough to everything. We had no problem finding parking at the beach. One of the complex pools was located directly behind the unit. Everything was as pictured and I would definitely return!
