Situated in Spring, this charming house for R 2,289 per night is a great choice for your next break. Freshly renovated, quiet and convenient home next to greenbelt with walking trails, minutes from grocery stores, banks, George Bush International airport, Old Town Spring (a must to visit!), bars and restaurants. If you are into target shooting, Carter's Country and Texas Archery are minutes away. The property have been completely renovated in 2021 with new appliances and new furniture. There is an office desk, fast WiFi, two smart TVs, a full kitchen, washer & dryer, and a security camera outside. There is also a nice size yard with a BBQ smoker (bring your wood). This two-story house with a nice backyard is tucked away from a busy city life. The area is quiet, and neighbors are great. Wave them when you see them! Our guests will enjoy modern conveniences and comfort such as all new memory foam mattresses, blackout curtains, new appliances with stocked kitchen, washer and dryer. Note that while garage is available, it won't fit a car. Also, the fire place is not functional. Check-in is a breeze via an electronic door lock, and a smart thermostat will keep you comfy. Parties and large gatherings are not allowed. For stays 30+ days guests will be responsible for electric bills and property housekeeping. Professional cleaning service is available upon request.

This place was filthy when we got there. There was food and crumbs all over the kitchen. There was blood on the bed sheets in the downstairs bedroom. There was ants in the upstairs bathroom. There was layers of dust about an inch thick in the ceiling fan in the bedroom. The grey daybed in the second upstairs bedroom has the whole bottom of it broken out wood blanks all over the floor and it's being held up by a pile of 4x4s. The floors had not been moped or swept. When i told the host about it he said he had no idea that any of that was wrong and only refunded for our problems at his place. Then over a week after being back home he then goes to accuse us of breaking a tv we never used cause we were never at the house and went and charged money for a tv he is claiming we broke but never showed any proof or contacted vrbo about it either which i am now having to fight cause we never touched the tv we were never at the house we were out and about the whole time we only were there to sleep. This has been the absolute worst experience ever nd i would hope they never let this man list a house again. I also have photos of proof of everything i am talking about he's lucky i can't submit them to this review.

Thank you for having us. It was very quiet and relaxing for our down time. I would definitely recommend and stay again if I’m ever in Texas again. Michael was very helpful and made sure we had everything thing we needed. Thanks again, Michael.

The property is exactly as pictured. There are small things that need updating but other than that, we were pleased and we’d definitely stay again. I gave it a 4 overall rating because whoever cleans it isn’t really cleaning the tile floor properly. The baseboards need proper cleaning but then again, my husband and I are clean freaks.

This house was exactly as pictured. It was spacious and comfortable and located in a quiet neighborhood. I appreciated the amenities offered at the house. The owner was super responsive to messages too, which I also appreciated.

Very clean and beautiful house located in a quiet neighborhood. Property manager was excellent...quick to respond when asked any questions and inquired how our stay was going. Highly recommend this place. 😊

Michael communicated very well throughout our stay making sure everything was well. The house was very clean. The beds were comfy. I enjoyed the kitchen. We would definitely stay here again in the future.
