The views from the unit can't be outdone! The neighborhood is nice and seems safe and there are restaurants, convenience/bodegas, and a grocery a 10 minute walk. The food was excellent – 2 restaurants within 100ft. Water cooler and several large bottles provided. Agent was responsive with questions. Regarding electricity charge, we kept BRs and LR cool with AC wall units on a lot. Bill for 5 days was $238. May be more or less for others. A few nits: first, we got stuck in the small, sketchy elevator on check-in because the agent was the third person in despite her saying 2 people only. It’s really 2 only! We never took the elevator again. Kitchen seemed redone, but other parts need updating. Showers were weak, one never had hot water. 2nd, the glass doors from the LR to the patio didn’t close completely - wind/breeze made a 24/7 whistling sound and it was hard to cool down the LR. Third, patio and roof area are convenient with amazing views. However, the chaise lounges are partially broken and a little ratty. Also, fabric on the two roof beds is sun-rotted and tears. Last, the 2 exterior locks, while functional, aren’t very confidence-inspiring. For a relatively low cost they could replaced/beefed up to give guests peace of mind. These nits aren’t saying it’s not worth staying but, future guests might like to know details like these to make an informed decision. If they don’t bother you, the location and view will make your stay well worth it.

First of all you can't beat the location. The view and acces to the beach is second to none. The property is spacious the beds were comfortable. Now what stopped this property from being 5 star. The Pent house is on the 5th & 6th floor. The elevator does not work from the looks of it it hasn't worked in years. My brother has a broken leg so imagine up and down 5-6 flights of stairs everyday. The second thing is the rooftop beds had no bedding so they weren't usable. The staff response was timely when we had issues. Overall if not for the elevator it would be 5 stars. There's a lot of construction but that's out of the owners hands.

I stayed in this beautiful place with my wife, and we both really loved it. Next time we will definitely come with our friends. Vasiliy was very helpful, and besides the place to stay, he helped us with transport and excursions, which indeed helped us to enjoy our stay for all 100%

My husband and 3 adult children stayed here for a week Dec 5th - Dec 12th. This beautiful condo was perfect for us. Visiliy and Anna are very accommodating and responsive hosts and will help you with whatever you need. They scheduled our airport transportation for us and our drivers were great- they even arranged a stop at the supermarket on our way to the beach condo so we could get some breakfast items and as well as beer and liquor. We all had our own bedroom and bathroom. The views of the ocean are spectacular as advertised and even better in person. The modern kitchen is well stocked for all of your needs. We loved hanging out on the balconies for breakfast and in the evenings. Most nights we slept with the doors open to enjoy the fabulous breeze and hear the waves. We are used to having a pool at our properties but we did not miss it. There are plenty of lounge chairs, there was always a breeze on the beach and the ocean was the perfect temperature to take a dip to cool off. This is an awesome location as there are great restaurants within walking distance and a market nearby. We highly recommend Toc which is a 5 min walk down the beach and Citrus Fusion which is a 10 min walk in town. There is a pizza vendor on the beach, they wear a red shirt, who will take your order and deliver it to you and it is surprisingly very good. We highly recommend the day trip to Saona Island. It is so beautiful. We negotiated and purchased for $65 per person. Includes transportation, bbq on the beach and drinks. We really enjoyed this vacation and would highly recommend staying here. It truly is paradise.

Beautiful location!
The location of this property is great! The management was very responsive. In our opinion there were some things that would have been nice such as a full size coffee maker, kitchen linens, wash cloths - all of which are mentioned on the website. The unit could use some upkeep/updates but we really enjoyed our time!! We recommend staying here!

Amazing house
The owner was super attentive and responded very quickly. The house was beyond what we were expecting. The balcony views are priceless. There is a very fun beach bar right next to the building to enjoy some cocktails and food. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place in the area.

We had 3 nights at the end of of a trip , I wish we had stayed here the whole 8 days , the house was exactly what one dreams of a beach house being. Views every direction, walls that open to the outside, beds outside. Just amazing. We plan on returning in January.

The best experience ever
The best experience ever for all our group! It is the best ocean view I've ever seen. We spent almost all the time at the balcony and terrace drinking and talking. The beach is absolutely the best. Vasiliy organized us a private yacht tour. It was above all our expectations.

Apartment is great
We rent this place for the photoshoot. We have the best photos with the best ocean view. We made some drone photos. Then we decided to stay for 3 days. Apartment is great. The host is awesome, nice, smart and professional. If you are staying for more than 5 days you need to go to some larger supermarket like Jumbo.
We were surprised that an electricity as an extra charge. Though we paid $7 USD for the whole stay. Maybe just because we didn't use AC a lot. The apartment located in front of the beach and we enjoyed the breeze and lovely views. The best money spent.

BEST vacation of my life!
This vacation was a 40th birthday present for my husband. We booked one year in advance. Working in the hospitality industry, I've heard horror stories and had my concerns with such a big commitment. Before I booked, Vasiliy answered several of my questions quickly and professionally. He made me feel comfortable and confident in my reservation. His customer service never waivered even as I contacted him throughout the year prior to my stay.
As we landed in DR, our prearranged transportation was easy to locate and friendly. The property is only 20-30 minutes away.
Upon arrival, Anna, our hostess, greeted us with a smile and homemade lemonade, which was delicious! As soon as we entered the condo we were speechless. It was so much more than we expected. The kitchen was spacious with all the needed utensils, appliances and seasonings. The living room was perfect for our party of six with ample seating. The bedrooms were huge, each with their own bathrooms. And THE VIEW was breathtaking. We felt like royalty, especially with our own cabanas on the rooftop.
In addition to the condo being phenomenal, it is also located in a gated area, VERY safe. It's also walking distance to several local restaurants, grocery stores and shops. We loved exploring not only the beach but also the neighborhood.
In conclusion, I would recommend not just the condo but the people and location. We will never forget our trip and the BEST vacation we've ever had.

This apartment is gorgeous, looks better than on the photos. Rooms are very big and clean. The host and his wife are very attentive and pleasant people, they helped us to organize the birthday party for my daughter, it was great. The location is probably the best in Bavaro, we had access to different shops, restaurants and pubs. Keep in mind that you’ll need cash rather than bank cards. We’re completely satisfied with our trip to this amazing place!

A very stunning place, with great spacious rooms, I felt comfort in every little detail. I was happy to have a vacation on one of the most amazing beaches in Bavaro. I slept like a baby on that giant cozy bed. Bathrooms are super clean and fresh. Grocery and restaurants are in few steps from the apartment, we hadn’t trouble with cooking at all, as prices are pretty reasonable. It was a perfect vacation from the beginning to the end and thanks for making it so easy and unforgettable!

We felt in love with this apartment: the most beautiful place, clean and tidy, spacious bedrooms, luxury conditions, modern design, and an excellent service. You get exactly what is on the pictures and the host responded to all my questions very fast. And it’s not like lying the whole day on the beach, we had fun excursions too. We were recommended to buggy trip. It was a blast! It was pleasant to listen to the ocean in the evening, really soothing. The apartment is in the short distance from the markets and shop, there’s no need in a car.

It was, by the way, the best experience for me in Punta Cana. My friends and I liked our whole vacation atmosphere: beginning from the airport transfer, checking in and organizing our time. The apartment has amazing views on the beach, really stunning, and it wasn’t noisy at all, as I thought it would be. The host and his wife are very responsive and attentive; he knew all the answers to my questions. The apartment has an excellent location, close to the shops, places to eat and of course to the beach. The space of the apartment is marvelous: huge bedrooms and tidy, clean bathrooms, spacious living-room and comfortable kitchen. I can’t be happier with this vacation. Thank you for making my vacation so enjoyable, I had a great time living in this apartment. It’s probably the best apartment for rent that I’ve seen. The view was a breathtaking, I took a lot of cool photos and the description is 100% true. It’s safe even to travel here with a child, that’s a big plus. Arranging transportation and excursions were on the highest level. Also, I loved the neighborhood with shops and restaurant. Truly had a wonderful time with my family.

I have no words to describe this apartment, it’s just WOOOW! I didn’t expect it to be so cool, the best location I've ever dreamed about. Almost all windows face the amazing beach with palms, we had our private terrace, so it was like our private penthouse beach) The place is very spacious and stylish, I liked the modern design and how the host cares about little details. Vasiliy and his guys really put their minds on creating such stunning apartment: super conditions, and super service. During our stay we hadn’t time to get bored as Vasiliy organized all kinds of excursions in Punta Cana, we went to Saona Island and took Hoyo Azul Tour. Dominican nature is gorgeous!!! I‘d totally recommend this place to my friends and hope to come back here in December.

My girls and I were looking for a place to spend a few days as a bachelorette trip for our friend. This place was just what we needed. It is literally located on the beach. It had a lot of space to accommodate 8 of us. We had a lot of fun on the deck, prepared some cocktails, enjoyed the view. By the way, this place is great for awesome photos, the view from the balcony is amazing. The owner's wife helped us prepare a surprise party for our friend, she was very surprised!
The area around is great, we went shopping to plaza El Dorado, Palma Real (5 minute drive). For a fun night the owner organized tickets to Coco Bongo, we had a blast.
We greatly enjoyed ourselves. The apartment was great, the service was even better. We woud definitely come back. Next time I'm planning to visit this place with my family.

Oh My God. This was the best vacation anyone in our extended family has ever taken. Hands down. And we’ve s seen a lot! This was in large part because of the Place. It’s just perfect. The photos don't even capture how beautiful it is. The location, the privacy, the water access, the lay out instead & out were all perfect. It's also really sound proof. And this insane ocean view right from your bed. The house easily accommodated 8 of us with plenty of space for group of 10 gatherings and a lot of privacy Each bedroom has its own full bath. We wondered if we would miss the sandy beach but it was actually nice & more private feeling being on the opposite side with our own water access. Our Favorite restaurant was, less than 2 min away. We loved everything about our stay & want to return to this house again & again. My favorite thing was the expansive, uninterrupted view of turquoise from the windows. Real Heaven!
