About this house rental
Located in Monmouth Beach, this charming house for R 14,895 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Welcome to "Sulla Riva" - the perfect beach retreat located in Monmouth Beach. This home has been professionally designed and decorated to be your relaxing getaway with everything you need to truly come and unwind. No detail has been missed in this brand new beach rental, fully furnished with all the amenities needed to just bring yourself and enjoy. The home includes a fully outfitted kitchen to satisfy any chef's needs (microwave, oven, toaster oven, Nespresso machine, K Cup coffee machine, Instant Pot, blender, and much more). Open layout with high ceilings and tons of natural light. Beautiful light wood floors and high end furnishings from Restoration Hardware, Pottery Barn, and Crate and Barrel. Main floor includes: kitchen, two dining areas, 1 family room, 1 living room, powder bath, and home gym (MIRROR, Aero Pilates Machine, light weights, resistance bands, and yoga mat). Upstairs includes: Primary bedroom (king) with private ensuite bath and ocean views, 1 hall bathroom with tub/shower, laundry room with washer/dryer, bedroom 1(queen), bedroom 2 (full), and bedroom 3 (twin bunkbed). The family room, queen and primary bedroom TV's have cable. The full bedroom is equipped with a Smart TV's to stream Netflix, Hulu, YouTube, etc. All linens and towels are included in rental. My home is just a 3 minute walk to the beach (public beach access, no beach badges needed). Home includes beach towels, chairs, umbrella, toys, and cooler. If you want to enjoy the outdoors, but don't feel like heading to the beach, my backyard offers a large fenced in grass yard with 2 loungers, 2 umbrellas, patio seating, dining table (seats 8), heat lamp, and natural gas grill. If dining al fresco isn't what you are in the mood for, there are a handful of great restaurants in walking distance from the property: Kitchen Witch, Beach Tavern, and Abbioccio. Long Branch and Sea Bright are about a 5-10 minute drive and include a long list of amazing restaurants and pubs/bars. There is a supermarket just a short 2 minute drive west. There is parking for one car in the garage and two in driveway. No street parking is allowed.

We had a wonderful holiday stay at this house. It is super clean, very nicely decorated, well stocked with everything you need to cook/dine, and has a very open, inviting layout. Monmouth Beach is an excellent location (4 min by car to the restaurants/boardwalk at Sea Bright; about the same to Pier Village). Erika was a very welcoming host who was very responsive to a few questions we had. Highly recommend.

We rented Erika’s home for our wedding weekend. It could not have been more perfect and was truly a listing that was better than expected. There is an ocean view from the primary bedroom. The neighborhood was quiet and charming. Erika was extremely attentive and helpful during the booking and check in process. I only wish we had booked it longer.

We absolutely loved staying at this home for our annual Jersey Shore vacation. It was the perfect size for our family of 6. Location is amazing walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants. Definitely recommend and will rent again!

Erika couldn't have been a better host. Each and every day, she went out of her way to make our group as comfortable as possible and accommodated our variety of special requests and needs. We had a longterm stay, and Erika was incredibly communicative, understanding, compassionate, and professional. I cannot say enough amazing things about her and her home!!! It is truly the most stunning place we have ever stayed, and her attention to detail, both design-wise and by outfitting the home with everything you could possibly need for a trip, is unmatched. It's been such a pleasure, and we are so grateful to Erika for everything!!

Beautiful house and decor., so very comfortable. The owner has information on everything in a binder. All cabinets are marked, so are the light switches. No guessing where anything goes. Also, well stocked . My family enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to come back in July and enjoy the backyard.

Fantastic beachside getaway!
Property exceeded our every expectation (and we generally are very particular). Immaculate, comfortable, very nicely furnished with many thoughtful accoutrements - in short, set up perfectly to allow someone to come in, unpack and enjoy. The kitchen and baths were well stocked with many thoughtful items. Every item necessary to enjoy the beach just a block away. We have rented dozens of houses over the years but none as nice at this. We were so pleased we will be repeat renters and not hesitate to recommend to our closest and most discerning family and friends.

My family rented this house and loved every bit of it! The house is clean, bright and comfortable. The house is stocked with everything you need and was well organized - it was easy to find what you were looking for. The location was perfect for our family - with a quiet neighborhood, but very close to a great beach and great restaurants. The owner was very accessible and helpful. We would definitely rent it again!
