About this house rental

Nestled in North Myrtle Beach, this charming house for R 16,439 per night is a great option for your next trip. Located less than a mile from Sea Mountain Highway and 100 yards to the beach, Almost Paradise has it all! This private beach house sleeps 24 in the bedrooms + 8 more on sleeper sofas, sleeping up to 32 people! There are 7 bedrooms - 5 with 2 queen beds in each, and 2 with 1 queen bed in each, as well as common living space, fully equipped kitchen, and 6 bathrooms. Almost Paradise is also equipped with a private swimming pool, private hot tub, as well as a game room and TVs throughout the house. This home is ideal for family vacations, reunions, weddings, golf trips, and church groups. No house parties are allowed, and primary renter must be 25 or older to book. We are currently in the process of remodeling, so the pictures on the listing as of now may not reflect what the property will look like by Spring 2022. Guests can park under and in front of the house (the house is on stilts, thus allowing room to park under the house). They can enter the home via the front porch or by going up the stairwell connected to the under-the-house parking area. **Please note that walking up a set stairs is required to enter the house, as the house is on stilts and does *not* have an elevator** You can call or text me with questions at anytime! 423-557-3849 Check-in is at 4pm and Check-out is at 10am This home does *not* allow smoking. This home does allow pets if the Pet Fee is paid! The Pet Fee is $125 per pet. You will be responsible for any damages or missing items that occur during your stay The minimum age required to book this home is 25 After booking, you will receive an email from Trent Vacation Rentals with a renter agreement to sign in order to confirm your booking!

My family and I really enjoyed staying here I have zero complaints, I was able to relax by the pool everyone had a good time the beach is a few steps away it was just great I recommend it if you have a large group like we did.

Property manager was fast communication. He even checked mid trip to see if we needed anything and had extra towels delivered. Fantastic space and property. The property manager really made a big difference in my group having a great time

Need to find an optimal location to bring family together (7 bedrooms) for a family gathering. The house fit the need perfectly and provided ample space for the get together and allowed for a private room for all aspects of the group. Andrew was fantastic to work with and it was super easy to connect via email. His home is perfectly situated just steps away from the beach and providing excellent off-street parking. Highly recommended for large family gatherings.

Excellent time together for our women’s ministry ladies!! The property was exactly what we needed for our group of 23! Owner was very responsive to all my questions and we would gladly stay at this or another property that belongs to him.

We came with 19 people from 2 years old to 70+ years old. Enough room for all of to be together for dinner, but also enjoy time alone. Two living areas gave the teens a place to hang out. So many bathrooms!!!! 2 refrigerators and 2 sets of washer and dryers made life easier to handle with such a large group. We loved the hot tub and pool. Quiet street- but super close to the beach! Pool toys, charcoal, drip/keurig coffee pot, 2 dishwashers. I would not hesitate to rent this place again!

OMG if you have never ever dealt with Andrew you will not be disappointed!!! He is always on top if it on anything you ever needright then or up to a year out when you book it. The house was everything you need i have stayed at 2 of his properties and there was well maintained and very very clean If you need anything he will get it on the spot!!! The pool was up to date and the hot tub was a big plus as well. I could go on and on about Andrew and his properties via it would take awhile to write. But please let him take care of you’re vacation needs you will NOT go wrong at all!!! Thanks Andrew for everything we will be back!!!

We had 8 adults and 8 kids together for our annual beach vacation and had a great time. The house had plenty of room for dining and playing. The location was great and only a short walk to the beach. Would definitely recommend!

Our stay at Almost Paradise and interaction with host Andrew were more than deserving of a five star review! Hands down the best short term rental experience one can have in the Myrtle Beach area. If you decide to book this beautiful property, you will not be disappointed. The house comfortably held our larger party and was spotless. It is also ideally located with its short walk to the beach, which comes out directly across from a public access entrance. Not to mention the private and refreshing pool and hot tub amenities on site. There was plenty of fun had by all and I will definitely be booking with Andrew again in the future! Special thanks to him and his team for providing a relaxing and joyous vacation getaway!
