Rustic meets luxury in the Woods of Sautee Nacoochee! Plenty of room in this newly remodeled, yet rustic cabin in the woods. Come enjoy the peace and quiet in the woods of the North Georgia mountains! New kitchen with hickory cabinets and stainless steel appliances, new carpeting, new tile floors and vanities in the bathrooms, new rustic laminate wood flooring make this cabin an enjoyable place to relax and hangout with family and friends. Multiple living areas with both a living room with wood burning fireplace, and big upper loft, as well as a covered deck and a big hot tub to enjoy your view of the woods. Plenty of parking in the gravel driveway, and a grilling area on the side deck. WINTER SPECIAL!! Book two nights and add a third night for free! Select your two night reservation and include the date of your third night in the messaging. I will change the reservation to include the third night at no extra charge. My family thoroughly enjoyed our time at Terracotta-Sunrise. It was spacious, well-appointed, and close to several cute western GA small towns. The cabin was very clean and comfortable and we loved the hot tub! 10/10

When we walked into the cabin you see a nicely decorated Christmas tree and decorations near the fireplace. As we walked through everything matched the pictures from the huge dinning room table to the gorgeous kitchen counters. We were very comfortable staying there. Had a blast in the hot tub. And the cabin was very clean (extra points for vacuum lines on the carpet!) Great host, great stay!

I was very nervous about this stay as I'm not familiar with the area and I wasn't able to arrive before dark. Also, sometimes I have a little more engagement with the owners before arrival and that gives me a bit of reassurance. Bruce was very concise.
All my concerns evaporated as soon as I opened the door. My immediate impression of the cabin...it was warm, cozy and smelled fresh.
As we unloaded the car and explored, we felt more and more relaxed. The rooms are all tastefully decorated and the sheets and towels looked and smelled fresh. The bathrooms and the kitchen were very clean putting as at complete ease.
The owners have made excellent use of the space. We were a family of 8 plus a baby and we never felt cramped even though it rained the entire weekend. The kitchen is WELL appointed! Very thoughtful to even have a few snacks lying around. I absolutely loved the dishes and silverware. It matched the vibe of the cabin perfectly.
Cabin is very close to downtown Helen and Unicoi State Park. I would absolutely stay here again.

This is a jewel in the mountains! My family stayed for Thanksgiving weekend and visited Helen for the tree lighting. We had an excellent experience! The cabin was the nicest we have stayed in. It was very clean, smelled wonderful, and had all the amenities you would need. My family had plenty of room to relax and my boys loved the Jacuzzi. We would highly recommend to stay!

Absolutely perfect space for my wife and three teenage sons. Everyone had their own bedroom and the hot tub was big enough for them in the evening. Great time and will definitely use this cabin if back in the area.

We stayed here for Thanksgiving that was hosted by family nearby. It was perfect. My adult children, their partners and my husband and I all stayed. We were so comfortable. The house was well stocked and easy to access. The beds were all very comfortable, and bathrooms were excellent. We will stay here again.

Overall great stay. Unfortunately the king bed is in upstairs bedroom and both bathrooms are small but unit is recently remodeled and kept up well. Enjoyed our stay very much!

We found the cabin to be very relaxing. The only thing we didn't like was the air fresheners. We found them to be overpowering so we unplugged them and put them outside. We found we had everything we needed for a perfect rest away from the crowds and noise of Octoberfest. All in all a perfect sisters retreat!

Property was very clean and secluded with the summertime foliage surrounding it. It was a little too hot for the hot tub, however, late nights and early mornings it was just fine!

We were very pleased with this cabin and overall experience! The cabin was bigger than we expected with plenty of room for my family of 5 to each have their own space. It was exceptionally clean and well organized, with everything you could possibly need. We only stayed the weekend, but will definitely book this cabin in the future for a longer stay!

We enjoyed our stay at the cabin. Communication with owners was fast and helpful. Place was clean and very nice. Extra things there for our use was a plus. Place was in the country but only 5 miles outside of Helen Ga. So private but close to everything in a few minutes. 5 out of 5 recomendation.

We loved it. It was cozy when we walked in but spacious not crowded. Super clean and that is important to us, especially my daughter in law. We are all different ages. 78, 76, 49, 48, 19 & 19. All of us liked it and will rent it again next Christmas. We have been coming to Helen since our granddaughter was a baby of 4 months. There were sweet touches around that touched us. Cookies even though we didn’t eat any… nice touch!!

Great location and nice cabin!! Very clean and well kept!! Only negative was that we fought ants the entire weekend as they kept getting in our food and coffee pot. I went and bought spray and used it multiple times daily and cleaned afterwards. Otherwise we enjoyed it very much!!

Perfect Location: Close to Everything yet Secluded
We had a wonderful family trip to this cabin with our two small children. We felt close enough to Helen and other activities that it was easy to get around. Sometimes when we travel to cabins we feel too far away to explore as much. The house was easy to find as well as access.
The beds were fairly comfortable, nice furniture, and everything you need in the kitchen. In fact, the fridge had several water bottles, there was sugar packets for coffee, pods to make coffee, and cookies in a jar. The hot tub was nice with no issues. I highly recommend this home.

This property was extremely easy to find. Great location and a beautiful drive in. I walked in and it was extremely clean and smelled wonderful. Everything was easy to use and had a binder full of information. Will definitely be booking this again and again. Less than 10 minutes to downtown Helen.

Pictures don't do this property justice. The home is beautiful. The second living room on the second floor was a wonderful extra space to have. Our sons wedding was being held down the road and our rental was used the day of for all the groomsmen to get ready. Six young men plus my family of 4 had plenty of space to hangout and get ready.
Communication with the owners was easy and quick. The kitchen had plenty of supplies with the exception of trash bags. But I was very surprised to see stocked kcups and creamer!! This tired mom took full advantage during the madness of the wedding weekend!

We will be back. Excellent and immaculate cabin.
Unfortunately we only got to spend 36 hours there due to the Izzy winter snow and ice storm was coming in. We will be back. Word to the wise, purchase trip insurance.
