The living room is a great place to entertain friends, with a 65-inch flatscreen TV and plenty of seating. The family chef will love spending time in the well-appointed full kitchen, featuring stainless steel appliances, marble countertops, and plenty of storage for all your vacation staples. After preparing a delicious meal, serve up to 12 people at the dining table. You'll have plenty of sleeping accommodations for everyone, with three bedrooms and a guest bath upstairs and a large fourth bedroom downstairs, plus a gaming area for the little ones. The private washer/dryer will ensure everyone has clean clothes, so you can even afford to pack light for your trip! Outside, the kids will have a blast romping around the enclosed yard and swimming in the private pool, and the outdoor bar area includes a grill and water misters to cool off with on those hot summer days. Take the provided beach towels down to the beach for an afternoon of sun and sand then come back to enjoy a movie night with the gang while the central AC and ceiling fans keep everything nice and cool. The free WiFi will make it easy to post your best selfies to your social media accounts or research a fun outdoor adventure. Don't forget: this home welcomes up to two dogs, so every family member can join in on the fun! Things to know If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Security camera details: There are four active, exterior security cameras: two behind the house, one on the garage facing the street, and one above the front entryway. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
