Located in West Beach, this lovely house for R 45,501 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Containing 11 bedrooms and 11 full baths, beautiful Halekai III is the perfect location for family reunions, Board retreats, small meetings or an intimate beach wedding. From the moment you arrive at this island paradise, you will be immersed in relaxation and comfort. It's hard to mention a feature that is missing from this ideal beach house. Located directly on the Gulf of Mexico with a gorgeous 100' private beach, this expansive house is approximately 6.4 miles west of Highway 59. The Bon Secour Wildlife Refuge, with miles of pristine, undeveloped shoreline is only a short walk down the beach. Every room in this grand beach house features a spectacular view of either the Gulf or Lagoon waters and provides access to a deck overlooking the water. The extraordinary views are accessed by wrap around balconies on the second and third levels. The private beachfront hot tub on one of the many decks is a perfect spot to enjoy the sunset. This impressive Gulf-front home, sleeping 36 guests (maximum of 30 adults) with eleven bedrooms and eleven bathrooms is one of the largest properties on our coast. With a Media Room and 3 living rooms and 2 bonus rooms, each floor has common space so you can spread out and enjoy the luxury. Three kitchens are provided in this unique setting. The main floor has a fully equipped kitchen with all the expected equipment. A caterer's kitchen, adjacent to the media room, features a gourmet kitchen with 36 inch oven, dishwasher, ice machine, wine cooler and refrigerator. The third floor loft bar area contains a refrigerator, ice machine and dishwasher. A wet bar with microwave is available on each level. A private pool and large covered outdoor living area is perfect for relaxing at the end of the day. Bring the entire family and then some - everyone sleeps under one roof with numerous living areas, bedrooms and baths and plenty of space for all. An elevator provides excellent accessibility to all three floors. Wedding friendly with a non-refundable deposit. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 11 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. There were 25 of us in this house and everyone loved it! The location is amazing, being the last house before a gated community. Facilities were clean. We had several small kids in the house and the sound did not travel. No one heard any one else. The rooms are plentiful and separated. There are plenty of spaces to escape if you need some time by yourselves. Pool was very warm in October despite there not being a heater for it. Having 2 kitchens and a kitchenette on each floor was a huge plus. There were several minor maintenance issues (several light bulbs out, bath stopper wouldn't release, one outside rail was loose and shifted when an adult leaned against it) that really need to be fixed but overall we were very pleased. The only major negative was that the elevator was not operating and that was a large reason we chose that location, however, they reimbursed us a very fair amount for this after bringing this to their attention.

Arrived at the house as cleaning people were leaving and they informed us that flies were all over the house. Had to call property manager and ended up having unsightly fly tape hanging everywhere to attract and kill the flies. Previous renters caused fire on second floor deck that was wrapped by warning tape. Cleaning of house poor found empty beer cans on the 3rd floor in corner.

Only thing that was worth the money was the view . Everything in house was broke and filthy, needs deep cleaning . Carpets were stained and dirty , sofa’s so dirty you couldn’t sit on them . House cleaning personnel left behind something to be desired from former tenants, bloody diabetic supplies, hair balls in bathtub. Broke air conditioner , good luck

Our Annual Ladies Retreat has used this house 5+ times. She's starting to show her age a bit, but the management company seem to be aware and are busy making the necessary improvements. This is a beautiful house with lots of room to spread out and also the room to come together. We'll use the house again as long as the stay within our budget! :)

I love this place. I've rented it 2 yrs in a row for my team to relax after out busiest season passes. Both times had had little details overlooked that could have been avoided with a bit more care. A few examples: Last year, master bath had fake eye lashes stuck to the countertop, hottub wasn't on neither the pool heater. This year, a used dental stick/flosser lift on the dresser, dead or no batteries in many of the remotes. I had to buy batteries to watch the games. Pool heater was off again. Bathroom door to main hallway doesn't lock. Had people walked in on several times. This place was over $9,000 for the weekend.... why not make sure EVERYTHING is convenient for your guests. This is top dollar, as far as I know, so why not top service?

Ws have stayed n numerous houses over the years for our MLK weekend with family and this home had a great layout for lots of people. We loved the different living areas and the fireplace was great during the cold January weekend!

We were there as a family reunion, and found that it is just not set up for that. There are limited cooking supplies, such as pots, pans, casserole dishes, and other things you’d need for a large family to cook on a nightly basis. There are plenty of dishes. This visit our house was incompletely cleaned, and we had to do a lot of that ourselves. I will say that every concern or problem we had was promptly addressed and solved as best as they could by management. We had a list of issues, and a gentleman was there within a half day and stayed until he fixed every last thing, that he was able. We had a problem with the doors staying shut and locked and a representative from the door and window company came the next day.
I’m sure this is a nice venue for a wedding, but not for a large family vacation, especially at this price.

We hosted our wedding at this Gorgeous house (As there were just a few minor issues the first night, the owner was on top of it!) we have zero complaints about our stay. Beds were all super comfy and everyone enjoyed the large space and privacy. The kids were in the pool and hot tub every single day. Amazing place for sure!!

The choice of THIS house on THIS beach for our 4 day function in early November was made primarily due to the availability of a hot tub, pool, and fireplace as well as the ability to sleep 25 plus. Contact was made with Vacasa a month in advance to be sure the hot tub was working and pool would be heated, a priority as we have a special needs family member. Upon arrival, the hot tub was broken. It did not work during our stay. The pool was lukewarm at best and we had to call to have the heat turned up to make it usable by day 2. The pool area was unsafe to use at night because the in-pool lights as well as overhead lights in the pool area were not working and it was pitch dark. The fireplace was missing a key. By day 2 the key was purchased but then the gas line had problems and had to be adjusted to allow it to heat the 2 story great room which was chilly in the mornings and evenings. The outdoor deck furniture was simply strewn around and had to all be positioned. The house itself? Beautiful. Huge. Many areas to use, well furnished. Beds comfy. Kitchens well set up for entertaining large groups. Outdoor deck areas and walkways all well maintained. Be aware that two 2nd floor bedrooms technically share a bathroom, unless guests in one room use the full bath on the main level. There also is no swing by the pool as depicted in the pictures, which are definitely not current. Carpets either need to be replaced or cleaned as they are stained and look dirty, Of note, parking can be an issue here for a large group as you cannot park on the street. We are not new to large luxury rentals for family functions. Had the amenities worked and areas have been better set up and maintained, overall this would have been a great place to stay.

This is an awesome house that will fit an extended family (11 bedrooms!) Great access and views of both the beach and the "lagoon" side. Location is at the end of Gulf Shores drive, so much more "private" down there.
