Located on the most desirable street in Over-the-Rhine just steps away from Washington Park, our beautiful and historic condo is the place to stay when you are visiting the Queen City. This private condo is ready to be your perfect Over-The-Rhine retreat. You’ll find the condo located on the 4th floor of the historical Parvis Lofts, all by itself with a spacious porch, complete with seating perfect for a morning coffee, or late-night glass of wine with views of the hills of Cincinnati. *Please keep in mind that this does mean you have to walk up three flights of stairs, since there is no elevator in the building.* The space itself is beautifully decorated with a careful selection of comfortable and stylish furniture, perfect for unwinding after a long day or night out in Cincinnati. You’ll find hints of history in the exposed brick, as well as a touch of modern in the restored hardwood, and vintage accents. Enjoy the natural light and views with windows throughout all rooms. You’ll find an open concept living area, with a plush sleeper sofa and 50-inch 4K Roku TV perfect for watching your favorite TV show. The sleeper sofa has a comfortable queen-sized gel mattress, which is the perfect addition for a larger group. If you are taking a break from the countless restaurant options, the kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, glasses, plates, spices and everything you need to cook anything from spaghetti to steak. Enjoy your meals in one of the many sitting areas, at the counter, the dining room table or outside on the deck. The bedroom is oversized, and includes another TV, dressers and drawers, closet space, and the most amazing memory foam king sized bed. On the other side of the condo, you’ll find the large bathroom with a nice shower, vanity, and space to get ready for your nights out. As a bonus, right next to the bedroom, you’ll find in-unit washer and dryer, making laundry a breeze. To make your visit as relaxing and stress free as possible, we’ve included a parking pass for the Mercer Garage, so you can enjoy free and dedicated parking right across the street.

Could not have asked for a better location. OTR has so much to offer and is so close to everything. We had a short Uber ride to the arena and Banks area and a short drive to the Newport area.
Host was quick to respond, provided so many wonderful recommendations and was super friendly.
Apartment had everything we needed and was very clean. Loved the size of rooms and bathroom. Bed was very comfortable. Parking included was a big plus.
Only downside is that it is hard to get a spot out front to unload or load car…and then the trek up the flights of stairs with your luggage…and then the trek back to put the parking pass back. We ended up having to go back and forth from garage since no parking spots available in front of apartment - got our exercise in for the day!

Perfect location for OTR & downtown Cincy access. Tip: The outside door has to be pulled very hard after entering the code and lighting up green. Like really hard. Otherwise, it is a very nice stay.

Was in Cincinnati for the Thanksgiving holiday visiting friends and relatives. The condo was wonderful. Perfect location for me. Great restaurants all around and easy to Uber to locations that weren’t walkable. I did have some trouble with the street level pin pad but nothing too bad

Very clean, well-maintained apartment. Location is easy walking to everything I had booked (brewery tour, haunted history tour, show at the music hall). Many fabulous restaurants are within walking distance. We drove from the airport to the Taft National Historic Site then on to the apartment for check-in but once we parked the car, we never needed to take it out of the garage. We would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Absolutely impressed with this lovely apartment. Aside from being stylish, it was clean and comfortable. As described, it’s up a few flights of stairs so keep that in mind if you have challenges with that. For us it was perfect because it was secluded and quiet- we didn’t hear any street noise at all! The bed is very comfortable and the bathroom is roomy for a downtown apartment. The location was perfect with several fantastic restaurants and bars nearby. Pepp and Dolores was a favorite (get the Sunday Sauce- you’ll thank me later). Parking was easy, included with cost, and felt safe. Overall, could not say enough good things. Will definitely stay here again!

My son and I came in town for the Bengals game. This location was perfect and the place was pristine. VERY clean. I will definitely stay here again. My only recommendation is clearer communication on the parking garage. I reached out in advance on this and was told there would be a parking pass on the mantle (which there was). We couldn’t find a place to park in front of the condo in order to grab the parking pass, so I parked a few blocks away and walked. I didn’t realize taking a ticket to access the garage and just not paying was an option. Overall, we had a great experience and I would highly recommend this condo!

This was a wonderful little condo for our visit to OTR. The bed was extremely comfortable, and it was a great place for us to land after long days of walking around the area. There are a ton of restaurants and bars to visit and it’s walking distance to the brewery district. Having a Keurig allowed me to sit on the landing, and drink my coffee in the morning, which was lovely. This condo is up three flights of stairs, so please note that you may want to pack lite. That was not a dealbreaker for us. It was very quiet.
We would definitely stay here again.

In the heart of Downtown OTR, this little gem was a great place to stay. We made ourselves right at home and the kitchen was great for sitting at the bar and having a glass of wine. The bed was super comfy, and the bathroom was clean and spotless. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a blast at OTR. This apartment was the perfect escape after a long and fun day out visiting local shops and bars. So much to do and made for the perfect girls trip. Apartment was clean and updated, only complaint is the stairs but that wouldn’t make or break me coming back to this beautiful, quaint home away from home!

Our family of four had an amazing stay at the Secluded & Spacious 1BR Condo – Central in OTR. This beautifully appointed condo exceeded our expectations in every way. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the attention to detail made it feel like a true home away from home.
The condo's location was great, within walking distance of shops, restaurants, bars, and cafes. Being able to explore the vibrant neighborhood of Over-the-Rhine and easily access local amenities made our stay even more enjoyable. The proximity to Findlay Market was a definite bonus for sampling local flavors.
Kelly, our host, provided excellent communication. She was responsive and gave us great recommendations for attractions and dining options.

This is a very nice, private spot located in the middle of the Over-the-Rhine neighborhood. The locked entryway into the apartments and gated alley make for a safe, secluded area in a bustling neighborhood.
The property itself was cleaner and better finished than most renovated old buildings I have stayed in.

We enjoyed our time staying in Cincy. The condo was perfect for our stay. It was very clean and had everything we needed. Loved the simplicity of it. This was my first property ever rented through VRBO and it'll be a hard one to top. All throughout the booking process the host was very kind to not only help plan out the stay, but also in giving local insights as to all the key hotspots in the area. Kelly went above and beyond in making sure this trip was smooth sailing from start to finish. Even going so far as to help me surprise my partner and spread some decorations around the place for me to propose! The property was well maintained and felt like a cozy home away from home. Kelly helped make sure this property, and the trip overall, was stress free and one not easily forgotten

Stayed in this fantastic unit while visiting family for Christmas for five days. As a Cincy native, always wanted to see what living downtown would be like and now with the renovations, was able to do that. You can really feel the history if the area here. Superb central location within walking distance to great food, beers and shopping. Tucked away in a popular area and freshly renovated, we felt comfortable and at home. Altho we visited during the winter storm, the owners made sure we were comfortable in an old building by dropping us a space heater to enhance our coziness. Picturesque in the snow, secure and quiet at night made this a lovely respite from our holiday/weather chaos. Only issue was the main entry door sticking, but that thawed out when the temp went above 0 :). The parking pass is a great perk and never had to sweat a parking spot. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to return in a warmer climate.

I can’t think of a better place to stay in Cincinnati than this beautiful condo in the center of the Over-the-Rhine (OTR) neighborhood. OTR is a diverse and exciting area that features unique restaurants and shops. I loved being able to walk all over downtown Cincinnati, up to Mt. Adams and down to the Ohio Riverfront.

What a wonderful stay we had! Communication was top notch, parking pass was a huge plus! Knew how to check in and get to property days before and very detailed which helps with trip anxiety! Beautiful condo right in the middle of everything! Very quiet which we couldn’t believe since it was right in the middle of the city. We loved the balcony area and had a wonderful Saturday preparing to head to a concert. Will definitely be back to this property!!!! Awesome weekend.

Total comfort in a perfect location of OTR. We could walk everywhere, but had the freedom to park and drive and park and drive given the free parking pass. Couldn't have asked for a better escape for a few days.

The place was nicely decorated & convenient to downtown or University of Cincinnati. Very comfortable bed. Communication was great & really got some exercise since there are 3 flights of steps but we’ll worth the effort. Was very quiet too. Wonderful stay.
