The 2,624 square foot, 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath home sleeps 12 with the bunk room and is ideally located on a corner lot directly across the street from The Lookout's year-round pool, splash pad, and clubhouse. The wrap-around covered porch extends the living area and features comfy hammock swings and rocking chairs to enjoy a book or take in the neighborhood. Grill and eat out on the terrace or relax in the Adirondack chairs around the fire pit. For even more entertainment, open up the garage (which opens from the terrace) where you will find a fully finished game room featuring a pool and ping-pong table. Challenge each other on the full-size commercial-grade cocktail arcade table, where you can play over 400 classic arcade games for a blast from the past! The main floor features a spacious living area with plenty of room to relax and make memories, whether you are gathering around the gas fireplace to watch a movie, preparing food at the expansive kitchen island, or sharing a meal over the large dining table. The main floor also features a beautiful master suite with an en-suite bathroom and French doors that exit onto the terrace. The second floor has a second master suite with a large en-suite bath, a third bedroom with a double-vanity bath, a media room, and an optional bunk room. The media room is perfect for playing games (both board games and X-box), watching movies, and doing puzzles, and has a queen-sized hide-a-bed for additional flexibility. The huge bunk room has four built-in single beds with reading lights and built-in drawers, an attached bathroom, and a large kitchenette area with a sink and refrigerator under windows looking across the lake.
