The house was perfect for our spring break needs! We will be back if it is available next year!

Houston was very nice everything you need

We were in town for a family emergency and this property was the perfect place for our family. Having the master suite on the top floor made it nice so that we could all separate when needed. We have a condo in Placida that was damaged during hurricane Ian. It is not habitable right now. Finding this property was just what we needed. Location was perfect. Love the decor. Can’t think of anything missing. Highly recommend.

This is a great house and great location and Bud the property manager was always easy to get in touch with. Property was clean and in a great location. Kayaks were also nice to take out. The backyard has a nice place to hang out a night with the family.

The house is absolutely beautifully decorated. The teens loved the tiki area and hot tub. We loved having the privacy of the entire 3rd floor. It was disappointing that the S Venice beach ferry is no longer accessible to weekly vacationers, as this has drawn us to the area for the past several years! Unfortunately not having a pool was disappointing, given the lack of private beach access. Venice has many beautiful beaches, so we did not miss out, but the shark's teeth finding is not as abundant as at the private beach. The bikes were a nice addition. Bud is always fast to respond to your needs!

Modern layout with updated kitchen and baths…fully stocked with linens and essentials for food prep…relaxing back yard with unique tiki area and hot tub (big hit with our teenage kids). Excellent location as Lemon Bay is not a particularly busy road. Only small disappointment was not having access to South Venice Ferry/Beach which is directly across the street, but other public beaches are very close by. All in all, everything was exceptional and Bud is a very accommodating owner. We hope to be back!!

This was an amazing rental! very clean, open concept was great for the people we had, the decks were perfect. Loved the master suite and the outdoor area out back! Would definitely recommend to family/friends and we would stay again!
