Comfort comes easy at this townhouse, with each upstairs bedroom featuring an en suite bathroom to guarantee privacy. If someone needs to complete remote work or research fishing spots, one bedroom features a desk workspace with a creek view. The full kitchen features everything you need to cook up your catch of the day, or you can head down to the shared charcoal grill for an extra char. Feel free to toss your creek clothes into the private washer/dryer right when you get in. In addition to being just a short distance to open water, guests will also have access to a shared outdoor pool and tennis court during their stay. Central air conditioning will keep everyone cool inside, and you can close the room-darkening shades for a restful nap whenever you need one. THINGS TO KNOW The living room sofabed provides an extra sleeping space. This condo does not have a boat slip. There is a community dock where guests can fish. World class tarpon fishing is available in the area, as well as flats fishing for Redfish and Snook. Please note: The home's fishing pier access is limited due to Hurricane Ian damage. Snowbird-friendly. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 1. Dock details: This condo does not have a boat slip. There is a community dock where guests can fish. · Boat launch, boat and trailer parking and wet storage is available within 0.5 miles (Bokeelia Fishing Pier and Boat Ramp (next to Capt’n Cons). Boat launch and parking is also available at Pineland (4 miles). Boat rental is available at Four Winds Marina (1.0 miles). Boat charters located on site, and within a few miles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Great view of the bay and marina, dolphins would swim close every day. Walk to the pools or ply tennis at the courts. Bike down to Captain Cons who has the BEST pie in Florida, hands down. No contest. Trust me. Take a bike to the little streets lining the channels of water. The townhome was comfortable and clean. It had all that we needed. It could use a few more linens and pillows (maybe upgrade or update the sheets as ours were a little scratchy/piled from use). Pans were fine but may need some replacing soon. I appreciated the fishing rods since we fished off the docks a lot with our kids and could buy bait at the marina right at the place. A couple beach chairs were handy for Cayo Costa beach - GO, it’s amazing!! We even left a beach umbrella if you need it! Pool toys and some beach toys were also handy for our kids. Super friendly and laid back, well kept property. We’ll definitely visit again.

Beautiful condo, has everything you need. Bokeelia is secluded and relaxing. Fishing was good. The gravel drive was a problem for our bike riding. We would stay again if Pine island would get better restaurants with less fried food.

The rental townhouse was just as described. We had plenty of room and the location was good on Pine Island. We enjoyed having 2 bedrooms and 3 TV's. The screened patio was also a nice addition. The pool was heated at around 89F and very enjoyable.

We loved this condo! The view was spectacular, and the accommodations perfect. The spacious layout was perfect for four adults. From the fully equipped kitchen, heated pools, tennis, and shuffleboard, to the beach towels and spare linens…. all of our expectations were far exceeded. The online photos matched exactly, no surprises. We also fished, bicycled, boated, and then utilized the mid-island Pickleball courts. The condo cable even allowed us to watch the Australian open. We we also liked the ceiling fans in rooms and on the screen patio. We could get a nice breeze and not always have to have the AC running. Everyone we met at the club was super friendly. We’ll be back!
