Drive 9 miles to the lifts at Copper Mountain, or make the 19-minute drive to hit the slopes at Breckenridge Ski Resort. Fishing, biking, and hiking trails are abundant throughout the surrounding area. The North Tenmile Creek Trailhead and Meadow Creek Trailhead are both within 2 miles. If visiting in the warmer months, the waterfronts of Frisco and Giberson Bays, as well as access to fishing on the Dillon Reservoir, are within a 10-minute walk. And find fun for the whole family at Frisco Adventure Park, less than 1 mile away. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Good location. Perfect for 2 people. Could do with minor fixes and updates. Couch and chair are super uncomfortable and need to be replaced!

The place was in a great location near downtown Frisco and came with covered parking which was nice to have in the winter. We did run into some issues during our stay that hopefully will get resolved before future stays and would give no reason for this to not be a 5 star stay.

Had one night, too bad because there is so much to do here. Well appointed unit - perfect for a single or a couple. Nicely furnished.

The property was just as advertised, very clean and in a perfect location. The door code didn’t work upon check-in. It took 28 min by phone from our car outside the property to reach a dispatcher who guided us to a lock box with a door key inside. Once we connected with the dispatcher, she was very helpful and understanding. Our singular suggestion for improvement is to shorten the wait time to connect with someone to resolve the issue.

Clean, small condo, within walking distance to Main St. The kitchen was very well appointed and the bed was comfortable. The in unit laundry was a plus, we would stay there again.
