I have to say that this house was so impressive, it truly exceeded my expectations. It was tastefully and beautifully decorated and had pretty much everything we needed. I could tell that every bit of the decor was carefully selected which added such charm and elegance. The property manager was very accommodating to our needs and responded quickly and kindly to every question which really gave me the comfort and assurance I needed. This property without a doubt is highly recommended by me.

We have been going to Florida for years and have a lot of experience and therefore a good comparison with other holiday homes. The house is only suitable for guests who do not mind the following things: - Safety hazard (uninsulated cables outside by the pool) - Invasion of privacy 3 surveillance cameras in the pool area (not mentioned in description when booked) - uncleaned condition when moving into (e.g. long black hair in bed) - dirty outdoor area - pool with leftover swimming gear from prior guests (so it was obviously not inspected before our arrival) - unsightely poolfloor - broken tiles in the house - Incomplete crockery, just enough for 3 people - torn down curtain rod in living room - Torn off toilet roll holder in the master bathroom - non-closing door in master bathroom - Burn holes in patio furniture - generally an unkempt overall condition - a much too high price We moved out after only one night and asked a few times the landlord for a partial refund. The landlord does not respond to our inquiries. We contacted VRBO/FeWo-Direkt about this .The landlord denies the defects to VRBO/Fewo-Direkt although we send proof photos. Do yourself and your families a favor and do not book this house.

Great house. Came over to Fort Lauderdale for the tortuga music festival. My wife to children and another couple. We had plenty of space everything we needed in the house was just fine. Enjoyed soaking in the pool for a couple hours prior to heading down to the beach for the festival each day I recommend staying there.

We stayed over a weekend with the family and could not have been happier. We had a fantastic time at this truly luxury home, everything was as advertised at a perfect location very convenient to everything. Communication with the home owner was quick and easy. We did not want to leave and highly recommend the property.

Overall this is a decent house to rent for a family or for a sizable party of friends. Now, there is an range of opinions and standards in the world, so I’m going to be objective as I can. I will say upfront that I would stay at this place again but I would hope that the owners would make a few reasonable updates. Again this is my opinion. Pros: The property manager is very responsive and accommodating to the extent possible to your needs. The pool was treated twice during our stay. My children love the pool! 4 bedrooms were nicely decorated and clean. Overall the house was clean upon our arrive. The property is located not too far from beaches and the city of Miami. We went yo Ft Lauderdale Beach and North Beach Miami during our stay and there are other nearby beaches close by. The check-in process worked well. No issues. There were no issues with the neighborhood. Nice quiet neighborhood but it’s ethnic. Overall, I would stay here again, however here are some things I would hope the owner would change or work on. Please provide access to a washer and dryer and cleaning supplies like a brome and dust pan. Clean the refrigerator, freeze and oven after ever visit. We could tell this hasn’t been done lately. Purchase a new set of pots and pans. We had to improvise greatly in this area. Clean the outdoor patio area including the grills Provide propane tanks for the fire pit and grill. (There is an electric grill but it wasn’t clean. We had to clean it to use it.) Purchase new bathroom floor mats or use something that is disposable they harbor germs. Again, overall my family had a nice stay but I hope the owner’s would take more time to pay close attention to the details. They matter.

Pool wasn’t attended to resulting in green algae that made it unusable . Shower in master bedroom was a safety issue waiting for an accident. Seating wasn’t sufficient for a 4 bedroom house, the couch was very uncomfortable . House needs a washer and dryer.

The property was beautiful, pool, outdoor area to seat with a fire place. Rooms were roomy and spacious for everyone. Some issues were AC battery out on thermostat owner took a while to answer back and pool was dirty due to a storm on prior fay but someone was there but not in a sufficient time for us to be able to enjoy the pool. My other issue is that they need to disclose that you have to buy your own propane gas as none was available and we had to buy our own, than the grill needs to be updated as it was all rotted out so we couldn’t grill outdoor. The guest bathroom shower had hair on the wall and the stove burners some didn’t work, assure to inspect property to assure all is available and clean mainly the bathrooms. Overall it was beautiful!

The house is so beautiful and looks exactly like the pictures. The heater on the pool wasn’t working when we first got there so we contacted the host and they fixed the issue immediately! The house was so clean and everything was just perfect ! We would definitely stay here again! Thanks for an amazing stay!

The check in and check out process was easy and efficient! We had everything we needed in this house. The house was clean and the pool was so much fun to hang out by with family! The location was perfect to explore around Fort Lauderdale and only about 15 minutes from the Hard Rock casino! I would definitely rent this property again :-)

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The house had plenty of bedrooms and space, as well as a roomy backyard. We enjoyed using the pool table and had fun with the outdoor pool. However, we were disappointed that some of the necessities lacked attention. For example, the cushions on the back of the couch in the living room were broken and did not sit upright, so it was very uncomfortable to sit and watch tv. Also, the sliding bathroom door in the master bedroom was broken and therefore, would not shut. Finally, it was a challenge to wash dishes without dish soap or a sponge/dishcloth.

I've been always satisfied with my VRBO rentals and never experienced any issue of substance. This is the first and worst. Following a summary : 1. No response to my email asking for access instruction the day before the trip. 2.. No email with access instruction until late the check in day. 3.. After arriving property around 4:30 PM I had call their phone for access but there was no response until after 20 minutes. Once given access code I still could not access property because lock was damaged and landlord could not send anyone to fix it expeditiously.. was finally able to get in using a credit card to slide the bolt open and spoke to the landlord again who said she would send someone to fix the lock which she did not. 4. After waiting till 8:00 PM for a repair person I had to go out for food & water. Upon return the lock would not open again. After attempting a call to the landlord she texted me letting me know she was busy having dinner and only would answer to texts which I did to no avail..After sitting out for over 30 minutes outside I had to call the police to help me because I had to urgently take medications that were inside the house. After the police came and contacted her she then finally gives me a call but only to express her unhappiness because I had called the police and now she had to deal with VRBO over the issue. This has been by far the most unpleasant experience I've had with VRBO rentals. My sense on this property is that the owner either does not care or lacks understanding of the lodging business and his responsibilities.

Very clean property with a responsive owner. We had a blast playing pool and swimming in the pool! I would recommend this property to anyone who wants a central location between Ft Lauderdale and Miami that is close to the beaches.
