Experienced host. Stay within ½ block of Lakeview Park and 1 ½ blocks of Port Clinton Beach! Close to Cedar Point & the Jet Express. Sleeps up to 12 (possibly 13), nearly 1800 sq ft, 2 stories (8 can sleep on ground floor w/ sofa bed), fully stocked kitchen, office space, Roku TVs in every room, WiFi, large family room, 2 eating spaces, fire pit, patio & driveway large enough for your boat! Jet Express is a 21 minute walk, 6 minute bike ride or 2-3 minute drive. They have free parking there. The kitchen is fully stocked and has a new electric oven/stove. The large kitchen area has an eat-I. table that seats up to six people comfortably. There’s even a Roku TV! The coffee pot is a Keurig. Please help us keep the kitchen organized. There is an office space equipped with Wi-Fi, a desk, a lamp and a comfortable office chair. This area is meant for adults needing to do work or young adults to do homework. It’s not a game area. The two bedrooms on the first floor include a king bed in the first bedroom (sleeps 2), and then a queen and twin bunk in the second bedroom (sleeps 4). Both bedrooms have their own Roku TVs. The family room includes another dining area that can seat 4 to 6 people at a table, two comfortable side chairs, and a couch with a chaise that can seat 3-4 people and sleep up to 2 people as a sofa bed (extra sheets / pillows in the first floor king bedroom closet). There is a 65” Roku TV in the family room, as well. The large bathroom includes a Jacuzzi tub (please only put water in this, no sand or other objects!) shower, and the washer and dryer. Upstairs, there are two more bedrooms. The bedroom at the top of the stairs to the left has a king bed (sleeps 2) and a futon (sleeps 1-2). The bedroom to the right has a full-size bed (sleeps 2). Please know that the ceilings upstairs are lower than the rest of the house (approximately 5.5’ - 6’ in places). Each bedroom has a Roku TV, too. The backyard includes additional seating outdoors, a Weber charcoal grill and a fire pit. Enjoy it in the evening with the ambience lighting! Bring your own wood. There are AC/cooling units in every room. There is baseboard heating throughout the house. The house is built from concrete block, so it stays cool / warm easily. If you have any questions, just ask.
