My family and I had a wonderful holiday stay. The house was perfect for our family of four and, roomy enough to host a few more for dinner. We enjoyed being on a quiet street and watching the deer pass by the front window. We especially enjoyed being so close to town, the grocery, and the ski hill. We will definitely be back.

I cannot tell you anything about the property because we had to attempt to reschedule or cancel at the last minute due to my father-in-law passing away 2 days before we were scheduled to be there. We understand that there is a technical policy that would mean no refund after a certain time, but were hoping for a some kind of relief as this was a very sad part of my husbands life with his Dad dying from cancer. We know the host would expect to have income from someone staying and if we don't show up that would cost money if a full refund was issued.-- We get that, but we were trying to find out about rescheduling for another time, or maybe getting at least the cleaning fee refunded as NO ONE had to clean anything since we didn't show up. We've been trying via VRBO platform, voicemail, text messages, a ticket with the VRBO toll-free support team, etc in order to contact the owner and she has not returned any calls. Anytime we do get through she says she is in the middle of something (like being at the airport, or being sick), and she will call us back the next day. That call never happens. I would not advise anyone to book with anyone that cannot at least communicate about a terrible situation and try to negotiate some kind of relief or other amicable agreement. Also, VRBO themselves should have policies in place for extenuating circumstances that force people to not be able to show up for a booked reservation,.

We were not at the house much. We were on the road to see the fall colors. We did not use the kitchen at all. Beds were very comfortable.. It met our needs, but we probably would not rent it again

Our group of very old friends totally enjoyed our stay over a long weekend. The kitchen was fantastic for us old foodies. A very pleasant surprise was the outdoor grill and deck furniture. Only slight concern was not getting check in info until morning of rental since there were three separate parties arriving at different times from various parts of the country. We all would stay again. Thanks some much Crystal.

The house was so clean and comfortable! Crystal was very helpful and prompt in answering our questions! It was convenient to downtown and had a great deck/outdoor space! We would stay here again in a heartbeat! Thank you for a great weekend!

My husband and I went with our daughter, son-in-law, and two grandsons (1 and 4). Beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked, and the place furnished as shown in the photos. We made good use of the backyard, making a fire and eating s'mores, ate outside on the nice large table several evenings, and walked to all the convenient playgrounds. My husband and I e-biked to Good Hart and all the wonderful back country roads on a daily basis. To get to town you do have do go down a steep hill, no problem for us, but could be for some folks. The place is not really set up for infants and had no high chair/pack and play but we brought everything so were all aset. We had no problem reaching Crystal when we had trouble with the Kuerig coffee maker. Overall, really loved the place and would definitely stay there again!

We have family in the area and visit often. The house is still extremely clean and in a great location, and close to Boyne Highlands and Nubs Nob. We hope to rent again soon!

This home was perfect for a couples weekend! Close to the ski hill and super close to town! We will be back!

This is a wonderful property located on a quiet street and is a very short drive to the ski resorts. The layout was perfect for socializing and the kitchen has all the tools you'll need. The backyard is deep, leaving plenty of room for your pup to roam or you to try your arm at some hail mary passes.

This was the perfect location. Close to Harbor Springs, close to skiing hills and in a quiet neighborhood. The house was nicely done, big open kitchen and really nice touches like good towels and nice smelling soaps. Comfy beds and a nice big yard. We will definitely come back again for long ski weekends and for a summer visit.
