From the time we arrived to the time we left actually a day early the water had a very strong rotten egg smell many emails and phone calls to the management company and it was never resolved. We had to shower and wash dishes in rotten eggs. The home was nice, the mgt. company not recommended. I think owners should have access to guest/mgt company real time communications to head off such a bad guest experience.

This is a great place especially if you have dogs. The only advice I would give the management company is to leave directions to the transfer station or better yet take the trash for your guests at the end of their stay. Putting smelly trash in our car wasn’t great. All in all though, it was a great place for a family with dogs!

The location near Round Pond was great, with tons of wonderful food and things to do. Easily able to access lots of hikes, restaurants and towns. The kitchen was large and had a lot of cooking items so we could cook at home. Nice to have a washer/dryer. Internet and tv worked great when we used it. Nice but rocky path down to the water with a great view.

This property is in a lovely, quiet setting overlooking the Gulf of Maine, and we very much enjoyed sitting outside, watching the birds and the lobster boats make their rounds. We liked being able to bring our dog. However, the house itself has a number of problems: Cleaning was not thorough - including dust and pet hair on upholstery, in the primary bedroom, spider webs, dead leaves on decks - not swept or cleaned at all - moldy shower tiles, and there is water damage/bubbling paint on one wall in the lower bathroom. The owner's belongings are everywhere, and although the bathrooms and kitchen are renovated, the furniture feels like leftovers and doesn't provide comfortable seating for four people, particularly on the upper deck, which is the best feature. There isn't any seating at all for the lower deck which, again, was not swept and since it does not have furniture, was unusable. The path down to the water is overgrown with nowhere to sit to enjoy the view from there. The kitchen has decent appliances - although the refrigerator ice maker and water dispenser are broken - and while there are a lot of drinking glasses, the kitchen drawers are disorganized with a random assortment of pots, bowls, etc. for cooking and serving. The bedrooms face east and the curtains/blinds are thin, so we were woken up every morning by the sunrise. Beautiful, but would have been nice to sleep past 6 am. There should be a way to store the garbage outside - living with a progressively smellier garbage for a week wasn't great, and the process of taking the garbage/recyclables to the Bristol dump should be handled by someone hired by Vacasa. Not an ideal way to end a vacation.

The heat was not working when we arrived. We had hoped to make it through night without it, but could not. I felt it was too late to have someone (not a technician) arrive after 9pm to attempt to correct. The assistant manager and I agreed someone would come out in the morning, but the night proved too cold for us to stay any longer. Bottom line is the should have been working upon our arrival. Place not set up properly. This is the first and only time this has happened to us. Thank you.

Overall a nice quiet home located at the end of the road. Area was beautiful and the weather was very pleasant. My only complaint would be the parking. The parking area appeared to not have been mowed in months. And it required a fair amount of manoeuvring of my midsized car to turn around to leave.

Was very basic. Things are a bit weathered /old. The 2nd bedroom is the basement and we were on a cement floor. Some vinyl flooring would have been much better. And no TV in the 2nd bedroom. The 2nd full bathroom had some major paint peeling like 12”x10”. There is no real access to the water no clearing no chairs no fire pit which was a big shame , the neighbor to the left had a beautiful set up. Now they did supply some binoculars which were great to see some bald eagles. But all in all was just ok some TLC would make it a 1000 times better.
