C'est La Vie -By The Sea This Three bedroom, three bath home is situated on the 1st Fairway of Ocean Creek Golf Course. It's in a PERFECT LOCATION that is, centrally located to everything on the Fripp Island! The white sand beach is a 3 minute golf cart ride away! The Cabana Club Pool, the Marina and restaurants are a short ride away. The cottage is considered a 3 bedroom with a Bonus Loft also has three bathrooms. The Loft provides much needed extra living space. This delightful home will sleep 10 comfortably. It comes with many beautiful upgrades like Heart Pine Wood floors, a fully stocked kitchen with granite countertops, a large tiled master shower as well as an updated new decor. The main floor has an open Kitchen/Dining Area, as well as the Main Living Area. There are 2 Bedrooms with their own En Suite Bathrooms. Bedroom 1 has a Bunk bed with a Full mattress on top and a Queen on the bottom, with another Full Bed in the room. Bedroom 2 has 2 Queen size Beds. Upstairs, you will find the Loft Area, The Master Bedroom and Master Bath. The Master Bedroom is spacious, has a King size Bed. The lounge area is also on the loft, where you can read a book, or have the kids hang out and watch TV. Off of the main floor is a large screened In Porch with a stunning tropical palm view of the 1st Fairway on Ocean Creek Golf Course. It is really is breathtaking! Outside the Porch, you will find a seating area to sit around a cozy gas firepit and enjoy your favorite beverages. Included in this rental There is a 4-Seater Golf Cart for your convenience and pleasure. You can purchase amenity cards that allow access to all of the Fripp Resort facilities. All of the pools, tennis courts, golf and dining choices, as well as exclusive resort excursions etc. Pricing for Amenity Cards are 50.00 pp for the week during peak season,(memorial day to labor day) and 35.00 pp for the week during the off season, (after labor day up to memorial day). There are also several beach chairs provided. There are 3 Smart TVs with cable service and streaming capabilities.

This cottage was better than what you see in the photos. The location was central to everything on the island, wecould easily walk, bike, or take the golf cart everywhere. The cottage was fully stocked and was very clean. Would definitely book it again and that says a lot because I am VERY picky.

Guys golf trip this was perfect for 5 guys. Right on the OC course and convenient to everything. Manager was great, easy communication and very accommodating

The ice maker was not working at all, we spent 30 minutes trying to fix it with no luck. The golf cart had mold on the seats, spent 30 minutes cleaning that so we could ride in it. House is very pretty. nice kitchen.

This house is beautiful. Classy, beachy decorations. Love the location, very close to the beach, pool and restaurants. Would surely stay here again.

Great Stay
We have been coming to Fripp Island for several years. Our favorite places to stay are Ocean Creek or Bonito area. This home is a perfect location. It was clean and we enjoyed the 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms for our children and grandchildren. The property manager was quick to answer all of our questions. One recommendation is to allow renters access to a vacuum. This would have been helpful with three 2 year old's!

We had a great experience! The location is great with easy access (via the golf cart) to the beach. My kids loved it and are already asking to go back! The property manager was easy to work with. I would definitely recommend it.

This was one of the cleanest FRBO establishments we have ever experienced. If we could make two suggestions...1. Put a lamp in each bedroom. 2. Add a few throws in the den/living room. In closing, our stay was absolutely the best and most relaxing vacation we have ever taken.
